At the end of January, I upgraded my two ID Mobile accounts/numbers (via Mobiles.co.uk) and received 2 Currys gift cards as part of the promotion. I went to use these today and neither are working. I’ve checked through my emails and there was nothing for me to action in order to make these useable. I have contacted ID Mobile customer services, who said I should contact Currys. I have contacted Currys who said I should contact Mobiles.co.uk. Mobiles.co.uk have said they will "look into it", but they only took details for one of the two orders, despite both being affected. When I asked how they would keep me updated, I was told that I would need to check back myself. This does not give me confidence that the issue will be resolved, and it leaves me unsure whether both gift cards are being investigated.I would appreciate it if ID Mobile could take some responsibility for this and assist in ensuring this matter is properly addressed - especially considering this appears to

I recently made a call to USA using what I believed was a Freephone (1-800- ). However I got charged for the call. Should this call have been free?

When using Wireless Calling I find that there is frequent change from duplex to simplex conversation! I can hear the other party but they suddenly cannot hear me. I also find that sometimes there is no dial tone available when I attempt to call a known number - either mobile or fixed. I have an iPhone 11 and the ISP is TalkTalk.Today the conversation changed to one way four times in a single conversation and each time my contact had to initiate the call afresh.HELP!

I use the above moblie MiFi router with an ID Mobile SIM which works perfectly well in the UK.  Its ability to connect to a network where a mobile phone fails is remarkable!  Anyway,  on a recent trip to France the SIM would not provide an internet connection despite the unit being configured for roaming.  My wife and I have the exact same SIM in our mobiles and network roaming on the same trip worked no problem (as it always has done). We tried just about everything to get it to work but to no avail.  Any suggestions for the cause of this problem or, even better, a workable solution if one exists. Andy.

I am trying to work out my typical monthly usage of call minutes and data (my iD Mobile plan has unlimited texts/SMS). I know I can get this information from my bills - however I can only download bills from the last 12 months from the iD website and the last year hasn’t been typical (for various reasons, one of which is that I’ve been completely unable to make or receive voice calls on my mobile for the last few months - an issue I’m still trying to get iD to resolve). Is there any way I can download historic usage (ideally right back to when I first started with iD Mobile), without having to go through all the GDPR rigmarole to request all my old bills? I don’t need to know the other information from the bills, just how many call minutes and how many MB of data I’ve used each month. Help please!

Why does ID mobile not send a missed call text message in the correct format?When in bad service/signal, ID Mobile sends us text to say someone has rang.They send the number in the text as447971XXXXXXSo when u press it to dial the number, it won't ring.You then have to edit the number or find the contact.For 30 years now, to dial a mobile it's07971 etc.Or +447971 etc.A 6 year old child knows this.Why can't ID Mobile get this right?It really is easy to solve some of these basic issues, as you are very good ID Mobile at a lot of other things. Please change this to how it should be. It's basic network communications normality

I'm trying to leave or cancel an account with ID.Started the process last month and was advised there would be a 15.99 bill to pay. Fine by me. No problem. The number though is still pending disconnection and yet I get my dd notice of 31.99 being due in a couple of weeks As far as I'm concerned I've followed all steps correctly and just can't get any sense of it all and live chat takes an age.Any advice please 

I have had new sim arrive only no reception when put in phone.I have put second chip in so as have Internet to get to I'd mobile website for registration etc and when it sends conformation to new sim I cannot receive it as no reception.. What silly thing am I doing wrong please anyone 🙂 

Firstly a comment that I HATE how difficult it is to speak to customer services anywhere these days!!! Makes it so much more difficult and stressful to get simple answers!!!! All I want to know is if channel islands are covered under normal UK contract?? I'm going to Sark for 6 months but the list of countries doesn't include channel islands annoyingly and seems to be impossible to speak to anyone that works for ID !!!!!!! 

5th day trying to get this sorted now I would like to speak to high management regarding to imei 2 that registered to same phone that was stolen ive been reading up on this and it can be done even if I not used that sim slot its still on same phone

Hi, just upgarge from an unlimited sim package with ID Mobile to a new iphone with unlimited calls, text and data but I want to keep my old number and use my old phone with the new unlimited package. I see two different mobile numbers on my Mobile Service and now I can receive or make calls on my old number. Can someone help me please?

I received my PAC code and it was accepted by ID mobile then I was given a changeover date. Three weeks later , the number hasn’t transferred. The Chat Bot has not given me any new information and I cannot for love nor money get the button to speak to a person to appear...i have tried on my Chromebook and my mobile and I am going around in circles.After checking my emails, i found one that said ‘no port date selected’.  If this is true, how on Earth do I select a port date at this point? I am currently paying for two contracts due to this issue. When upgrading from a phone contract to sim only contract do you keep your existing number and sim Card or does iDmobile  send out a new sim?And if iDmobile sends out new a sim will it have the same existing number already on it to just put in phone and start straight away? 

Please someone with some knowledge on customer service at least can you help me  My stolen phone comes with 2 imei numbers to which one has been blacklisted and so the other should to registered or not its on the same phone that was stolen so basically thiefs can still use the phone Well im talking on live chat and storm wants to block my sim yet again  and keeps calling me a mr seems he dont read the chat as he should as to why would I want my sim blocked yet again this is all causing me distress with my phone stolen and them being able to use the dual sim tray ive read up on line both imei in that same phone should be blacklisted not the previous imei for the phone im using again coz my new phone stolen give head a wobble and please help
