Still cannot access my account, live chat or re- register

Upgrade declined due to failed internal security checks

Hi there, I’ve seen a few threads on this topic, though none seem to give a straight forward answer. My existing ID mobile contract is eligible for an early upgrade. Yesterday I went to place the order for the upgrade through the Carphone Warehouse site as IDs own upgrade site appears to be down at the moment. I placed the upgrade order and shortly after I received a text from CPW saying that they needed more info to process the order. I called them up and found that the issue was that my address didn’t match the address on my ID account. After fixing that on my ID account, CPW confirmed my details now matched and proceeded with their “internal security checks”. At this point I was told that those checks had failed, though they couldn’t tell me why. The person I was speaking to spoke to his manager and was told that this happens from time to time and there was a number I could call to straighten it out and prove that I was the account holder. ID Plan Info

I am very close to the end of my id contract.Recently, I have had to install the new updated version of the App and now I cannot see anything other than pay my bill. I want to check when my contract ends so I can leave and when I click on MY PLANS, it only lets me edit my profile.The Old app was not very good but this new one is twice as bad.Help me please

I Feel Scammed

I only had my ID account for a like a month (or less) and I have been charged 4x£8. Can i please get an explanation? Also it said I had overdue £8 and it temporarily suspended my account so I payed it and there was still a “Overdue £8” red box on the “Bills” tab on the app. So I payed that too, so £16. So with that and 2 other payments I spent £32 on 1 month. Please refund me!!

Where did my data disappear to!

Hi, I joined ID last month on a 100GB which allegedly rolls over unsued data. I have always had 100GB with previous provider but NEVER used anywhere near that amount.I regularly check usage so, when I checked my account on Friday evening was surprised to find I only had just over 6GB left. My new bill has landed which shows I only used just over 5200MB so nowhere near 100GB! I have had just over 6GB roll over. This isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but something has clearly gone wrong!!

Help!

Bought a phone on contract on ID Mobile through Carphone warehouse. The Sim is not recognised by any phone therefore unusable. Carphone warehouse keep telling me to contact ID mobile direct but it seems impossible. Live chat doesn’t work and there’s no way I can find to speak to anyone. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Hi, I’ve downloaded the new app but am still seeing ‘Oops - something has gone wrong’ on the Plan tab. I can't to see my consumption either (I only see how much I have left). I also don't see the price for individual calls. Logging in only via a browser and not always... Not to mention the Internet - I often can't even open my e-mail!!! It's a big farce with this application! So much time has passed and still the same problem...With old app was more better!!! Please can you expedite a fix for the above.

I want to speak to someone at iD Mobile

I have just joined iD Mobile and having big coverage issues, despite there being 4G in my area. I tried using the Live Chat to address this issue but it gets me nowhere. I would like to speak to a person on the phone, as I will have to move networks if I can’t get this resolved. Please can you give me a telephone number to call? Thanks Laura

SIM Only Upgrade/Renewal

HiI have just renewed my account which is due to end in 2 weeks. The order has been processed and I note that the new plan will become active in 24 hours. I want it to renew on the same day as the old plans expires, if it renews tomorrow I will lose ½ a month which I have paid for. How can I change the renewal date?

How can I escalate this further?

On Friday, I tried to top up my phone £20 using the iD mobile app. However every time I went to make the payment it said "sorry there was an error please try again" so I did as I needed the credit to use my phone. However every time the app said there was an error it had actually processed. Now instead of having £20 credit they took £120 out of my bank. Leaving me with nothing. I immediately got onto the live chat and they said they have logged the error and request for refund and told me to return in 48 hours. So 48 hours, I returned (Sunday) but they had no update and said there would be an update within 12 Hours so 12 hours later I returned (Monday morning) but there was no update again! And this time they said please wait 24 hours for a guaranteed update so yet again I waited 24 hours (Tuesday morning) but when I went to live chat they said no update again! And now I have to wait another 48 hours!! Which will take it to nearly a week. They just don't seem to care whatsoever about t

I've tried to top up my phone via the iD mobile app (which is garbage btw) and it's charged me 6 times! Where do I stand with a refund? They are saying it can take 5 working days for the money to come back but I need it asap due to buying food for family!

Big bill after upgrading

I upgraded from sim only to pay monthly last week, my new plan is £35.99 pm I was previously paying £10 pm. My bill is showing as £61.33 but the emails I’ve had from iD states my bill is £10 on the 25/4/24, either way I think £61.33 is a ridiculous figure and have no clue how that figure has been arrived at as nothing on my account or any emails sent from iD show this amountAny info or help would be appreciated

I have recieved a SMS on my new ID sim to day porting of old number is complete reset phone which I have done. However my old device with old sim still active (EE) and all my messages are coming through on old sim and when I test my new ID dim it’s showing the new number (not my old number I ported across).the ID app has changed with my old number now on my ID account. Any suggestions what is happening?
