iPhone 1:Prowe are aboard and can’t get a mobile signal mobile signal to enable the app to enable roaming

HelloMy number is {removed}I want ro ask wich I allowed to spent gb in roaming

Hi, if I buy a 10day USA roaming deal. Does this include minutes and texts. Thanks

I am going to Turkey next Saturday for 10 days can I buy the roaming pass before I travel so that it works when I land?

Every single time I leave the United Kingdom I have no data coverage at all. I have been to France and Spain this year and have had to buy separate e-sims  to be able to get any connection at all. Its really starting to annoy me as everyone on other networks to seems to just be able to arrive and already have signal, where as I have to connect to wifi to even sort getting a e sim.  i need this resolved urgently, but I don’t know where to start or who to speak with as I can’t find a help section. Whenever I have got on the phone before to customer service they always talk me through steps that never seem to work. please advise, I didn’t really want to move to another network.

I have unlimited texts and calls on my ID SIM deal and when I'm abroad I get a text saying I can call and text (and use data) in exactly the same way as I can in the UK. But your response to someone else says this only applies within the UK. So which is it? Have you stopped allowing calls and texts from abroad from the unlimited deal? I've never been charged for any calls or texts from anywhere in Europe to date.

Why do I need to buy data to go to turkey when I’ve unlimited that I pay for and use next to nothing

I paid for 5 days of roaming in usa and it didnt work the whole time I was there

I want to change my plan, but i joined before 2023, so all my data can be used for roaming, if i change the plan now, will i lose that ability (if ID decides to stop the promotion for no roaming cap)

Im travelling to Morocco soon and want to know what is involved in roaming deal with 20GB. Does that include calls

How do a get a refund for Turkey add-on the didn't work?

We have been in Spain for 9 weeks now and the roaming is pathetic. You clearly say the Spain is one of the free roaming countries. Well I have to disagree. We have had to pay for esims and use our own mobile modem. We are due an upgrade and are seriously discussing changing networks. Jezza160

Hi, my mobile deta is not working as i came to malaga today

Want to check I will get data in Zante where I go on Monday.

Hello, I am in Egypt and have just received a missed call and voicemail. Please can you let me know if it will cost to listen to the voicemail?

I am absolutely furious to have landed in Turkey, switched my phone on, and immediately received a text message telling me I had been charged £45.I have been with ID Mobile for less than a year, and every previous network I've been with has automatically applied a simple daily roaming charge. For example, with Sky Mobile it was just £2 per day to use my existing allowance abroad. At no point did I expect to be hit with a £45 charge the moment I got off the plane. To make matters worse, I received two text messages almost simultaneously – one saying I'd used 80% of my allowance and then, seconds later, another saying I'd reached 100% and had been charged the full £45. I hadn't even had the chance to check my phone properly, let alone knowingly use enough data to justify such a charge. This is completely unacceptable. There should be far clearer warnings before customers incur such significant costs, especially when many other providers automatically offer affordable daily roaming options

Why can I not call home (UK) from abroad ?

I’m in Corfu, Greece which should be covered in free roaming. However I am being charged and cannot add an add on for Greece as it says it is free. I think ID mobile might think I am in Albania. What can I do?

How do I use my data in the USA and hawaii i am going on a cruise what is the cheapest way to stay connected i have an unlimited data plan and Samsung 26

Hi, can you please let me know what my allowance will be when travelling in France? I have read the guidance on EU roaming but unfortunately can't make any sense of it. Many thanks,Tayla

I bought a 5day add-on for roaming for when in the US. However the 5days is nearly over, and its not worked at all. I need a refund. What shouId I do?

I am in Morocco  I have paid for 5 days data roaming and it is not working or been put on my phone and don’t know how to activate it

How do I check if the US is included in my roaming plan?

When will my roaming allowance reset?

I am about to go on a trip to Canada, so I want to add roam beyond. At points on the tour we will be entering US, and back in to Canada again on the same day.Do I need to buy Roam Beyond overlapping for both countries at the same time?
