Dear SirsI have got a question about iD mobile receiving SMS in a country outside the roam free zone like China. Is it free to receive SMS in China? More importantly, will it be considered as roaming and hence incur roaming surcharges? The table below taken from iD official website says that “Texts to China” costs 60p per SMS, but it is not entirely clearly whether this “Texts to China” actually means “receiving texts in China” or “texting someone in China”.Hope some expert can give an authoritative answer to my question. Many thanks indeed.RB Roaming Pay monthly Pay-as-you-go**** Calls to UK* £2.40 £2.40 Calls to China* £2.40 £2.40 Calls received* £2.40 £2.40 Texts to China** £0.60 £0.60 Texts to UK** £0.60 £0.60 Picture message (MMS) sent** £0.60 £0.60 Internet and Data (per MB)*** £1.50 £1.50

Ive been an ID Mobile user for over a decade.Never had a single issue until August 3rd this year after a phone update the Galaxy S25 stopped reading the SIM card.Literally spoken to dozens of people, most of which are absolutely useless.Ive been referred to the complaints department a few time without a solution. Was told they're working with the technical team and have no idea when they will have a solution so I wait. They give me a month free.I wait some more. Can't get texts or calls. They try anE Sim….nothingJust using Wifi.First week of October they agree to take my 4 month old galaxy S25 back and supply me with a brand new Galaxy S26FE and I get a new SIM card from Curry's.Transfer data to new phone and ask ID to make sure the SIM is activated and am given a guarantee that it will work...it doesn't and tell me to go to Curry's to get a new oneIm feeling hopeful.Curry's give me the SIM card and tell me to activate through the ID App…..nothing.Live Chat with ID tell me they will activa

I placed an order and it was cancelled due toas it didn't pass our internal security checks.  Internal checks are carried out for the safety of our customers and we apologise for any inconvenienced caused.I currently have another 2 contracts and was moving from ee, but likely this is not been taken into account, so will I rather just stay on EE and remove the other 2 contracts then?

Hi I’ve had a plan with you for quite awhile now and got an message saying you can change your plan et cetera, I had tried to do that but ended up having two plans, obviously, I don’t want to plans cause I don’t need two phones, I would like to keep the newest plan obviously, but I’d like to keep the number of my original plan

I’ve had 4 numbers (for myself and various family members) for many years. They were all paid for by me and under my name.I now just have 2 numbers with ID; my wife and daughter.I’ve created a “new” online account successfully, but I can’t add either of their numbers. I’ve tried using name/DOB for me, my wife and my daughter, but it says “details not recognised” in all cases.  Previously I had a separate online logon for each phone number, which was a bit awkward but worked.Sounds like I’m not alone. Please could you advise how to proceedRegards,Martin Wilkinson
