Can’t make or receive any calls since three fiasco. Over the past few weeks, I have been attempting to obtain assistance from the agents through the chat, but unfortunately, their efforts have been largely unsuccessful. Despite their insistence that everything is in order, both my partner and I are unable to make or receive calls. I have engaged with Apple, who conducted tests on both our devices (16 Pro Max) both remotely and in-store, and were unable to identify any hardware or software issues. Apple suggested that we consider using an eSIM instead of a physical SIM, as they are often more reliable. I attempted to obtain an eSIM through the app, which appeared to be a relatively straightforward process. However, none of the eSIMs were activated. They would remain on the “activating with network” status for several hours, followed by a message indicating that the activation had failed.
