Can I roam on I D mobile in Egypt and Nigeria?

Hi, I’ve been working in a roaming destination for the past couple of months, and I am due to be working here for a little while longer before returning to the UK. I understand that under the terms of the fair use policy, I’ll fall under ‘permanent roaming’ and incur charges. This is absolutely fine - I was just wondering if I need to notify the network of this or will it be detected automatically? thanks

Hello ive purchased roam beyond for 10 days and the service is not working ive been through all troubleshooting steps and still not working

I'm currently in Italy and checked what data I have left out of my 30gb allowance. I think that t he way it's shown is confusing. What does "39.1/30gb" mean ?? I know that unused data is rolled over, but I know I can still only use 30gb here. I'm sure there must be a better way of showing this ID !

I’m visiting Australia and Antigua within the next 6 months, will I be charged roaming fees? Both of the above are on the international roaming list, but I’m not 100% certain this means I won’t be charged when visiting.

I'm trying to call numbers in the Netherlands and keep getting this message. I have unlimited call minutes and well within data limit. What is the problem?

I purchased the Australia roaming add on and have confirmation in the app I have that I now have that but I have no network connection. Roaming is enabled on my phone and in the app.

I’m travelling to Turkey and looking at the Id mobile website looking at purchasing a ‘roam beyond’ add on (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/add-ons#content-roam) to use my phone whilst there. However these only cover data and there is no information concerning buying add ons to cover calls or texts. I would expect an add on to be able to be purchased to enable me to use my phone as if at home and the lack of clarity is unhelpful, as the only information on call and text in Turkey is; https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges and surely Id cannot seriously expect you to pay these charges? Where is the option to be able to by an add on that covers calls, texts and data?

I’m in Austria, and my phone is showing that I’m connected to 4G or even 5G but nothing will load. I was using my data fine earlier in the trip, also in Austria without issue but now it’s just not working. I’ve checked settings and I’m still well within my 30gb fair trade. Austria is a roam free destination - it’s been an issue for almost a week now.

I have just arrived in NYC and my network does not work at all. I cannot send texts or call or use data. I have roaming set to on and have a £20 spending cap. It says I have good 5G or 4G signal pretty much anywhere but nothing works. I have tried selecting a network manually and resetting network settings - neither of these work. Please advise ASAP.

Does it cost me to send an imessage to a uk number from overseas (Sri Lanka)? I also have a uk number. And would it cost them to send an iMessage to me? does it matter if WiFi is used or cellular data?

My husband and I both lived in the UK and purchased roaming contracts specifically to use whilst in Zimbabwe so as not to miss out on work opportunities. Unfortunately we cannot get the roaming to work at all. We have activated roaming on both our mobiles as well as in the app, but nothing. any help would be much appreciated as our businesses rely on this.
