Hello, I didn’t receive new sim card

I have just got a new phone through iD mobile and have transferred my old phone number across before accessing the iD mobile app. Now when I try to log into the app, if I use my iD mobile number it tries to send a verification code to that number (which I don’t have access to). If I put in my current number (which was moved across) it doesn’t recognise this number. I have tried speaking to the chat bot but that wasn’t any help. Any suggestions? 

HiI got a contract with yourselves with device rental as it was the only way to get the device while I had another contract with another provider so the SIM card was lost I while agoI want to cancel my contract now but since I don't have access to the SIM I cannot receive the text to do it through the app

I've got 3 numbers with ID Mobile.For about a year, always receive emails just before direct debit to say money going out bank.Not been receiving them for a few months now.Do they need switching back on somewhere?

Can't receive caĺls from Vodafone network users since switching to ID Mobile. Checked all settings, taken SIM out and tried in other phone but still doesn't work

I applied for a one month ID mobile SIM only plan via you switch I supposedly failed could it check but the good news is I am pre-approved for a one month SIM only deal Make that make sense 😂

I haven't had a plan with ID for a while now and noticed there was a direct debit still in my bank account. I have cancelled it but have now been contacted saying I'm still owing. How can this be? ThanksVikki

The content lock on my son’s phone is apparently on but he can still access inappropriate material. Why isn’t this activating? 

I have a 24 month contract which ends today. I looked on my account two days ago to see options for sim only but I could only see the option to upgrade. I asked someone who has recently switched to sim only after an ID contract ended and he said he just added the plan to the ID cart through uswitch and checked out on the ID website and it switched automatically. But now ID is sending me a new sim and I don’t know if I can use a PAC code within a network. There is also now the option to switch to sim only when I log in, so I'm thinking I've made a mistake. If I can use a PAC I will but I'm thinking I'll have to cancel this order at this point and then switch the normal way.  I wouldn't have done any of this but I had no indication that sim only options would appear only on the day the contract ended, I thought if I waited this long to change it then I'd get charged an extra month at full price. What should I do here? I’m using a Google Pixel 9a with eSim. This morning two calls from a non-contact were sent straight to voicemail without ringing. I had signal and wifi calling turned on.These calls do not appear in “missed calls” on the phone app, and did not have any notification at the time. I received texts 30 minutes later that two calls were sent to voicemail. How do I get immediate notification of a missed call?I’ve tried - getting a new eSim, resetting network settings, disabling and re-enabling voicemail.I also received a call from a different number and it rang as normal without problems.

Coming to the end of a Pay Monthly contract & want to switch to SIM only but need to keep the same number, is this possible?

I paid £35 to use data Roaming in Australia. When I got there I got a message that I’d reached my capped limit. I therefore couldn’t use any roaming data. Surely by paying the £35 my capped limit would automatically be creased. It was a complete waste of money and in fact costs even more if it requires I creasing my capped limit at the same time. This should be explicitly explained before any payment is taken

Been with IDmobile a while, but last November I lost my mobile and so needed to order a replacement sim. Since then I’ve had problems receiving OTP’s, it seems many people have had this issue but can’t find anyone who has resolved it.can anyone help????

Hi my plan finishes in a week or two ,i have tried to pre pay it and finish it ,it's in my ex partners details but im backpacking and want to keep the sim and change to sim only deal to my name would it be possible and to get the codes and stuff i need by email instead of txt please Thanks Amy

switch hasn’t worked properly don’t know what to do with Settings

My number was due to transfer on 2nd Jan but so far it hasn't. Not sure if it's pending due to the bank holidays or if there's a problem. Any ideas how to find out?

Joined ID mobile in December and unable to log into my account. When I try online (chrome) it reloads on the enter number page. When I try the app it says 'oops something went wrong' I have cleared cookies, restarted phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and no luck!
