HiI'm looking at the Oppo find x9 pro and see ID mobile sells it for £44.99 per month on unlimited data etc £49 upfront…This brings the 2 year cost to £1109.76... With unlimited data…When the manufacturer sells it for £1099 without any airtime I feel ID mobile is too good to be true? I'm getting unlimited data and calls and texts for a tenner more than the phone costs? Do I still own the phone at the end of 24 months? Even if I don't use the SIM with the phone and opt to use another carrier the phone is cheaper than I can get elsewhere…Can I opt for SIM card as opposed to esim as I want to swap in and out OnePlus 13 as well…Thanks. J

Hello. I initiated 3 conversations with the live chat agents, first one told me that regardless that I received a message from idmobile that the port has finalised I should wait for 22:00 (24.10). 2nd one walked me through a multitude of fixes with the last resort to go to Currys and request a new SIM. Did that. Part of issue solved, any kind of OTP, security check, confirmation, still not received. 3rd one interrupted (25.10.2025).Now I can't access the live chat in any way I try and I also cannot receive any sort of OTP messages, probably a issue with split port after transferring from another network. How can I access and receive any kind of support?

Hi,  I have recently purchased a Google Pixel Pro 10 XL through ID mobile. As part of the deal I was informed I can claim a pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2. When following the link on ID mobile, I am told on the ID mobile website that's the claim needs to be made by 1/11/25 23:59. However, when I follow the link to Google, it tells me that I cannot claim until 14 days after the purchase date, this would be 9/11/25. What happens next? I don't want to leave this until the 9th to find I can't get them. Will it still honour my purchase and free gift on the 9th of November?

Hi everyone, I ordered a phone contract recently and received the delivery today. Unfortunately, the SIM card that came with the phone isn’t working at all. It’s not being detected in the new phone or even in my old phone, and it doesn’t read or show any signal. I’ve tried contacting support through the live chat, but it seems to be down right now. I’ve also been searching everywhere for a customer service phone number, but couldn’t find one, which has been really frustrating and not a great start. At the moment, I can’t even receive the verification code via email to activate the SIM, which means I can’t switch it to an eSIM either. Can anyone from iD Mobile or the community advise me what I can do next to get this sorted? Also, is this kind of issue common with iD Mobile? Because if this is how it usually goes, I might prefer to return everything while I still can. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have just taken out a new contract woth id and requested to keep same number with esim... but havent been sent a esim?

Like quite a few people, I've been trying to submit my PAC code. All the information is correct but it comes up with an error message. If I can't do it soon I will cancel my account

I have just received my new sim card but can't find the phone number to go with it.Switching to iD from talktalk but they haven't swnt a PAC code - no response from them at all so I am just looking to change my number

i made an order over a month ago and still not heard anything back if its been accepted or not no money has left my bank

I haven’t received any updates on my pay monthly contract iPhone 17 in 4 days. I don’t know when the estimated delivery / dispatch date is. I haven’t received any emails regarding an E sim. All I have is a confirmation of purchase email. The money I paid up front hasn’t come out of my bank account either so I’m wondering if my order has actually gone through. Can I get some sort of confirmation that my order has been processed?

I need a new eSIM code my PAC has transferred

i have been given my pac code from my old provider but when i try and switch it just says please try again later and doesn’t work - i need my original number and i’ve been given a temporary and the switch hasn’t happened yet and it’s been a while

Received repeated error messages while trying to transfer my old number

I recently transferred my mobile number from Vodafone to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime.I have already checked the below and it did not help: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/switching-to-id-pac-stac-132/how-do-i-fix-calls-imessage-or-facetime-issues-on-my-iphone-57840 I have done network reset 5-6 times but that has not worked. I will not do a factory reset of my phone because that does

Good morning. I have been trying for several days now to transfer my old number to my new ID mobile. I have filled out the online form when selecting switch to ID. All mobile numbers, PAC codes are correct. When trying to proceed, it always states that something has gone wrong. Been trying to contact ID via live chat, but keep being timed out.

Hi I made a order but it says processing however I don't know.if it's been confirmed

100% scam. They are good at getting your custom but once they hook you they dont bother with you at all. There is literally no customer service to talk to, its all about community help. I will be looking for a legal way to get out of my contract free of charge

I've recently joined Id mobile and ported my number over from previous network via PAC code over a week ago. When I send SMS Messages the recipients receive the text from the number I was assigned when I took out the contract, therefore, I ain't receiving a response. I do receive messages if sent directly to my number (orginial brought over number).  I have also noticed that I can't call a number that is on a sky contract. It starts with 074 but keeps saying number is invalid. Why is this? Never had any issues with previous provider. The number is not invalid as they are able to contact me.

I have a couple of issues with my line: a significant delay on my audio on incoming calls, and my own speech echoing back to me. I took the phone into Currys and they told me to contact Customer Service at ID. I have been trying to speak to an agent via the live chat but I just get a message saying they are not available (multiple times). Where do I go from here?

I’m trying to reach customer service i cannot access the live. hat despite using chrome clear data … i tried everything im really starting to regret switching from o2

I need PAC code

For 2 days now I need to speak to customer services via live chat and it keeps saying: I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.I have tried multiple times during working hours all day and nothing. Not a good sign when I’m a new customer to ID.

Hi, my daughter has just moved to iD, she has asked for and received the pac code from her previous network Vodafone. When talking to Vodafone customer services she was told vodafone don't allow transferring vodafone number to id. Is this true, as I can't find any reference to this anywhere.Thanks.

its been almost 2 weeks trying to port number but can't and also can't connect to live chat for help every time its unavailable I'm really helpless and pissed at the same time
