Getting started with iD.

I’ve switched over to ID today and received a text to advise everything has been completed and my number had been moved over.  Issue is my old sim is still active with my number I wanted to bring over to ID and the ID sim is active with the ID provided number  when I’ve switched before, the old service disconnects straight away. Any thoughts or am I being impatient with it being switch day. 

I put my sum into a TpLink mifi mini router but while it connects to the phone when I select the router and add the password, it won't connect to the Internet at all.  Is there a setting I have missed or something I need to do to get it to work? I have a Samsung S24 ultra and also I am currently in spain if that makes a difference. When the sim is in my phone it is working perfectly calls and Internet 

Hi, sending a message on behalf of my Dad. He scheduled his pac code transfer for yesterday and lost all signal from old provider at around 7am. He was told it could take until 10pm but he has woke up this morning and this still hasn’t transferred and he needs his number for work. is there anyone to contact or to speed up this process or see if their is a fault? thanks!

When the transfer is complete will I then have my original mobile number?

I have the right transaction number from my welcome email I have entered my PAC and old and new MSISDN I am getting an error message each time at the top saying it failed It looks like the service is down

I ported my number to ID mobile and imessage and facetime do not work.So i have tried numerous times now where i have:signed out of imessage / facetimeswitched off imessage and facetimedeleted network settingsrestarted phone, and switched the services back on and still nothing.I get “An error occurred during activation. Try again.” Works fine with email but not my phone number so know its an ID mobile issue trying to connecting to apple system, before it was trying to activate as would see a spinning sign next to my number but now it just fails activation immediately.I also asked for a new e-sim but that also did not fix the issue. I have raised a ticket with ID mobile but its been 3 days now and no update.  I have seen other threads with similar issues, like this one:  I t

Hi! I’ve requested to switch from Lebara to id Mobile via PAC and I’ve linked the bank account to id mobile, but apparently I’ve not received via mail any information… how do I know “where” is my number? Is ID mobile doing the switch or not? Is there any customer support? Thanks.

I have a s24 phone it is not charging properly ..it goes off and on charge when cable in. I have tried different cables 

Help.A while ago I experienced issues with my mobile phone ‘IIIF150 Raptor’ - this isn’t on the iD Mobile compatibility list. Despite my old Three PAYGO SIM working fine (same network?) on both VoLTE and VoWifi.See: I wasn’t too worried at the time as I rarely made / received calls. Problem is that now I have been diagnosed with cancer (Lymphoma cancer and bowel cancer - 2 separate cancers how lucky?) and am now receiving chemo and soon surgery.I now need to keep in contact with consultants, doctors, and Macmillan nurses. I ordered a phone and 24 month contract last Thursday. I entered my billing details (home address) and delivery details (work address).  I got a notification on Saturday that my order was being delivered, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and received a subsequent email from DPD with the pin code. I then noticed that it was being sent to my billing address and not the delivery address as requested. I wasn't home on Saturday as I was away for the weekend but I notified my husband and gave him the pin. He said he had to go out at midday but would collect it if he was home.When midday arrived and he wasn't home I checked on the delivery and it said my delivery was number 165 and the driver was on number 40.So I rescheduled the delivery and paid DPD £4.99 to deliver on Tuesday between 12 and 6pm, when I  knew that someone would be home to collect it. DPD still attempted to deliver the parcel and asked a resident in another flat for the pin code. I’ve ordered a new eSIM, part of the purchase process is PAC code which I submitted. I like the new number I recieved from ID Mobile. How can I cancel the PAC code to keep the number provided by ID mobile?

I just signed up to a SIM only contract last night and received my welcome email.  Including the TRANSACTION NUMBER but no mention of a ID MOBILE NUMBER. According to iD Mobile “You can find your iD Mobile number on the receipt you received with your plan or in the welcome email we sent you the day after joining iD.”  I tried downloading the app hoping it would be there - but it’s not. And… I need the iD mobile number to complete setting up my account.  I really want to transport my old number across and I have a PAC code but I cannot complete the transaction until I determine the iD mobile number.  Thank you for any suggestions…Question to iD Mobile.. why do you not display the new mobile number as your Easy To Transfer information says…?

Hi - I joined ID mobile last Monday. All seemed to be fine. Wifi calling working happily. Then on Friday I ported over my old number from EE. Ever since then wifi calling has stopped working. I have a Pixel 6. Android is up to date. The SIM settings are all correct. I’ve rebooted the phone a few times. Occasionally wifi calling works for a moment after reboot, but more often it doesn’t work at all. Any help would be much appreciated!

Do I have to activate my e sim with a transfer 

I’ve received my PAC number and entered it along with the other required details, submitting everything as requested. However, I received an error message indicating there’s an issue with the information I provided. I don’t understand what the problem is, as I’ve double-checked everything and confirmed that all the details are correct. I even tried submitting the form from my computer instead of my phone, but the same error still appears.

I switched to ID Mobile few days ago and since that I've been unable to receive OTP's/verification codes. I cant login into my work profile not mention a banking etc.  URGENt! 

I recently ported my old number across which was completed however I am not receiving text messages? I have looked at the advice on here and tried everything but still not working?? 

My PAC transfer seems to have completed successfully, I tested text and voice between two of the numbers I have, no issues, and data isn’t an issue either. When I try to check out my shopping cart the OTP from Sainsbury’s Bank isn’t coming through. I cannot log into the Sainsbury’s Bank website either. Is it just a matter of time, since the PAC transfer only completed at about 1600 today?

I'm confused about why I keep being asked by my customers, whether I've changed my number, as every message I'm sending is looking to them, like it's coming from the id mobile sim number, despite the fact that I've had my giffgaff number ported over with my PAC, it's not just irritating, it's super annoying!Please!!!Sort it out, or at least tell me how to!

Hi I tried to transfer the old phone number to here. Unfortunately my code only valid until 11 May. Would I need to wait for new code? thanks
