Can I pay off my final bill in installments?

The phone on this account isnt working

Had a text telling me my bill cap had changed and that I’ve currently spent £1.20 on out-of-plan charges. The text also recommended I check My Account online or the mobile app regularly to monitor my usage and any out of plan spend. As I’ve never incurred any out of plan charges in the two years I’ve been with ID I was interested to find out what they were for. Searching ‘My Account’ and the mobile app I couldn’t find anywhere to see current usage or charges. Eventually I found an old post on here where another user had posed a similar question. They were told that you can’t actually see current usage/spend online or via the app!I find this quite bizarre in this day and age. Other providers have been doing it for years.Anyway, I figured I’d go on Live Chat and get the information from there. What an absolute useless service that is. Here is the transcript: Agent: Kindly confirm how can I assist you? Me: I recently changed my plan. During the change I received a text saying that

Please change my direct debit 🙏

Hi I’m getting paid on Wednesday (15th) can I make a payment agreement and get my phone reconnected

Having trouble changing my Direct Debit to my business account. Is it possible to do this?I’m self employed, but thanks to MTD I now have to have a dedicated business account. The account is the same address, but obviously has my business name, not personal.Assuming this is the problem, is there any way around it?  Thanks

Hello , I’ve recently started a new job and won’t be paid until the end of the month . Is there a way you can pause my payments but keep my phone running until the 1st of may so I can still call work etc .i have no one else I can ask for the money to pay the bill so I’m really stressing about what to do

Why have I changed my pay date to the 26th. Why has it charged me today? And it’s already said on app my next bill is on 26th. I’ve only been with ID mobile a couple weeks?

I’ve been charged £45 for roaming I haven’t used on my April bill please remove

Hi there I don’t use I’d mobile any more im out of uk for almost a year.i don’t have a sim cart for 6 months and still have a bills to pay. try to contact you many. Many times with no success no response on my emails.can you please delete my account and stop asking me to pay a bills which I don’t have PLEASE Please

My bill has amounted to £33 and I don’t understand why, I have an £8 contract

I received my phone 1st feb so why has my price increased this year  - surely my contract didn’t start before I received the phone

Hi, I was overcharged £45 on my bill for presumably roaming charges. This is ridiculous as I’ve had an eSim enabled since I went on holiday and there was no opportunity where my mobile data or SMS was enabled/working. £45?? The equivalent of a phone contract!

i haven't paid my bill and ive been cut off. Is there anychace i could have my services turned back on and pay both bills this month please. I lost my job so ive been struggling with paying the past few months. Ive got a new job now and get paid on the 21st and will be able to pay.
