Activating replacement sim card

My friend lost her phone and has been to the ID mobile shop and got a new phone and SIM card.problem I am having is that when I try to activate the new SIM card it asks to register her mobile number and the verification process after completing the details sends you a text message to the phone number you put in the details.My problem is how do you respond to a text message if the sim Card has yet to be activated?

SPAM CALLS

I am receiving a ridiculous number of calls and messages from people saying that I have just called them from all around the UK, I don't know what to do, recently transferred to ID mobile, so not sure if my details are being used, it is really frustrating as I am trying to run a business and in between calls I receive calls asking why I called them and I haven't.How do I stop this?

SIM says my phone is not recognised but is compatible - has been working but just stopped - why?

So - I’ve been with ID for just over a year - and it’s been working fine. However, about a month ago, I was getting no coverage or data except when I could link to wifi (so COMPLETELY useless for maps, receiving whatsapps on the go etc). I’ve tried all the switching on an off, taking card out etc but to no avail. I have an iPhone 13 mini which is compatible, my bills are all up to date - could someone let me know what’s going on - when I go into settings it just says ‘phone not recognised’ - extremely frustrating and the online chat has just been an awful experience….. how do I get to engage with a human? Basically my sons phone ended up at the bottom of a lake today, picked up the replacement sim however when trying to log in to id mobile ap I get as far as the text message code and obviously the sim isn't activated and the text goes to a number I can't access

I have tried submitting my PAC code to transfer my number using the online form - but it says there is an error. I’ve checked all the details and they are correct. I have an eSIM - and chose transfer number on receipt of sim.

Can't send message with iD - error 38

EE have sent we a text I needed to respond to, but I get the above error when I try. The msg centre is correct.Other posts suggest it's incompatible with short codes. But iD need to get real an support this asap.

Can’t log into account/all/can’t increase capped limit

I’m currently abroad and need to increased the capped limit on my account. I can’t log into my account because I keep getting the app upgrade error message so I can’t use my phone at all even though I can see 4g/5g is available. What can I do? My phone is useless, I’m stuck not being able to contact anyone. The upgrade error has been happening all week.

Sim Card not working in Greece

Just arrived in Greece, and got the text to say about roaming etc when I turned my phone on. I can currently not text, phone or use data now, regardless of which network I select.My phone worked perfectly in Amsterdam in March, so it cant be anything to do with the phone. Am I missing something?

Hello all, I've been with ID now for over a year, and when I went into the app I saw that my Unlimited data had now been reduced to 8gb. I'm not sure if this is an error on IDs end or my plan has been changed against my wishes. Any help is appreciated, djc

I’m trying to switch my number over from three and have entered all the information correctly including my PAC code but I keep getting an error message saying the information is incorrect. Does anyone know how to fix it? I’m using my 44 transaction number that I got from the welcome email.

Hi. i took out a new contract for my elderly dad. The phone that came with it is not the phone he will be using. Instead he’s going tos tick with his basic phone. The SIM card won’t work. i just want to cancel his contract and go elsewhere. Please help

Not receiving my texts

A couple of weeks ago, someone I text regularly stopped receiving my texts. They show as "sent" on my phone and the message details give a timestamp of when they were sent. I can receive theirs OK and they can receive them from other people on other networks. Any ideas whether it'd be my end or theirs? As I say, they receive texts OK from others (who are with Vodafone, for example). They're with Lyca.

I am having issues with sending texts using my iPhone since switching to ID mobile. My text messages appear as 'not delivered' but still are received by the other person.This all started from switching from vodaphone to ID mobile and wanting to keep the same phone number. My calls are also saying use last line when I make an outgoing call , I’ve tried a network reset but the id phone number they gave me is still showing as my number in setting but I have requested my past number .

I have Galaxy A54 5G. Over the last 24 hours, I am not able to make any phone calls as a message comes up saying “”Not registered on Network”. I am unable to access my online banking, as the 6 digit number for verification does not work.I need 24 hour access to my phone as I am a diabetic with unstable blood sugars, and I need to be able to call my family if I have a Hypo.
