I've tried to find an oprator manually but all that's selected is not linking. Please help. I really need to use my phone abd currently can only do so in the hotel. All my roaming is turned on. I've followed all instructions from your website advice.

If I purchase the 10 day roam beyond add-on, will the ten days begin immediately and finish ten consecutive days after purchase, or can I use e.g. 5 days consecutively and return from holiday and use the remaining 5 days many months later in a different country? I cannot find a clear answer to this question on your website.

Saksun in the Faroe Islands. It feels like you've accidentally wandered into a fantasy film set—

I’m travelling to Albania later in the year and wonder if the add on foam option is easy to use.    I assume I follow the instruction on the app here then purchase.   Then activate.   At this point does it activate the roam instantly or does it then activate when I land in Albania ?    And also does it start the minute I activate then run 24 hours then on to another 24 hours for the next day if purchased. ?   I hope this makes sense.   I’m thinking 5 days roam pack for £20

What are the charges for receiving calls and sending texts while in the USA?

hi I’ve been travelling a lot around Europe in the past couple of weeks and my Internet was always perfectly fine until this last weekend. I’ve been to that place before so I know that normally the Internet connection is fine so I think something is wrong with my data roaming cap or it’s already been used up but I cannot see that on my account so would you be able to assist on that and is there a way to increase it ?
