Hi,Last 2 weeks I'm trying to get in touch with live agent to close iD mobile account for my deceased husband. He passed away recently. Every time I go though the bot chat I'm unable to connect with a live agent. All the time I get  message 'sorry we don't have available agents try again later'. No matter what time a day I try this message is there. As a next of kin I'm responsible to close all my husband's accounts and I'm unable to do it here!Could you provide me with email address or correct contact with live agen, please?

My texts have never worked properly but I got by with WhatsApp instead. I want to receive a pac code to leave, but can’t receive the text message. I also can’t verify using the ID app because it sends a text message too

I posted the message below 10 months ago with 0 help from ID Mobile. A few weeks after that, I was diagnosed with leukaemia and had to stay between hospital and home since then, both of which have good wifi. Now I am recovering and getting out more, I see the terrible ID Mobile coverage persists and I am still not receiving a useable service which I have been paying for. I have recently switched from Lebara to ID and now I am unable to verify online purchases using a text message. The purchase is always declined. I have contacted my bank (Co-op) and they state this is a network issue. I was reluctant to believe this at first but it seems that many people face the same issue. Obviously this is a game changer for me and unless a solution can be found I will have no opinion but to switch to another provider. 

I’m dismayed to find my credit rating losing points due to a hard credit search from ID mobile….for an £8 a month SIM. Really? You have to do this? I actually have good credit and even credit card companies have only done soft searches!I regret ever coming into contact with ID, I am incensed! 

I left ID on the 24/03/25 switched happened on the morning of 24/03/25 this morning!!!I've been charged 1 month normal fee ..but my bill goes to 24/02/25 - 23/03/25 renews in the 24/03/24..so if Ive switched on the day of my monthly contract renew date actually I shouldnt get charged at all..I've also got 2 points to make.. and this is besides all the problems I've had with your app deleting my DD details and then saying I've disputed the DD and the bank even told me that the DD were still active..(until I had enough of the double money paying and the app deleting stuff that I switched providers at the end of my contract and cancelled my DD as advised )1 day (few hours ) does not mean get charged 1 month.out of contract so payment should reflect that the handset has been paid off and the amount should be adjusted.. also for 1 day(few hours

Can anyone explain why new customers can receive greater reductions than existing customers who want to be loyal and extend their contract?  I am eligible for an upgrade. I seen an offer though an online site with ID network. The upfront cost of this deal was £9. When I called ID to discuss this I was informed that this was only for new customers and that the same deal would cost me £99 upfront.  I will now let my current contract expire and pick up the deal as a new customer at a later date. I find it disappointing that existing customers are penalised for wanting to remain with the company.

Hi My three year contact ends this month so I only have £37 max to pay before I can switch. I am wanting to change provider but when I request my PAK code I am warned that I will be charged £93. I have no idea why. How am I meant to switch when I am constantly being charged? Any help is appreciated, thanks. 

I was on a 24-month contract, which ends in four days. I have requested a switch to a different provider, but they said the earliest they can do it is in about eight days. This means I will have an additional four days on a rolling contract with ID Mobile (assuming it automatically rolls over). Does this mean I will only pay for the additional four days of the monthly plan, or will I be charged for the entire month? Thanks!

The network coverage is deplorable Three is by far the worst Internet and call provider i have ever had the misfortune to have to rely on so I will pay id for the early ending of my contract

I am wanting to end my contact early. I am aware that I will need to pay the final bill.  my question is: does this cover the cost of the phone and the ID plan? What happens to the phone after I pay it?  any help/ advise would be appreciated.  thankyou

Hi guys,I had a pay monthly sim and phone with ID.My phone was stolen last year and was unable to use my services for a few months but still had to pay even though this was reported to ID and no support or solution was given. I then purchased a new Samsung phone and since August I have had no signal at all while inside my home and also while inside any building full stop, I only got signal while outside. I reported this to ID but again, no help or solution was given and I'm absolutely unhappy and not satisfied having to pay £17 a month for a service which I'm not getting, I'm basically being shafted having to pay monthly for nothing, I had to purchase a new sim with another provider to be able to use my phone. I'm also very dissatisfied with the fact that they have constantly increased my bill price, I started the contract at £15 a month which increased to £17.25 and now to £18 which prices I never agreed to at the start especi

Hi,I am on a rolling plan - I am currently travelling and have been trying to cancel my plan .. with no success. ID mobile make it extremely tedious. Every time I click to cancel my plan it blocks me … if I try and communicate on web chat it blocks me. So I have no way of contacting ID directly .i ended up cancelling the direct debit the other day as I had no other option as I’ve been paying for this for 2 months when I haven’t wanted or needed the number! I’ve now had an email from ID saying to cancel my direct debit could impact my credit score !! Which is ridiculous it’s a rolling contract and I can’t contact them!  help please - how do I cancel my plan and stop any impact to credit score

Hi ive lost the sim, I don't know the number but I've been sent an email saying cancellation of the direct debit isn't enough to cancel the contract. I need help. 

Trying to talk to someone about an issue that ID is at fault for is like talking to a brick wall. I feel that all the customer service people I’ve spoken to on the phone aren’t relaying my issue properly, which has taken even longer me to get a response. I’m now waiting on a reply back from the documents email, where I sent multiple screenshots of all the evidence they need. It’s been over a week now and absolutely nothing. I’m quite a patient person but as they will undoubtedly continue to take two bills out each month, I’m feeling pretty irritated. Even if they needed extra time to investigate everything, I expected to have some kind of response by now.  I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after my contract is up I’m leaving. I’ve been made to feel like I am worth nothing to this company.

Do you price match?looking to upgrade but the deals for existing customers aren’t the best. I have seen a deal with another provider, before I go ahead and make the switch can you match the deal?

How can ID not have a telephone line to speak with someone and it's online chat only which takes so long just to discuss an issue.  Cost cutting and adding frustration for their customers.  I'm out after contract ends..  

How do I actually get some help with this rather than just search a series of notice boards? I want to at least speak to a chat bot 

Don't get how these companies can offer this and use ID but ID can't offer the same?
