She had not used her phone at that time.Within minutes of purchasing the add‑on, her account showed 0MB remaining. She did not intentionally use any data. We have since discovered that her phone appears to have triggered an automatic software update, which seems to have downloaded in the background before the add‑on had fully activated.Because Switzerland is outside the EU roaming zone, I understand activation can sometimes be delayed, and it looks like the update consumed the allowance before the add‑on was properly applied.Is it possible to reapply the 2GB add‑on, as the usage was unintentional and happened within minutes of purchase?Thank you
