Hi, I am abroad using data roaming and it is not working. Any ideas when it might be back up? Thanks.

I’ve brought a data add on international for Puerto Rico but I have no data when I am trying to use it

Is there any update on how much longer roaming in Europe isn’t going to work? I haven’t had connection since this morning. Are we entitled to some form of refund as we aren’t receiving the service we’re paying for?Thank you

Hi, I'm in Poland and my data doesn't work at all, great surprise for holiday Id mobile😡😡😡 And it's not first time, Definitely I need new network.

I’m going to France, will I be able to just use my monthly plan data and minutes there?  Or do I need to purchase anything so I can still use my phone in France?

Travelling to Australia in June and want to use UK mobile (iD Mobile account) for phone and text calls. Procedure and charges for data roaming are clear but making calls/texts is a higher priority for me. How do I arrange this and what are the charges?

I know this has been posted a lot lately in the community. I have followed all that guidance (actually having to relay that info to my brother who is the one actually in Turkey, but I sort his phone tariff out for him), tried manually setting network (with some conflicting info on Comm posts and partner network lists - Turk Telecom, Vodafone and Avea, set services up for roaming, international calls, bill cap altered, etc. phone is setup for roaming too Still no mobile data however.

Hi, I can’t seem to connect to my eSIM and I am abroad

Please help i bought the £20 add on but after a call to another English mobile number I received a text saying I am being charged for roaming, what am I doing wrong?

Hi - I’m reading some conflicting info here and on the website. I’m roaming in Spain. I was under the impression that my data limit is capped at 30GB whilst roaming. However, I’ve read here that there is no cap. Which is correct?

I am going abroad for several months so am planning on using another sim but can I transfer my current number to it ?

Currently in France and I have no data

Hello, I am currently in Bulgaria and cannot dial UK numbers could you help me?

I paid £20 for 5 days of data roaming and 10gb data for turkey last week but it never worked. I don’t know if it’s because of the mountains but I never could receive or send messages or calls.

Hi, I’m currently in Tenerife, but I’m having an issue with data roaming

Can you tell me if I can use my phone/ roaming in USA?

I have just come back from Turkey. Paid £20 for a bolt on bundle waste of money. I couldn’t access any of the data. Went on the help section tried all the things to try and use it . Kept saying SIM card does not allow a connection to this network.

Hi,I took out this SIM-only contract a few months ago and specifically asked whether I would be able to use it in Australia. I was informed that I would be able to, which was one of the main reasons I chose this contract. However, now that I’m in Australia, I’m being told I need to pay £35 for only 10 days of usage. This is very disappointing, as I understood that roaming in Australia was included with the new contract.I’m in Australia until 6th June, so I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this situation and help resolve it as soon as possible.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Joe

I’m travelling to Ibiza spain for 3 nights on the 28th of may do I need to tell you and would there be a charge on my plan?

Spent £20 on a data package in Turkey and was not able to use it at all because there was no signal. It’s not a location issue, as my friend had perfect coverage with his £5 data package, whist I spent x4 more and had ZERO coverage.DO NOT PURCHASE THE ROAMING PACKAGE FROM ID MOBILE. IT’S A SCAM!

I am in canaries and cannot get roaming to work. I have tried everything you say online with no success.
