I had a contract with ID mobile for 2 years starting nov 2023 and ending this year early November. When the new iPhone came out this year(iPhone 16) I bought a separate contract as it was cheaper and a better deal so when my old contract runs out I will move to the new contract. I was paying for 2 contests for a couple of months but only using my first original contract/sim/phone. Fast forward to my original contract ending, now I want to use my new contract I try using the sim and it's there's no connection. The phone is working fine, but the sim is not connecting or has no connection. I checked and on purchasing the new contract I received no welcome pack just a confirmation of a direct debit. I try to activate the sim but I have no number with id that I can find now to make an account. The sim is not connecting so I can not get a mobile number from that and from the few emails I have no mobile number has been provided. All I have is a direct debit reference number and a SIM card

Yesterday the original contract expired and now the new sim isn't working, my old id account is deleted and I don't know what this new sim number is to makee another account or to activate it. I didt receive a welcome pack or nothing just confirmation of a direct debit. Now I have a new phone but no working sim. Tired using my old and new sim both are no service. Please help!!!!

Hi,im trying to pay my final bill but having issues. To give background, I have an existing contract that I’ve now cancelled. I transferred my number to an EE payg sim. Took out a new contract with iDmobile, then transferred the number back. My old account that I’ve terminated, I can login but it won’t show my account or bills etc. just says oops an error has occurred. I think it’s because my mobile number exists twice on two accounts, maybe causing an issue? I cancelled the DD and will make the payment manually. However, I ring 7777 from my mobile and it says my account balance is £0 as it’s pulling up my new contract account. I’ve tried ringing from another mobile on another network, but it only gives the option to enter a mobile number (same issue account balance £0). I was hoping it would allow me to enter the account number of the old contract.  I want to pay the bill but not sure how? Can a link be sent to me to make the payment online? Or a bank transfer?

I want to purchase two Black Friday ‘phone and tariff’ deals for my children, but not activate them until Christmas Day.  Can I delay the activation of the deal to achieve this.Thank you.Alan Foley

Brand new contract from Id mobile with new sim and new iPhone 15. Saying sim not supported - this phone number can't be transferred because your account is eligible!!! I have transferred my sons data over to this phone from his other phone now it's wiped his mobile data from his old number!!??

I’ve entered the wrong date for my pac code to be activated, I’ve put next Monday instead of today. Any ideas how I can change this to today?

I'm on Rugby Stadium in Edinburgh and guess what, no signal at all, such a BAD network. Im using my Partner data from Lyca mobile and work great. Shame on you ID mobile, no signal in place like this, horrendous🤦🤦🤦

For a number of weeks I have had difficulties making and receiving calls. Sometimes it works - sometimes it doesnt. I have been on the chat line (twice)and seen a technician in Currys. I have changed the SIM but the problems remains. It all started after the 3G turn off. My phone is compatible, it has VoLTE and network mode for 4G. Beginning to give up all hope. Any final suggestions appreciated.

I can't make calls abroad keeps saying number not recognised ? 

I have recently joined id mobile.I have been calling people with no issue but recently I needed to get in touch with a handy man...I called him and he asked me to text through details and when I did I never heard back from him.I called to ask why and he said that a message came through but from a different number. I am guessing that when I moved my number across this was synced for call but it has not been for sms and therefore the id mobile sim no is being attached to sms messages .can you please fix this Chris

Am not 3G, have the ID logo top of screen.  No bars.  Have tried all recommended fixes but nothing.Can’t find how to request replacement SIM on line.Chat box takes you round in circles.Live chat, agent came in, dropped out without anything, wait time increased to 41 mins then 221 mins.Curry’s not seem to offer ID SIM  (only another brand).What to do?!thank you

I am try to contact ID as i need to order a new SIM. Can't use the App as it has updated and i can't receive the SMS to proceed. All i get when i try to access via the website is the Access Denied seen in the picture. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi all, very simple problem I am having I think 🤔 Myself and my wife already have accounts open with Id Mobile but we are trying to open a new SIM only for our daughter, but I am worried that when I set this up with my details (Because she is only 10) that my phone number will switch. I just want a new SIM? Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I've just switched to id and have used my PAC code from previous network. I picked next Friday to switch numbers. Is it possible to do the swap earlier?

ID mobile App is not opening and gives error code starts with 500

I have just transferred from three mobile to ID mobile as they had an offer on I wish I had never done it I have had so many calls just drop midway have tried to contact the taxman got as far as waiting 45 minutes was cut off, trying to get hold of the doctor got to number three in the queue was cut off this is absolutely disgusting don't give me it's three mobiles problem all over because I have been with three mobile for the last four years about and they have been great no problem only move because of the deal I got well it wasn't really a deal was it seeing I'm going to have to get another mobile contract now with three themselves to be able to phone the taxman and the doctor and actually get through to them. Looks like I will be cancelling my contract if nothing is done about this very soon. And if they think that they are going to charge me for cancelling it they've got another thing coming as I will see them in port as the service is not being provided that should be.

New to idmobile but wish I never set eyes on themif you are lucky enough to never have a problem or question then you might be ok other wise you are directed to the live chat where 9 times out of 10 you never resolve the issue when you do manage to get a phone number the number just keeps sending you to live chat 🤷🏼‍♂️all in all very disappointing and can’t wait for my contract to end 

Can you please look into see if I’m eligible for a new contract?

I registered my PAC code during the ordering process on a new phone, and the transfer date is today.I’ve put the new ID SIM in my new phone after I shut it down but not powered back on yet.Should I power on now (8:30am) or wait til a certain time or until I get some email that the transfer has taken place before I power up with the sim?I just got an SMS on my old phone with the number I’m transferring, so the transfer hasn’t taken place yet. I’m not sure what will happen if I power up before the transfer as presumably I could have a new number temporarily (not sure how that would work with billing etc).

I have just donated to children in need and absolutely disgusted that ID have charged me as it is a short text code, so they are making money out of  donations to this amazing charity. Shame on you ID mobile. 

when does my contract end not been able to use phone for three months

Hi theres a lot of posts here about how you can’t use your apple watch cellular with ID mobile network. Is it possible to use Apple watch GPS ?

So on my ID app I removed the adult content filtering.. however this has not worked, and now my Google safe search has been switched on and I cannot switch it back off because 'ID is the administrator'
