I have bought a new phone with you and sorted PAC to switch from three and keep my old number. I have received my new phone but no SIM card. Had email to say switch should have been yesterday. I can’t register for your app as it sends a text message to register which I can’t receive as I have not been sent a SIM card so I have no network access as Three has now cut off my network access. I have triple checked the packaging that was sent to me with the handset. There is nothing other than the phone itself.

Hi,I switched over to ID a couple of days ago and I’m having major signal issues. I initially thought this was down to swapping my number/provider but coming here and seeing similar issues it looks like it’s not. My wifi is terrible at home so I rely on my mobile data and I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. I also spent the majority of work today with no signal and a paper aeroplane by the signal (not the same as aeroplane mode) I’ve switched my phone off thinking it might need updating but still no different. Any help would be greatly appreciated but already I’m thinking of cancelling my contract in the cooling down period as I’m only on day 1 and can’t put up with it.  

Hi, when I make an outgoing call, it doesn’t ring, they can hear me but I can’t hear anything. Gets frustrating so I ring through WhatsApp and that works fine. The sim has been put in another phone and it was the same. 

I would like to be able make and receive calls on my HUAWEI B525s router with a landline telephone as I could with my EE SIM card. Does anyone know the VOIP settings I need?

I’m not receiving text messages on my phone. How can I sort this asap? I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting and still nothing.

Has anyone had issues when making calls where you get a message saying "This number is not recognised, please try again" ? I have had this a few times and its affecting more of the numbers I normally call.It works fine calling the same numbers on whatsapp or from another phone. Does anyone know of any solutions or is or has experienced the same issues?

all calls go to voicemail and are engaged when dialling calls, but whatsapp calls work normally.I've returned from Turkey where again I was let down by id mobile where my roaming add on failed to work causing lots of hassle and getting lost due to to no Internet.Now I've got home I can't make a call and Amy I receive go to voicemail without ringing, then I cant check my voicemail either because its an engaged tone.I've tried all their remedies but like the system they don't work.I refuse to believe it's the device as all calls work normally on WhatsApp and the phone recognises my phone number in the 'about phone' information.The phone dials etc, informs of voicemail it just cannot connect to the network for some reason.Call forward is not on.Any ideas that ultimately worked?Can't wait to bin this contract.

Hi iD Mobile Community, I have recently bought a rather fantastic Oukitel WP100 Titan mobile phone for me - and an Oukitel P1 for my wife. They both seem like great handsets and run Android 14 - but I see that they are not on the ‘approved’ Wi-Fi calling-compatible handset list. Whoops.Both of the above phones have 4G and VoLTE calling capabilities but my wife and I have been really struggling to get our new Oukitel handsets to make Wi-Fi calls - something that is quite essential here, because we are a bit remote! The Oukitel WP100 Titan is a breast of a handset (projector, camping light, 33,000mAh battery, night vision etc) and it would be great if I could get it to work using iD mobile. The iD SIM is currently in SIM 2 for the Titan as I have to use SIM 1 for my work number (no choice - on EE), and that seems to work (and will make use of Wi-Fi Calling). Since moving my number from Vodafone to IDmobile I have been unable to receive calls from some callers. I have narrowed this down to callers using the Vodafone network. Callers from Three, O2 and EE all seem to work. 

I cant download the QR code and the settings for esim are not available on my device.  I went to the change to physical sim help topic, but it's asking for the sim number, but the QR code and the instructions so not have the sim card number.I cant speak to anyone. I need help to change to a physical sim. Thanks 

Over the last week I’m unable to send or receive text messages, I can make calls fine its just texts.I have an iPhone 14 plus I have removed and re-sat my sim and power cycled my phone. Please help

Bit of a weird one. When people call me, and I can’t answer they are prompted to leave a voicemail. I don’t get any notification and when I call my voicemail it says no new messages. It’s almost like my voicemails are going to someone else’s mailbox. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling voicemail, but still no joy. I have vulnerable parents that need to contact me and leave messages so I urgently need this fixed. It was working fine up to about two weeks ago.

Hi. I changed my voicemail when I went on holiday, but now I can’t change it back. I’ve deleted and re-recorded a new message several times, and despite it seeming to have worked on my ID mobile phone, when I ring the number it still gives out the old message. This is very frustrating as it’s a business number and I need it to be accurate. Any suggestions please? 

With my e SIM card on my phone can it also be added to my unlocked iPad so I don’t have to tether from my phone for purchase another sim only contract?

My old number was activated on Tuesday but the new one  is still active. Every time I am sending texts or making calls ppl are confused because it's show the new number. Can you disactivat the new number please.

Hello, so I’m aware ID no longer lock their phones to the network but my iPhone 16pro and new iPhone 17pro will not accept any other sim card apart from ID mobile and 3, any ideas why this would be happening? 

Hi,New to ID and not overly impressed- constantly losing signal or no signal, and a massive amount of calls being missed even though my phone is there! I have an iphone16 and have seen someone with similar issues being advised to allow VoLTE in their settings, but I cannot see this anywhere. Is somebody able to help at all please?Also when I get a missed call, it just comes up with the mobile number, not the name, even though they are in my contacts list. Is this normal please?

Has anyone had any issues with calls and texts not going through after successfully installing an eSIM? The eSIM is selected and showing full 5g signal, data is working fine just I can’t make calls or send texts, all options are ticked in mobile settings. I thought it may take awhile to activate (even though the guide to installing states it’s should be up and running straightaway) but it’s nearly been 24 hours now and still nothing. Tried the usual rebooting and switching airplane mode on and off. 

Can I get a duplicate sim to use in a Motorhome WiFi 

I’m trying to log in to my Telegram account, but I am not receiving the SMS verification codes on my iD Mobile number. Normal SMS messages come through fine from other contacts. The issue only occurs with Telegram. Telegram sometimes uses short codes or international numbers for verification messages. Could you please check if SMS messages from Telegram are being blocked on my line, or if short code / international SMS is restricted? If so, can you enable this so I can receive the verification code?
