I don’t understand why my direct debit is always cancel...Could u explain me that ???!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I need help resolving a billing issue caused by an eSIM activation problem. I'm an existing iD Mobile customer paying £12/month on my original plan. My old phone broke, so I ordered a new phone with an eSIM. Because my old phone was already broken, I couldn't complete the eSIM activation process (I had no way to scan the QR code / finish setup on a working device). To stay connected, I had to keep using my old physical SIM in another phone instead. As a result, I now appear to have two active lines/bills instead of one, even though I've only ever used a single plan and number. Could you please:1. Cancel or merge the duplicate line that was created when the eSIM order went through2. Refund any extra charges taken for the duplicate line3. Help me get the eSIM properly activated on my new phone (or reissue a physical SIM for it instead), so I'm only being billed for one line going forward

The bill charged on 23/5/26 concerning two calls made in Hong Kong ,I didn’t make these calls

Hi I travelled to the USA and bought a £25 data roaming add on. I’ve had messages to say this was active. I have since check my current bill and have had £45 of charges? Can you please investigate this as to my knowledge I am still within the 5 day roaming spending cap.  thanks  Emily

Hi I’ve payed my sim only bills however there saying my direct debits have fails if I’ve payed the bills manually why are you still trying to take money

Hi,My name is Weronika, phone number { REMOVED }Account number ending { REMOVED }, customer service PIN { REMOVED }.I can see my plan was 100gb days and unlimited texts and minutes. I was paying £28.99 monthly. Now you start changing me much more which is £45.49. please can you check this. I want to pay the same as I was paying before and stay with plamn100gb.

Can I make a promise to pay for the 11th of July to get my services back please

Why does my next direct debit amount show £30? My unlimited plan amount is £16.

I have just switched ftom from monthly contract to sim only my sim only deal was £10 per month but my bill is for £16 £6 is for data ?

Hi, My mobile bill is due to tomorrow, but I don’t have the money to pay it tomorrow. I’m just struggling at the minute due to a job loss. I really could do with not being cut off from my service, as I’m currently still looking for work, and my phone is an important part of that. Is there anyway you can help please?

Why is my bill so high this month

Why is my bill so high when I have all included minutes and texts …I run out of data and purchased auditional data the upgraded my package and I have only been to countries that are included in the roaming package

My contract is ending next month, ID have said if I don't upgrade or switch to sim only my payment will stay the same. I'm confused,  if I've paid for the phone surely I should only be paying for the calls and data? My daughters phone contract, with a different provider, ended and her direct debit automatically dropped.  Same with my son's.  Can anyone explain it to me? Thanks

So i have a 10gb plan with 20gb added every month as a bonus for being loyal, ive used 10.71gb of data and its all stopped working and shows 0 id mobile dont want to help and just constantly send automatic messages like you run out. All im asking is where has my 20gb gone and there reply us buy more we dont know. Frustrating as ive never dealt with a company with such little customer service.

I paid for roaming when I went to Turkey for a week and I have another £29 of charges on my bill when it should of been covered by the roaming I paid £35 for

Unfortunately, I’m still unable to make the payment. I’ve already tried several times, but the transaction keeps being cancelled. There are no issues with my bank account, I have sufficient funds available, and all my other transactions are working normally. This is the only payment that keeps failing.I’ve also tried contacting my bank, but they haven’t responded to me, so I’m not sure why they’re blocking this specific transaction.I’m currently on holiday in Bangladesh and won’t be back in the UK until 12th September. I’m really worried that this missed payment could lead to an outstanding balance and negatively affect my credit score, even though I’m genuinely trying to make the payment.Could you please help me as soon as possible? Is there anything you can do from your side, or is there an alternative way for me to make the payment while I’m abroad? I would really appreciate any assistance. If possible, could you also advise whether my account can be protected from any negative impa

Iv trued paying my bill twice but it hasbt gone through. Why is that?

Hi I am on iPhone 12 currently in Poland which is included in roaming. I got £0 cap so I should not get any extra charges but I’m worried because my phone shows 0kb usage since yesterday however data remaining shows 400mb used so far. Not sure where to look in settings to ensure I’ll not get massive bill after holidays.

I can’t pay my bill tomorrow has I have had extra expenses with having to buy a new tyre.and I need my phone for work and for family as I have no landline. Please can somebody call me ?  regards Heather
