I want to upgrade to a pixel 9 from my 7 but the deals available online at uSwitch are better by roughly £5 per month than the options I am getting from the app. As a returning customer, how do I take advantage of the better deal ?

Every time I go into the app it shows the wrong data allowance on my plan.Ive spoken to customer service twice today and the first advisor said they'd change it there end,but that never happened and the second advisor told me to re install the app,I've done that and it's still wrong,is anyone else having this issue and have you found a way to sort it.Thanks.

Hi, I don’t plan on using my mobile while travelling unless connected to wifi - I travelled to Morocco, switched my phone on and got bombarded by texts from ID mobile saying I had used 80% of my spending cap, bear in mind I have roaming off. After an hour on live chat over WiFi, the agent said they can’t check what the charge is until 09/04, over a week after I return home? This is a time sensitive issue and no help is available. I don’t know or want the charge. If I have paid for some type of international use charge then I don’t even know what I can use since no one can help until after I return home. No email to contact anyone, I can’t use the customer phone number since I’m abroad? What’s the solution here?

I’ve just purchased a new phone & contract. I’m wondering when the first bill will come through for my contract? When the sim is activated? When the phone is delivered? Etc etc

Hi there - received my NEW iPhone 15 yesterday on ID Mobile. All seemed straight-forward in setup, but on speaking to 2 people today on the phone, both of them experienced delays in me speaking and them receiving the message. Any ideas? P.S. I phoned my son who was only upstairs to test and he heard me fine with no delay (don’t tell me if somebody is far away there’s a natural delay due to distance lol)

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with iD Mobile to warn others about how they handle disputes when things go wrong. If you're thinking of ordering from them, be aware of your consumer rights before doing so! For context on the situation: I pre-ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro from iD Mobile. When my package arrived, instead of the Pixel 9 Pro, I found an iPhone 15 Pro inside. I immediately contacted iD Mobile, but they refused to help and told me to contact DPD (the courier) instead. DPD told me to go back to iD Mobile—so I was stuck in a loop. Despite providing photographic evidence, iD Mobile insisted they sent the correct phone. I escalated to the Ombudsman, who sided with iD Mobile based on their warehouse footage, even though I never received the correct device and their “warehouse footage” was two cropped screenshots of their CCTV. I understand you get these posts all the time but ive been through previous posts and cannot seem to find an answer for this, my signal strength is at one bar and my data is none existent since being on i.d mobile rolling month contract for a few months now,I know the postcode checker is estimated only but really? Ive included what I was shown on the area checker today and an average speed test, taken with a Poco X3 pro with no previous problems on my last network "Vodafone", any help would be very much appreciated

I have recently switched from Lebara to ID and now I am unable to verify online purchases using a text message. The purchase is always declined. I have contacted my bank (Co-op) and they state this is a network issue. I was reluctant to believe this at first but it seems that many people face the same issue. Obviously this is a game changer for me and unless a solution can be found I will have no opinion but to switch to another provider.

I joined id mobile a little over a week ago, ported my old number across and that's when the issues started. I haven't been able to receive calls or txt messages since the port was "successful". I can make outgoing calls, my ported number displays on the receiving phone. I can send texts but the id mobile issued number displays. This is clearly a porting issue but I've spent days being messed around by the"technical support chat" who keep repeating the same steps, customer support lines that don't pick up the phone a total of 14 hours on hold so far! I did on one occasion get told this was going to be escalated to the technical team and would be in touch within 48 hours but that has been and gone with no resolution in site. You have 24 hours left to resolve it or I'm going to use the 14 day cooling off clause to cancel this contract before that opportunity expires. I need to be able to receive calls as a matter of urgency, I am a primary contact for a 95 year olds lifeline.

Recently bought a new pay monthly contract that included a currys voucher. it did not arrive with the phone delivery, and haven’t received any emails. raised a help ticket, and had a automated response to email another help desk. Kinda feels like I’m getting bounced around the system.

I started a contract with ID mobile about 6 weeks ago and used a PAC code to transfer my old number. Yesterday, my number reverted back to the original ID mobile number I was assigned. Please could you change my number back to the number I requested.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request PAC codes for my two exchange numbers. I wish to transfer them between providers. For the past four months, I have experienced inconsistent internet service in Stevenage. Consequently, I obtained a PAC code from another provider, but their network is also inadequate. To resolve this, I require a PAC code from ID Mobile for the number ending 681, which is used by various government and other sector organizations. Bill payment was taken 3 times, spoke to customer service through live chat and was told refund was being processed and opened a complaint. Spoke to complaints department who then informed me it was being sent by cheque (no mention of this on live chat) and that account would be debited within 24 hours. Just spoke to the live chat for an update as its been 2 days, refund not processed and will be 5-7 working days. Can't believe anything that this customer service department tells you. This stands out as the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, completely useless avoid them at all costs.

Good morning, I have collected by new phone yesterday and when perchasing I put in my pac code to keep my number but didn’t give me a switch over date. My number still hasn’t switched over and I’m having to go between 2 phones. I am unable to speak to someone over the phone and I have had a horrible experiences from the start so far! If someone could help in getting my number switched over! I have already tried to do this online also but it will not work.

Hi all 1st of all I'd just like to say please don't be too hard on Id mobile for the disruption & inconvenience that id are suffering at the moment As most of you know that id mobile & smarty piggyback of the 3uk network so if 3uk have issues with there network it effects id mobile & smarty & as I understand 3uk are doing work on the networks & with this bad weather we're having it's not helping the situation ! & I also understand other networks are having issues ! Nothing in today's life is perfect if it was we'd all be happier ppl (don't you agree) We all rely on our mobile phones too much these days I grew up in the world of if you had to make a phone call we had to find a public phone box & if it had been vandalised we had to find the next nearest 1 to us ! The signal has been bad since I got my phone especially in my home (L16) but never goes above 1 bar in Liverpool. I can make calls but no one can ever hear me as the signal is so poor. Im 100% relying on my WiFi. I've had a new sim with the same issue and my partner who is on the same network is having the same problem. I've complained to customer service a few times and nothing ever gets done - they say they'll investigate but then never follow up. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.

I’m dismayed to find my credit rating losing points due to a hard credit search from ID mobile….for an £8 a month SIM. Really? You have to do this? I actually have good credit and even credit card companies have only done soft searches!I regret ever coming into contact with ID, I am incensed!

Hello. I hope someone can help. On my latest bill there are two charges for two phone calls I made to a UK 07 number. Having checked my phone I did indeed make these calls, but I can’t remember who they are, and no business or name comes up. Anyway, my contract would normally cover such calls so can anyone explain why I might have been charged? Thanks Chris Neill
