I am currently in NZ. I have purchased a 10 day roaming add-on from ID Mobile. Roaming is activated both on my Android phone and the ID Mobile app, but I still cannot access data services. When I try to access data, I get a notification saying that I 'may be out of data for Spark NZ (or whichever other network I manually choose)' and am asked to sign in. When I follow the link, I get timed out (because I'm not connected to the internet). Can anyone help me please?
I bought a 24 hour roaming package for Hong Kong this morning, but it's not working. Everything is switched on, but I get a message saying I don't have enough data from 3. What is 3? The same as ID mobile?
I have just came to ID from o2 my signal is constantly cutting out when online using data also I am not receiving certain calls very frustratingand struggling to make calls also with the other persons phone ringing but nothing happening at my end HELP How do I speak to someone from ID
All calls are going to voicemail on IPhone SE. Checked do not disturb settings and call forwarding - all off. Help please!!

it seems there have been issues for a long time with incoming calls and cut off after 2 mins reading through the forums. Every new day i make a call, thr first one cuts off without warning after 2 minutes and 5 seconds, this is my 2nd month with id mobile previously coming from vodafone which had zero problems, it happens calling landlines and various phones on different networks, my phone is Pixel 7 which is a recommended phone, Is this an issue that can be resolved other than leaving id mobile?
Hey.So I’ve refered a friend almost a year ago, we both got email confirming we earned the reward. Email received on 03/11/2023 and there has been no follow up to this ever since.Referal scheme has changed now and it uses a different company to handle referals, so maybe this had to do something with it.How do I get this solved, as customer support only seems to be limited to chat bots?
Hi. I've been with idMobile for months and successfully using voicemail but today I am unable to access it. If I phone the voicemail number it says it's calling but doesn't connect. I have tried 123, holding down 1 to connect and the actual voicemail number and it's not connecting. All my settings appear to be fine. The idMobile app also doesn't appear to be working. Any ideas anyone?
Just moved from EE mobile to ID mobile, everything’s great apart from not being able to call mum who happens to be on EE network. when telling her about not being able to get through to her she has told me that ID mobile runs off THREE network and other family members that were on THREE had to call her on WhatsApp as they couldn’t call her either?. whenever I try to ring her ‘call is not recognised, please check the number and try again’ anyone else have/had this? happy Monday!
I upgraded my phone today and would like to switch to an eSIM due to the wear and tear to my current sim, meaning that my service has decreased. However, I am unsure of how to do this I looked it up in the help section but it only tells you how to activate an eSIM.
I’ve already contacted curry’s but no reply and no confirmation even though I have tracked delivery. ID need to do better here, you can’t sit and promote a trade in and it take ages to come through.
why is it cheaper to get out a new contract than it is to upgrade my current contract
I accepted an upgrade offer which worked perfectly for the remaining two months my original contract I now can’t make outgoing calls although incoming calls are good, also I was issued with a replacement sim which I activated also my direct debit has been increased to reflect my updrade wich has included a two year contract, I have had three live chats but no result this is amounting to taking money for a service I am not receiving.
Why is safe search on although I have deactivated it.. wi fi is fine. Ejected sim card re booted phone etc still no use.No flannel sort it or I will get another supplierIt is clearly an id mobile issue. Fix it now. Barry
