mobile data not working with full signal
My ID mobile data does not work with full signal - it has been like this now for over a yr - I have one more year on my contract and I know it will be the same. I have done all the usual checks to make sure everything’s ok with my iPhone - my phone is perfectly fine!! I have found this to be an issue no matter where I am in the country UK. I use WiFi more than I’ve used my unlimited mobile Data. It always seems to be the same story such as the masts are down or working upgrades in the area - but if this is the case then it’s the whole country. I would expect this to be a thing of the past since we’re in 2025. It’s real frustrating that you don’t get what you pay for which is not a small amount - its not like you can just simply change providers when your latched into a contract, but yet, the provider gets paid on time, every month due date by direct debit which always works for them. I think my best option in 12 months time is to go contract free and pay as you go - that way i can trial and error other providers that actually work and get what you pay for instead of just paying a huge monthly amount, stuck in a contract and using WiFi to justify your none given mobile data that should be available at all time no matter where in the UK. Just seems unfair and answers such as check your mobile phone- masts down ect just does not cut it for me anymore.
