iDMobile’s difficult policies…how long do i have to wait after cancelling? Any help…I purchased a 120gb sim-only contract for a good monthly cost, only issue is I’ve found the 120gb data not enough - my device uses way more.So, rather than worrying about remaining data allowance & be without internet in the interim change/rectification, I do the sensible thing and purchase another 12 month contract but for unlimited data. When the physical sim arrives…I swap that in my device and cancel the original 120gb sim contract (which is still within the 30-day cancellation period).Unfortunately…iDmobile throws a spanner into the works so what should be easy isn’t - I “fail” a credit check…despite 1)being an iDmobile customer already, 2) having no credit issues, 3)being in the highest rate tax bracket…they subsequently cancel the unlimited data sim…I’m told I cannot buy another contract??!Over an hour on the phone speaking to UK carphonewarehouse (guy can’t help), iDmobile customer complaints (who transfers me over to customer s
