    Refund overdue for upfront fee - phone returned and order cancelled

    My son tried to buy a new Apple 13 - despite telling DPD we needed a delivery before 10 am they tried to deliver later in the day and so the phone was ultimately sent back to currys - we were away! The payment of £69.99 was taken out of his bank account on the 19th June and this money has never been refunded, despite ID cancelling the order. When will this money be refunded as I am not willing to place another order for the phone until the £69.99 upfront charge has been refunded.

    Good Morning I have left ID mobile and moved my phone number across to another network. I have overpaid on my ID mobile account and am due a refund. You do not hold bank details for me as I paid manually each month. How can I get my money back please? I Williams

    Do i get refunded?

    I’ve cancelled my phone number on ID and it will be deleted once 30 days are up i have 11 days till the number is deleted. I am still getting charged for the number, would i get refunded the money because we cancelled it, so far we’ve paid 1 bill close to a 2nd.

    Went for upgrade, but cancelled it same day. Payement was taken almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund. They keep saying it should be back, but nothing showing on my account. Any suggestions? Thanks

    I cancelled my iD mobile contract within the 14 day grace period and I still haven't received a refund on the initial £99 downpayment. I have spoke to iD via webchat on a number of occasions, last update I had was that I should receive my refund within 3-5 days, which was two weeks ago. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hello, I placed an order via Car Phone Warehouse and returned it. The company confirmed receiving their phone call and cancelling the agreement, and they refunded me, but sadly, you did not refund me. Instead, you took the full amount for the SIM number 074036650**, which I am not using because I sent it back. It is really hard to contact you via phone or email, and I was wondering if I could get my refund, please, because I do not have the iPhone 16 Pro Max and sent it back. My email is on my account and it would mean a lot of you got back to me please.

    I have never received my refund for my Pixel 9 XL

    I have been trying to get a refund for this since October. I returned the phone following all instructions however the refund amount has never been credited to my bank account. The only money I received was £18.76 as cashback on the latest monthly charge. I paid £239 (£10 off promotion so actual fee was £249). I have contacted ID mobile agents 5+ times about this. Responses range from ‘I can see you have £249 credit and will contact the finance department to get this resolved’ to ‘This was processed on the 24th October’. It doesn’t matter how many times I talk to an ID mobile agent, the issue is never resolved. No figure of money was sent to me on the 24th October or anytime afterwards so it feels like borderline gaslighting. I believe what is happening is they ‘think’ they have processed the refund, so whenever the request goes to finance to refund me, they block it. They need to investigate further to see they have never refunded me. I am just lost for what to do now. Can anyone offe

    Refund - upfront and extra bill

    Hi I recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned. I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse. However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit. Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done. Thank you,Muhammad

    My original upgrade order was cancelled as they couldn't fulfill it for at least 6 weeks. (It took me 5 different live chat conversations and 2 phone calls to gain clarity about the order in the first place). I agreed to cancel and was told I'd get a refund for my upfront cost of £19 within 5 days and I went ahead a re ordered a different offer with no upfront cost. I successfully received this order. However still no refund although I have verbal and written confirmation I'm owed not to mention the PROCESSED payment of £19 showing as carphone warehouse on my bank statement. Now different ID representatives are saying different things most recently that it doesn't exist. I need help urgently?

    Refund, accidental extra payment

    Hello, I’ve bought the £7 monthly data plan but accidentally bought it twice. The tab closed and I was unsure if a purchase was made as I also didn’t receive an email to confirm.
