Wi-fi calling only working intermitently on Samsung Galaxy S24FE

I recently moved to ID Mobile from O2. I have a new Samsung Galaxy 24FE which worked perfectly on O2 with Wi-Fi calling - always offering Wi-Fi calling whenever it was connected to Wi-Fi.When I moved to ID mobile (with a physical SIM) I ensured Wi-Fi calling was enabled on the handset - the only option is “Make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi connection whenever available”. However it only works intermitently and will drop in and out of the Wi-Fi calling seemingly at random. This happens mostly at home where I’m on Virgin Media, but also at my Mum’s house on Sky broadband and in pubs / restaurants. At work it seems to hold Wi-Fi calling much better.I can force it onto Wi-Fi calling by putting it into Airplane mode, but that’s not ideal. After searching on the community I have today installed an eSim to replace the physical SIM (which separtely solved the problem I had with the wrong number showing in RCS chats).My number has always correctly shown

Other person can't hear me

Hi, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. When I make an outgoing call, frequently the other person can't hear me at all, and other times they can only partially hear me (my voice keeps breaking up). I can hear them perfectly clearly. It seems to be getting worse. However, when the other person calls me, they usually are able to hear me just fine. I have tried disabling WiFi Calling, disabling WiFi and Bluetooth, and resetting network settings. Nothing has worked. I should say, WhatsApp and Discord calls work flawlessly, as does using the sound recorder app, so it seems my microphone works fine.Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Been told I can make calls whilst I’m in Egypt and will pay the costs on my next bill. I’ve tried a couple of times to call out but they won’t go through. I have mobile data on - is there something else I should be doing?

Can i switch from eSIM to physical SIM?

I have an eSIM with id, all working great. I am going to Canada for 3 weeks - which isn't on the id roaming list.I would like to get a travel eSIM to use for 3 weeks whilst I am away (eSIMs seem to be easiest option for travel) but my phone only supports one eSIM.Can I request my id phone number be switched to a physical SIM so that I can get another SIM whilst I am out the country.Thanks for your help.

I am now due an upgrade but have decided I want to go "SIM only", i want to stay with iD and buy sim (from uSwitch) to replace current contract how do I do it without requiring a new SIM and just keeping current sim and just transfer over and at same time cancel my current contract and switch seamlessly without disruption to connection and getting double payments (current DD to new DD)?

Changing ID mobile to another ID mobile contract

Hello all, I’ve been with ID mobile for a number of years and decided to upgrade. They offered me the Pixel 8 as an upgrade deal but it was literally the same price without the update which is a shame. I then found a great offer from ID mobile via a third party with the phone and loads more data. I know that ID mobile can’t change from ID mobile to ID mobile but can I move my current number to another network provider (EE) and then switch to the new ID mobile? Has anyone tried this before? How long does it take?

Despite multiple attempts and several emails back and forth with customer service, I have been consistently provided with incorrect information regarding my device’s usage history.The situation has caused significant delays, as the incorrect information provided has been rejected by my insurance company, and I have not yet received a document reflecting the accurate usage details.I have followed all requested steps, including providing my account and security details multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. data roaming in usa not working after trying all options

I have paid for 5 days of data roaming in the USA but I haven’t been able to get it to work. I have enabled data roaming, switched network to auto and reset network settings. It still doesn’t work.
