Hello,My phone is not working since I believe ID mobile switched off 3G network. My phone is 4G but Volte and WiFi calling are not available. I tried everything and even called ID customer services support but honestly there are no support or help.Well nothing I can do as I'm on 24 months contract still  keep on paying for my plan but unable to call!!! 😥😥😥

I would like to find out if I can use my phone while in Oman. What would it cost? Is there an add on I could.buy? I can't seem to work out the duration of my current contract.

Hi, my fix contact is up and I would like to switch to a sim only deal, but when I click upgrade it only gives me a more expensive deal to upgrade to!! There is no way to switch to a sim only deal and keep my current number. Can this be arranged thanks.

I have a id sim only deal. I would like to upgrade to a id package that includes a phone. How do I keep the same number?

I've not been able to make or receive calls or txt messages for the last 2 weeks. Done the upgrade but still nothing. Using Samsung galaxy phone.

Is there a way of limiting the usage of my son’s phone? If I block the sim can I unblock it at a later stage or will this permanently block the sim?

After switching to ID from Three at the start of September I had to use my old Sim to keep my number.The PAC transfer doesn’t appear to have worked and the number shown when I log in tomy ID account shows the replacement ID number.Is there an error or is the process still taking place ?

Hi my name is tobias weissenauer I have lost my simcard so I was wondering I blocked ot buy how cam u order a new sim.

My son has just received his new id mobile sim and put it in his iphone. He’s followed the instructions for keeping his existing number including adding his own details, his PAC from O2, received 10 minutes ago, his existing and new number and his transaction number from the welcome email.He’s getting the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”im with ID mobile so this is very frustrating. He has adhd so he’s getting stressed. What are we doing wrong?

I ported my number from Vodafone to iD on Tuesday (01/10/24), I’m able to make/receive phone calls and SMS texts but I’m still having problems getting iMessage and FaceTime to work. I have tried every trouble shooting solution; I’ve turned iMessage on/off several times, reset network settings, hard reset the phone, taken the SIM out and inserted it again and even erased and set the phone up again. iMessage and FaceTime both work with my iCloud email address, but it is SO frustrating not being able to use my phone number. I rely on iMessage a lot for both business and personal.I spoke to Apple who said that the carrier is the issue and there’s nothing more they could do that I hadn’t already tried, I’m inclined to believe them because iMessage/Facetime are working with my email address  I have contacted iD who have advised to get a new SIM card, I’ll be doing that later today but does anyone have anything else I could try in the meantime? Thank you! 

 Hi everyone,I received an email yesterday at 08.35 from DPD, regarding my new phone saying that, it's due to be delivered the 4th of March 2024 between 09:48-10:48. Then I received another email on the same day at 09:03 saying that my parcel will now be delivered on Thursday 7th March between 08:00 - 12:00. Then today by coincidence I checked the status of the parcel in DPD's website, surprised by this message, "Your parcel is on its way back to Currys", without any notification or explanation  from ID MOBILE OR CURRY’S OR DPD. I have been already charged for the upgrade to new phone. I couldn't find anyone to contact via App or even email/Phone number, even my sim was blocked as i ordered a new one. I’d be grateful if someone can help to find out regarding this serious issue as it is really confusing. Many thanks

My bill was paid from my bank on 10th October for £7. I have had another notification to say £7 will be taken again next week. I recently, about a month ago, upgraded my subscription with ID. Has one not been cancelled ?

Just ordered a second number, chose e-sim option, but my current Sim is saying it wont accept am e-sim. So need my current sim replaced with a compatible one, how do i?

I cannot make or receive calls. My sim does not work in another phone and a different sim works in my phone. I have good network coverage. 

I traded in a fully functional device for the pixel 9 pro £200 trade in, and received an email saying the device had screen burn and because of this they would only offer a fraction of the device's value, £10 instead of £100.The device does not have screen burn, and was fully functional on sending. The email did not provide any proof that the device has screen burn. A quick Google shows many other people trading in their fully functional phones with ID through Carphone Warehouse, saying the same thing.This is the second time I've been screwed over by an ID promotion, first with their Currys gift card promotion, which they did not honour as per terms, and I'm severely disappointed. Will not be returning once my contract has ended this time around.My question is, if I accept this trade in for £10, which I'm sure won't be budged on even though it's a fully functional device, will I still receive my extra promotional value, or will ID find a way to get
