I have a data sim for my router. When trying to set up my account I’m being asked for a six or eight digit number (I forget which one) that was sent to my sim. The problem is the sim is in my router, not in a phone so I’ve no idea what that number is. Short of taking the sim out of the router and placing it in my phone, what can I do to get round this?

I am not able to make outgoing calls 0800 numbers or any other not on my contact list

When switching to this mobile plan, part of the contract I was offered benefits regarding apple music, arcade and fitness+. When I click the link sent in my order confirmation it sends me to the US website and says it’s cancelled. Considering this was advertised as part of my contract and was part of what I paid for in my order I would like a link that actually offers me the free apple music and fitness at least. 

There was no option for me to provide my PAC when I signed up. Signed up anyway.Installed my esim which has installed on my phone with no number.No number has been provided in my welcome email.Downloaded the app to try and provide my PAC details there… except I can’t register on the app unless I have a phone number??!!I can’t find any way to provide my PAC number.

Hello, I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime.  It seems the problem might be related to the provisioning of my number on your network, particularly regarding Caller Line Identity (CLI) or SMS routing. Could you please verify:

Hello, I didn’t receive new sim card

When I call 123 it asks me to set up an PIN and to do that by calling us from your phone, which is what I thought I was doing. Where am I going wrong?

I have been trying to set up voicemail but every pin I try is unacceptable. They have been been mostly 4 or 6 numbers which would mean something to me but not simple things like  1234 etc.  What am I doing wrong.

Hi,I have just moved my families 3 sim only contracts across from EE and the switch date is Tuesday 17th.When you go to log into the ID Mobile App you need to enter your mobile number. It doesn't accept the number I am porting across from EE.I assume this is because the number hasn't ported across yet, so my question is this. Should I wait until my number(s) have ported across and I am actually using the new ID Mobile eSIM? I do have an email that tells me the temporary number assigned to my eSIM but I wasn't sure whether using that would potentially cause me any headaches 🤣Happy to wait a few days if it will be smoother and have looked for any info on this topic in the community but couldnt find anything..  

I have a PAC number and have followed all instructionsyour app crashes after submitting your number you wish to keep and your pacyour website doesn’t crash but when presented with the date tool to choose a day to switch it does not allow you to select a date seen many other users reporting same problem but the response from yourselves had always been “I will send a private message”please can you advise on the solution   

I have just purchased a monthly SIM for an iphone 14. The SIM arrived in the post and I am keen to get started. I want to keep the original phone number so I have been onto the website and have entered the PAC code, transaction number beginning with 4, old number, new number, etc. I then get an error message saying ‘Oops, something went wrong. Please try later’ I have tried about 6 times and have checked the information is correct and in the same format. Please can someone help me.

Hi, Hopefully quick question. I already have a phone contact on my account, that my son uses. I have just taken out another contract, for my daughter to use. I can't work out how to get this second phone onto my account. I'm also struggling a little to get going on the phone, new iPhone 15. It seems to have cut off my daughter's old (Vodafone) account, but not turned on the new ID Mobile account. Any thoughts gratefully received. Matthew.

Hi iD Team,I am in desperate need of a technical escalation for a Split Port issue that has left my number in limbo since the 9th.The Situation:The Problem: My port from Vodafone was initiated on the 9th, but the PAC expired that same day. Vodafone has confirmed the number is released and my old SIM is now dead.The Error: An iD agent attempted a manual broadcast yesterday at 10 am. It has been over 14 hours, and my iD account still shows the temporary number.The Symptoms: My iD SIM only works with the temporary number. Incoming calls to my ported number do not connect. Dialling *#100# results in an "Invalid MMI code" error.What I need:Because the PAC expired during the port, the automated system appears to be blocked. I’m trying to change my provider from o2 to I’d but when I fill in the online form it says my post code does not exist. We have had this post code for the last 15 years at least. What do I do please?

Hi, I need to speak to someone please. I had three mobile lines with Sky. One for me and one for each of my two kids.All under my single control. I decided to transfer from Sky to ID mobile.I’m now starting to regret the whole thing.My number has transferred.My son’s numbers have not.As such, I am being charged by both sky mobile and ID for mobile line rental for my two kids lines.All three PAC switches were detailed to ID Mobile on the same day.My switch was finally completed on 16-01-2026When I look at the ID mobile app on each of my kids phones I see “Work In Progress! You’re currently viewing the plan for xxxxxxxxxx, which already has a pending switch request”This has read the same since before 16th January.I have clicked the option on the app ‘Report a problem’ many times and left details of these issues.I’ve done this on both numbers in the respective ID mobile apps a few times.

So, I decided to switch from EE to ID Mobile.  The website says it’s easy and i can keep my number.  I did all the necessary forms etc and gave my PAC, Sunday (20/4) and chose this Monday as switch day (28/4).  My paperwork arrived in an email and all seemed good.  The new SIM arrived, and I awaited the 28th.  My phone stopped working so I removed the EE SIM and put the new SIM in. After a lot of faffing about I realised my number had not remained the same.  The website does say it may take a while.  However, my eagle-eye spotted that the paperwork had quoted the SIM number I would receive, but it did not match the one that arrived.  So, I tried to organise my account login but obviously the system only recognised the SIM that I didn’t have so the ‘code text message’ went to that SIM and I can’t login anywhere (phone/web).  I believe the incorrect SIM has caused the whole process to collapse.  Tues 29th -> With the current ‘ChatBox’ issues I was surprised when I

I have transferred to ID mobile - the Pac number worked but i have another number attached to it from before it got switched over which is the temporary number ID provided until the switch. Its  not allowing me to remove or delete this number SO I have 2 numbers. i cant make any outgoing calls and it keeps trying to use the temporary number. how do i remove this temporary number so its all on my one number ?

Help required please - Order confirmed for my SIM only deal has potentially not tracked in that I have not received an email link from gift cloud.My wife also placed an order at the same time for the same SIM only offer and HAS received the gift cloud email link confirming the purchase. IDMobile email response to my issue is to contact giftcloud. I have raised a ticket with giftcloud and await a response.The reason for posting here is this - when reading the giftcloud website, for any gift card link to be issued they need the relevant brand (IDMobile) to confirm all criteria has been met -  purchase date/time, whether the journey was tracked.Someone at IDMobile therefore has to validate my purchase - are they contactable? 

I'm not impressed with iD. Promises to port number today, had all the info they asked for PAC code, activation code etc. Said today by 10pm and porting of my old number to new contract phone on iD hasn't happened.  New customer,  bad 1sr impression. Also, cannot easily talk with anyone, bot chat is completely useless as well. 

Please help, I have a Samsung A13I have placed a new physical sim in the phone but it is showing NO SIM NO SERVICE. What do I do now?
