My phone number isn’t registering to my iPhone, I can’t receive text as an sms only through  iCloud and I can’t FaceTime, my phone is showing a different phone number to my eSIM, very confused help!! 

Hello, I have the iPhone 17 air which only uses an eSIM. I currently have a physical sim in my iPhone 16. How can I get started on the new phone?  Looking for guidance.  Thank you 

My old number hasn’t transferred over to this sim and I have had a confirmation email and message to say it has been done

I am mid contract (sim only) and considering the new iPhone 17 Air. I will obviously need an esim so the question is, can I switch my contract from that of a physical sim to an esim so that my contractual terms remain unaltered?

Good evening all,I currently have two contracts with ID Mobile. The one that is closest to ending I will be paying off to end earlier. Once paid off can I keep the number and pass to my other contract? I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance Danny 

Hi, i was having issues with not getting activation codes on my ID mobile number this happened 4 months after switching to ID mobile. I deleted my esim and requested a new one. When i got the new esim it didnt get activated. Since then i have tried 2 replacement esims. Those didnt work, i contacted customer support who i dont think have any clue how to sort this issue. I was told by the first person to get a physical sim which i did but didnt work, second one told me to block my sim and come back an hour after, the third one said my sim is activated and wait for an hour. Its been 8 hours now.I do not know what kind of service is this. I am amazed that this company has survived this long

Ive been through many of the previously asked questions and answers on this topic and carried out the troubleshooting activities suggested on them, but I'm still not receiving sms text messages. ( such as 2 factor account security codes)I seem to be able to send them albeit can't do it to myself to check..They haven't worked since I went on holiday to Turkey (no data or calls in my package so I turned roaming etc off.) I've checked all my roaming settings and call barring etc…Samsung A52 phoneThanksP

Hi, my Apple mobile doesn’t receive SMS or text messages. A guy at Three mobile couldn’t find out why and Apple guy was helpfully (not at the geuious desk) also couldn’t discover why.tried the usual stuff, reboot etc. The SIM worked in his phone but didn’t work in my Apple phone?At a loss to know what to do next if anybody can help please?

I’ve just started a 12 month plan with an eSIM.  I have another phone on another network which has the number I wish to use going forward.  Can I get a PAC to transfer that preferred number to my new iD without starting a second iD plan?

Pre ordered the 17pro max the moment it went live and was assured I will receive it on the 19th but received an email few days ago saying it’s been delayed to 2nd October. if the stock is limited why are they telling customers it’s going to be delivered on the 19th. So disappointed, should’ve of just directly ordered it from Apple and got the sim separately.

Hello!I’m using an iD SIM in a phone originally bought through another network. My mobile data has been very erratic in the UK (I’m regularly unable to use it) and when I went to Greece recently it wouldn’t work at all. I was trying to troubleshoot using ChatGPT (!) and it thinks it’s a problem with my APN settings, specifically the Mobile Virtual Operator Network Value, which is showing as 0305 on my phone but which ChatGPT thinks should be 4D. But my phone won’t let me edit the APN settings or create a new set.Assuming this sounds like a plausible explanation, is it possible for you to push the correct APN settings to my phone remotely? Or would a replacement SIM do the trick?Thanks so much for your help!J

I live in an area with very poor mobile reception, and so depend on wifi calling, but it just doesn’t work. There is no sign of a signal or dialling, when I select a number to call, then after about 30-40 seconds it gives me an error ‘Call Failed’. When anyone rings me at home, their call goes straight to Answer-Phone. I’ve read through the similar topics here and tried a lot of things, but still no luck!I have an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max running the latest ios18.2.I have:Made sure WiFi calling is selected, that I have three ‘bars’ (and the phone mentions that it’s using ‘ID Wi\Fi Call’)made sure there are no VPNs set-up, or even profiles being availablereset network settingsmade sure that my phone number is listed under ‘Settings/Phone/My Number’Totally erased all the data from the phone and restarted from Factory settingsHad Apple diagnose that there are no hardware faults with the iPhoneAny other i

i used a PAC code to keep my old number. it seems to have worked for calls but when i text people it is not my regular phone number. in my phone settings it is also not my regular number that i used the PAC code to keep.  Can’t used the live chat it doesn’t understand my question and can’t find a number to call. 

I can’t get iMessage to authenticate for love nor money on my new iPhone 16e. I've tried everything advised, and still can’t get to work. Any ideas what else I can do? I've even tried new esim and new physical sim.

I recently got a new contract with id mobile along with a new iPhone. Ever since then I have had issues with signal. My phone tells me I have signal but I don’t meaning that people are trying to call me and it is going straight to voicemail. I have been on live chat twice to ID about this as it has never happened with other networks/phones and their new solution is “you need to download the latest iOS update”! This has been happening before the last iOS update so that is not the case. I need to turn aeroplane mode on and off to reset the signal but I have no idea when I do or do not have signal as it always says I do! Has anyone else run into this before and shed some light on how you resolved it? 

Hello,Please can you advise if I can take out the physical sim and replace it with another provider sim as I have now got a esim with ID network? Main reason, I would like to have my phone as dual sims usage? I currently have Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 phone, it shows that it’s possible to have a dual sims use, ie. 1*physical and 1*esim. Thank You!

HI I have transferred my number into ID mobile and it is showing on my plan but calls are going directly to voicemail  - i can send texts though. It is also sill showing as being on my old network EE. What do i need to do? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
