I have a 2 month contact, but I'd like to change my contract - for a new phone
I made the mistake of buying the new Samsung S25 Ultra back in May 2025, thinking it was the best option at the time. I signed a 2-year contract.Now I’ve just seen the release of the Samsung Z Fold 7 — only two months too late for me! It’s honestly the perfect phone for my needs, especially because I often need to open multiple emails at once for work, and the wider screen would make a big difference.I don’t mind paying extra — I’d be happy to trade in my current phone, extend the contract, or do whatever’s needed. I’d just really like to switch to that model, as it would be a game changer when I don’t have my laptop with me.Unfortunately, I don’t see any upgrade or contract change options in the app. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!Hopefully, ID Mobile can meet me halfway — I’d really appreciate the chance to make the switch, even if it means paying a bit more.
