Getting started with iD.

I have joined iD but did not request to keep my number as I wanted to make sure everything worked OK before I made that leap. Now, when I log in I can’t see any option to bring my old number. Is this still possible or does it have to be done as soon as I you join???

Hi.I ported my number across and have had notification it has been completed and have restarted phone as directed. when I call someone my powered number is showing which is suggests portion has worked. but When I text someone it is showing the ID mobile number that can with sim This is creating confusion for those receiving my messages, can you help? Device is Apple IPhone 11

My old phone number should of been transfered from o2 to ID yesterday but has not . What can I do to get this sorted.

I’m trying to get my pac code submitted to get my old number in use. But it’s not submitting and saying try again. All details are correct.

I need to change my id mobile number to my old mobile number, I have pac code but cannot find transaction number. Not on invoice and no welcome email! Cannot get onto live chat either please help!

Hi,This may be a little long winded but I want to make sure I’ve given you all the information for an informed reply. I wear NHS supplied hearing aids supplied by a company called danalogic.(https://www.danalogic.co.uk/hearing-devices/danalogic-ambio) These are great aids and have bluetooth connectivity built in which is a first for NHS aids TBH They can also be controlled via an app called BeMore (https://play.google.com/store/search?q=bemore&c=apps&hl=en_GB) So the issue is this: My old Samsung Galaxy S20FE connected and worked with these aids flawlessly and I was super happy with it. Last week I upgraded to a Honor Magic V2 and whilst in every way it’s a great phone the big issue is hearing aid audio. I initially couldn’t get the aids to pair with the phone at all. This used to be achieved through the app but there was no joy doing it that way. Eventually, I paired each aid individually direct from the bluetooth preferences window and the phone then recognised them as a pair and sho

I’ve switched to ID Mobile and haven’t received any welcome email with transaction number on it, hence haven’t been able to receive calls or messages from my old number which is extremely inconvenient

I was setting up my iD mobile account and it requested my iD mobile number but when I entered it i recieved no code and using my old number doesnt work

My voicemail only works when my iPhone is turned off I’ve put all codes in correctly and been on live chat it’s the same with my wife’s phone too it’s frustrating as I’m dealing with cancer at the moment and if I can’t get to my phone in time I don’t know if it’s the hospital ringing as they always say they will leave a voicemail for me so need it fixing ASAP

Bill came out early so got refused by bank but I have paid on line got confirmation of payment and I have used the internet since then. Just gone to use internet and it's saying no data but my son is on same ID mobile and he has data. Please help.

Hi I have entered all the details for keeping my number, including the PAC number, but it is saying that they are incorrect. I have checked them a few times and also reinput the details, but to no avail.

I am trying to switch to ID from BT mobile. Every time I hit the submit button I am given a message that says: “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.” I have checked the information I have countless times and know it is correct. I do not understand why this is being rejected when I try to switch? Do ID mobile even want my business?!

Hi, I have recently joined you from O2 and am totally happy with my SiM and signal on my phone so wanted to switch my daughters too. I was declined can I ask the reason for this and why you do a hard check even though I am already a customer with a good score. Can I also ask when I can try again and switch?

Hi, I have purchased a new pay monthly contract with ID mobile and switched networks. The phone has had to be posted to another address to me as i am away at the moment but there have been delays and it hasn’t arrived yet, however my old network has been turned off now so I still have my old phone (until new one arrived hopefully in the next few days) and no network. Is there a way I can set up my new ID mobile network on my old phone for now so I have data/network and then switch this over to the new phone once arrives?

Can't upgrade online. I got an email on 11 July confirming I could upgrade as I was coming to the end of my two year contract. Since then, I have not been able to do so. There is no option on the app. I did a live chat yesterday and they said due to a glitch, my app has not been refreshed so I'd have to do so by phoning. That's simply not good enough. Anyone else in same boat?

Hi, when I joined I wanted to bring all my numbers over and had three you decline the third ( as you can’t have more than two in a period of time )and now I have had a 115 point drop in my credit score would this be you as I am very unhappy about this as I was not aware you couldn’t have three u tip you declined me! Hi, Both me and my wife have swapped over to ID mobile. I have supplied the PAC number to transfer over our old numbers. The date we chose was 10th July, one week they haven’t transferred. How can I track why they haven’t changed over. We both had text messages to say you had received the PAC numbers.

Hi I’m trying to switch to ID Mobile and getting an error when trying to submit the PAC code “Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.” I’ve tried using it today 5/7, but I get an error message that the PAC code will expire before the transfer is completed. And the form is not submitted. My existing provider say the PAC code is valid until 11/7 and they cannot issue another, until after that date. There are full 5 days left on this PAC code. ID mobile expect the transfer to be one working day. So how do I use the PAC code ?

I referred my husband and he purchased a mobile plan and phone back in March. On my dashboard it says he is "pending" but he has done all the steps to activate the Currys voucher offer. He has made 2 payments, one in March and one in April but neither of us have received our vouchers. When will we get the vouchers? Thank you

I’m attempting to re-register for the new app. However something seems to go wrong on step 5 (outlined here). At first I assumed I just mistyped but after attempts 2 → 5 seems like it’s something else. Example: Entered into the registration: Can’t really figure out what I can do to resolve, only idea I have is perhaps it’s also checking the previous data I entered and part of that doesn’t match which is causing an error. As an aside it feels so weird having to “re-register” for an account I’ve had for 4+ years, ID seriously couldn’t migrate the account level information some better way?

We purchased two separate accounts at the same time using one email. One of the accounts cannot get access to the app because it only recognises the first account.

I have moved from Three to ID Mobile on Monday 7th July, some 7 days ago. I gave my PAC code when I applied online via the ID Mobile web site. I have received the ID Mobile SIM card and put it in my mobile and it is showing the ID mobile number, not my number that I want to port. But I have not yet been given a date to port the number, and my mobile is still showing the ID mobile number. Nothing I have seen online helps me get the port done. I can log on to my ID Mobile account on the website and all my details are correct and the ID Mobile plan is also correct, but it still shows the ID mobile number. How can I get my old Three mobile number ported? Can somebody please contact me and explain why this has not yet been done?
