Good evening, im looking at getting a phone with you but not sure if I’ll pass the credit check due to some past issues, if I pay the first month like it says amd get rejected what happens then to the money ?

I am a Canadian who plans to travel in England and the Channel Islands, and I would like to buy either a monthly or pay-as-you-go SIM-only plan (eSIM or physical SIM, I don’t care which). But even for pay-as-you-go, which shouldn’t require a credit check, the online checkout system requires me to provide a UK address, which I don’t have. Is there any way for me to join iD Mobile?

My number was supposed to be ported lat Friday(10th January).Since then I haven’t had any service from ID - no data, texts, phone.if I try to phone my number it says it’s an invalid number.I have raised this through Live Chat, however I still don’t have any service.. can someone help please.

Hi how do i activatevPAC cofe from othernvendor

Hi! I need some advice please. I have bought my mother a new phone (it’s a basic handset not a smartphone).. it has no SIM. I’d like to purchase a monthly contract but not sure how to do this without using her new phone? Thanks!

So I have had ID mobile for a while and when I first joined I ported a number on to this sim. I no longer need this number so wanted to port in another number to this account but it won't let me do this online. Spoke to chat twice now and provided the PAC and given two ports dates and nothing has happened. What can I do go get this actually moved over?  Thanks

I tried to tranfer my old number to ID mobile. I entered my PAC and Transaction number but still got an error message, saying that there is an issue with the information provided.

Just got my new ID mobile sim, how do I activate it?

An advisor asked me to send a private message about my complaint but I am unable to private message them how do I do this please?

I believe there's a bug on the ID mobile community... I have to keep resetting my password for the community despite my community account and actual ID mobile account use the same credentials. Main account continues to work, but I go to login to the community and get invalid username/password despite only resetting it a few days ago, to the exact same password I set 2 days ago, then I can login again

Ihave been woth you now nearly a month amd still dont havey esim card  and i tryed to switch and now i kept my pld number and it switched my phone is just saying emergency calls only

I signed up for id mobile at the weekend and downloaded the esim. It was added as a second line.My PAC transfer happened yesterday and I removed my O2 Sim. The id esim then became the primary sim.Data works, but it is not showing a number and I have no access to phone calls and texts. To make things worse I have had no update from id about what is happening with this transfer and when I try to log into the app it sends me a text message to verify my identity … but I can’t receive text messages! There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact help and support except for here and the chatbot is completely useless.I don’t really know what to do, but this has been a very frustrating and disappointing start to using id mobile!

I am looking to activate a phone plan with ID. I’d like to activate a new UK Number. How can I do this? As, all of your plans seems to keep your old phone number.

Hi, you sent an email asking that I change my pin. I followed the instructions to do so but receive no SMS (9 digit number). So cannot change my pin. My old mobile number ports over to iD today hence I tried to change my pin

Hello all; I purchased my Pixel 10 pro with a ‘promo’ offer for a Pixel watch, waited for the 14 day period; after this, I went to claim the offer on the Google page, the terms are as follows: You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026Not a problem, purchased 23rd Dec 2025. I go to claim and I receive this message; Unfortunately, you haven't selected an eligible purchase date. You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026, and submit your claim during the promotional period. For more information, check our Terms. Am I missing something? Is 23rd Dec not between 10th Dec and 7th Jan? Obviously I’ve contacted ‘someone’ at Google about this, which will obviously then drag out so then when I go to claim again, it will be actually out of the promo period. Could someone tell me what I’m doing wrong or that I’m not being gaslit by Google?

My switch from previous supplier was meant to go through yesterday, I got an email today saying it’s done and gone through at 10.00am, have turned phone off and back on, as instructed, but it’s saying no service. any ideas? thanks all.

I ordered a sim only contract in early december on-line, went through the credit check and received paperwork for it too, that’s the last i heard! never did get the sim or infact anything more from ID mobile, I am very confused.

I just PAC transferred  my number a week ago and ever since joining ID I can't get access to apps or websites that send one time passwords. I've tried everything.  ID customer service is dreadful and no help whatsoever.  My SIM in my old phone that did work before now doesn't so its clearly a network issue and not my new phone settings (that's all they focus on) . Annoyed angry and fed up with ID already!

Hi

New to this, bear with me. Been with ID for last 12 months. Having connectivity problems, whereas use 4g and home WiFi, connects up, but within 10 mins loses connectivity. Messaged live chat 5 hours ago, and apart from the “routing you to an agent” and awaiting for complaints team, to call me back after I phoned them, where do I go from here. Turned on and off the the airplane mode and reset the WiFi settings. thanks in anticipation.

It’s not possible to register for an ID Mobile account online for a new customer because there’s a glitch in the ID Moblie website, which comes up with that annoying message ‘Oops something’s gone wrong’. Very irritating. Usual crap.
