I am currently in Morocco and not getting incoming calls. I have a data SIM for roaming and have selected my ID Mobile SIM as the voice calls one, data roaming is on, international calls are on.  why when someone calls me from the UK are they not coming through? I am on Orange which is the partner network here. 

I’m going to Turkey tomorrow. Wasn’t aware that it’s not included in the usual roaming deal, and so now scrapping around trying to sort it! Reading that I need to log into the ID mobile app to turn on roaming and also it’s being suggested that I add a cap to avoid high charges. However, the app isn’t working at the moment (as per the service message at the top of the page), and so how do I do this? Also, if I purchase the roaming now, does it start straight away or just when I turn the phone on in Turkey? 

I am currently overseas and paid my bill with excess funds remaining.  The payment has been received and  acknowledged by ID but I still have a blocked account?

Whenever I leave the Uk I cannot use any services, I’ve checked settings with ID mobile and my phone and there are no restrictions. My girlfriend travelling on the same trip and same package does not have any problems.  impossible to talk to anyone from ID and chat doesn’t seems to be an option.   

Hi,I will be using a travel simcard while in China but in case I run out of data since I'm staying for a month, I wonder if it will be possible for me to activate an add-on roaming data package once I'm in China?

The app says I have unlimited data, but I am currently overseas and know there is a 30gb cap.  my bill shows my usage, but I can’t find current usage.

First up, please accept my apologies if this has been answered before but there are so many threads out there with conflicting answers that it’s next to impossible to fully trust which one is correct.We’re about to go to New Zealand for 4 weeks. Naturally I don’t want to pay roaming charges for that length of time so I’ve got an second e-Sim from a local company (Spark) which I plan to use for both primary data and voice. However, ideally I’d still like to be able to receive SMS messages, particularly essential 2FA ones, sent to my UK telephone number but without having to incur any extra charges over my regular monthly payment.This is my current plan, using an iPhone 17. Cannot receive calls when abroad. 

It’s now Feb 2026, are ID Mobile yet doing calls & texts packages from Andorra when I’m there 1 March?And Data packages?

I am signed up for a contract but will be travelling in Asia for around five months. Are there any options to extend my contract or change it to be able to use it abroad? I can see add on options but can’t see anything reasonable that would cover that length of time.

Having bought a data add on and everything being switched on (i.e. phone has roaming enabled and the account settings say it’s enabled), data services don’t work!Attempted to search for alternative network providers - still doesn’t work. So the £20 data add-on is a waste of money and instead had to buy eSIM data package.

I am in the fortunate position of going to Sri Lanka for 23 days. I can see roaming add on options to buy coverage for 2, 5 or 10 days. Are there any longer packages which I can purchase? What is the best solution for a 23 day trip?

The 10GB roam beyond I purchased is not working in Memphis USA. I am having to rely on free WiFi in restaurants and hotels. How do I fix this issue? I have tried switching my phone off and back on but still not working. 

I'll be in Colombia for some time but will need to call and be called from the UK, can I have this with ID? From what I see there is no add on for calls, only for data, is this true? If I can't make and receive calls to/from the UK with ID while I am in Colombia, how can I do it? Thanks

Hello,just moved to ID and all gone smoothly. But I am a little anxious about roaming.  there’s a lot of threads where roaming didn’t quite work for users even if they “enabled roaming” on their phone and in their ID account.  my iPhone (iPhone 16 pro max) doesn’t have the ability on ID to enter APN settings. I’ve done this with previous providers to ensure roaming was set up.  I’ve deleted network settings but this still doesn’t give me an APN menu. it may be that times and capability have changed and if your phone is working for calls, FaceTime, I mobile data, OTP etc that you are all good. anyone else in the position where they can’t access the APN menu but roaming has been ok for them? thank you

I’m going to be island hopping whereby some destinations are included in my plan, and other are not? If I leave roaming on, but set my bill cap to £0.00, will this ensure that I don’t get any unexpected charges? I want to use my included data, on the islands that I can.  Thanks
