Fairly recently moved to ID Mobile. Had an iPhone 12 and found that in most circumstances and locations I can’t make calls . The phone says it is dialling out, but there is no sound my end or the other person’s end Have reset all settings and now upgraded to a new iPhone which has the same problem. Hi, I have just.added on an extra £5 roaming add on for 24hours but seem to have been charged 3 times for the same 24hour period.. how do I contact someone to get this resolved please? There are 3 charges but only one 24 hour period added on, which is all.i need so should have only been one add on, obviously 🤦‍♀️ Please help ASAP! Thank you, Joanne

I was on holiday and drove from UK Spain and only Spain I am now seeing on my July bill a charge £45 for ROW roaming.. why? I looked at the roaming and Spain is included so where is the rest of world charge from?, why does the bill not specify? what the change is for? I am going to France next week and do not what to get it wrong again if it is my fault.

I ordered an upgrade, DPD contacted me on the delivery day to say it was arriving, then to say delayed, then again to say there is an unexpected issue, and then nothing. I have just made the switch from EE to iD mobile. I opted to keep my number from my previous network provider using my PAC number to switch but have just received a text from iD with a new iD mobile number. I still really want to keep my previous number- how can I go about resolving this please?

Hi all, This is more of an issue for my father but he’s not great with technology. He recently took out a second contract (first one was with EE new one is with ID) which is an eSim. He did this due to him working in various places and wanting the best chance at getting a signal for calls. The signal where he is is almost non-existent on the ID sim which he’s had for maybe 4-5 days and he wants to cancel the monthly rolling contract. When he goes to do so it states he has to pay a fee of £11 (his contract is £6/m) and he’s not too sure why this is. Any help is appreciated! Dan.

Will an Id mobile esim work on a Samsung Galaxy 8 Cassic?

I would be grateful for some help and advice please as a matter of urgency. I can receive calls but cannot make any outgoing calls. I am in Guernsey presently and have had no issues previously making calls. However, about 3 weeks ago the problems started. It seems I cannot call any Guernsey mobile numbers, “CALL FAILED” keeps happening. I was over 3 hours last Friday afternoon chatting to Chatbot on ID, I did all the checks and still no success. I have switched my phone on/off 3 times, still no luck. Also I have done a Network Reset, still no luck. Please can someone help me as a matter of urgency, being without my phone is a nightmare. Good afternoon, I would really like to upgrade my phone however the phone I would like you have on your plans if I were a new customer but not as an existing customer. Is there anything you can do to supply the phone I like on the contract that would be suitable for me or would I need to leave and rejoin ID mobile to get the deal that I want.

I am getting spam no caller IDs and I’ve been told I can contact my network provider to track the call so I can take it to the police, is this possible? It’s gotten to a point where I have to keep my phone on DND to stop these calls coming through throughout the day and the night. When I say spams- I mean about 30-50 calls per hour. When I answer, it’s silence. I feel like I’m being harassed and I don’t know what to do. I can’t block unknown calls because I need to take work phone calls so I’m completely stuck. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. I just need to know if it’s possible to trace these calls so that I can take it to the police. Thank you!

All I want is a copy of the welcome email, or for someone to speak to so I can transfer a number from another provider to my existing iD account. I have been getting random phone calls from other people. I just phoned back one of the numbers and it was someone who said I had phoned them first. Im not sure if this means that someone us somehow using my number?

Is the system down again. I couldn't make or receive calls yesterday, In evening it came back and now it's back to not taking incoming and outgoing calls.
