I am writing to ask for your help regarding my mobile number and PAC code.I recently transferred my number to iD Mobile. Unfortunately, I accidentally cancelled my plan shortly afterwards. After the cancellation, I requested a PAC code so that I could transfer my number to Lebara.I have spoken with idmobile customer support team, and they confirmed that my PAC code is valid until 10 August 2026. However, when I try to submit the PAC code on Lebara's website, I receive the following error message:"PAC is expired or invalid."Because of this, I am unable to transfer my number.Could you please investigate this issue and confirm:that my mobile number is still active and eligible to be ported to another network; that the PAC code is correctly registered in the UK porting system; whether there is anything on my account that could prevent the transfer. If it is not possible to transfer my number using the current PAC code, could you please let me know whether it is possible to reverse the accou

Hi I have a sim only contract with ID mobile,But I have just taken a new phone and simWith ID mobile, can I cancel the sim only contract, but I want to transfer the number to the new deal

I am on ID mobile already.I am getting a new contract on ID mobile in a few days and want to keep the same number that I’m already using. How do I go about doing this please?

Hello,I desperately need your help with confirming that I sent across a STAC code from Vodafone back in late April/early May.  Vodafone keep trying to hold me to paying airtime despite my multiple attempts to cancel my contract with them and are now saying the STAC code wasn't received by you/showing as used on their end and are trying to still charge me.  Please could you provide some kind of documentation that proves I sent you this so I can send to them. I received a letter stating they are taking me to collections despite no previous contact from them to say the STAC code didn't work and my account was unsuccessfully cancelled.  Thank you for any help at all! Madeline

Why can’t you change numbers from one id account to the other? Do I have to wait for the end of the other id contract for the pac code to work as I don’t want to keep my new number but it won’t let me use my old one as it’s still under contract.

When i login to my account, i cant see her number and or any details. I tried ordering a replacement sim and when it arrived, it stopped my phone from working and gave her my number!?Really need help from someone in ID Mobile to get this sorted.

Hi I want to transfer my I’d e sim from one iPhone to another but it won’t allow me and asking me to contact I’d mobile provider what should I do ?

Hello,  I re-joined ID mobile a couple of weeks back. I provided my PAC and the numebr transfer completed as expected however I’ve just realised that when sending text messages, they are being sent as the temporary number ID mobile provided with the sim.  Please can somebody help? Thanks,

When people ring me, it comes through on my phone. But when I text, people receive it through another number (the one Id mobile gave me before I decided to keep my own). Has it just not transferred over yet? It’s been 2 weeks.

I want to order an esim for my existing ID plan to see if it will work with the 9esim adapter fitted to my dual sim phone. My question is - does my existing, physical sim, still work or is it deactivated as soon as the esim is installed?
