Can I please have a private message with proof of purchase for a phone i bought?

I can’t use the app on my Honor Android phone.  It keeps bouncing about and won’t let my type.  Any ideas please?

Hello,I would like to ask for full protection on my phone number { REMOVED }.I have already set the bill cap to £0, but my kids was still able to make in-app purchases (e.g. in Roblox) that were charged directly to the mobile bill. Could you please block all “charge to bill”, “direct to bill”, “charge to mobile” and any third-party charges on this number permanently? I want to make sure that no purchases or subscriptions can be made through the mobile network — only calls, texts and data that are included in the plan. Please confirm once this block has been applied.Thank you!

This has been a long week trying to sort my porting over. It has taken a week for ID to try and sort it out. I finally received an email from my previous provider O2 that my number is being disconnected so i assumed that finally the porting took place. I have checked and i can use data and i can make calls with the correct ported number showing but i cannot receive any calls. The chat function has been absolutely useless and i have logged a complaint but they won’t be able to call me anyway since i cannot receive any calls. I have tried switching the phone on and off, have checked the esim number etc and all seems fine. To complicate things i am currently abroad so i am hoping that the calls issue is because of that. I know that porting while abroad is not ideal but i wasn't expecting ID to take a week for it to happen. Any advice as to how to proceed? Do i wait to reconnect to the uk network tonight and see what happens?

I am confused about upgrades. If I log into carphone warehouse and choose upgrade. Is this the same as upgrading through id app? So will I just receive my new phone through the post with the same number? So I can just charge it and use it? thanks for any help 

Hi Guys, This may seem a strange question, but please bear with me…I am looking at a new Google Pixel 10 Pro 256gb phone, and ID mobile have come up with one of the best deals at the moment, where i would be paying £ 99.00 up front and then £29.99 per month for 24 months (plus the yearly April increases) resulting in a total cost over the 24 months of £ 992.72, which is cheaper than buying the phone SIM free. My question is, if i ordered one of these phones from ID mobile, do i have to use the supplied ID mobile sim, or could i use my existing, non ID mobile sim card that i have with another current supplier? I am happy to pay the £29.99 per month (plus yearly increases) even though i know this comes with another sim that i am effectively paying for, because in a round about way, i am getting 24 months interest free on the phone itself. I hope that makes sense…Any info would be most appreciated. 

My daughter has bought me a new phone on id contract and I want to transfer my old phone number that I have sim only contract with Id Mobile to my new phone. How can I do it?Also, I don’t want to cancel my own sim only contract that I have with ID Mobile as I want to transfer it to my youngest daughters phone number and keep her number instead. Hello, I am starting to feel very disappointed with the situation.I bought a SIM card for £6 with 8GB, but I saw that there is a £6 plan with 20GB available. I asked for an update, but it was refused. So I cancelled the contract. Then I tried to buy a new SIM, but it was rejected twice for different reasons. My wife then bought a new SIM for me, but now we cannot transfer my old number or register the SIM – every time we try, we get error messages. We have tried: restarting the phone and reinserting the SIM different browser and device PAC code ready SIM already inserted registration and number transfer process multiple times  At this point, all we need is one real person who can guide us step by step to activate the SIM and transfer the number. We do not want automated replies – we need an actual agent to help us finish this. Plea

Hello, I have signed up for an eSim and want to keep my number. I have a PAC from my current plan at Lebara.I have separately received the eSim by email from ID Mobile but without any porting attached to it. I understand that I have to use the following service:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/switchTwo questions:1- Should I activate my eSim, be assigned a random number, then ask for a switch using the above link? Because the link requests an ID Mobile to be filled in2- I am currently travelling (in Spain and the UAE if that's important). Can I activate and port the eSim while abroad or should I wait to be back in the UK? Thank you for your help! 

I have been trying to phone a hotel 01539533666, but I get unreachable number error straight away.  My wife can can call this number OK from her ee phone and OK from a Vodafone mobile. So why can't I from my ID phone (pixel 6a)

I took out an ID mobile contract in July for a Google Pixel 9. I completed the order through mobiles.co.uk. The offer included a £50 Currys voucher which I still have not received. I have seen that other people have queried this. From what I can see, a voucher should have been sent to my email address 30-60 days after that promotion ended. I have received nothing (I have also checked my junk mail) and I believe the promotion ended more than 2 months ago. The £50 voucher was a key reason for choosing this contract as it made the overall cost cheaper than other options. Without the promised voucher, I feel I am now out of pocket.

New to ID.  Got unlimited data but when i use my phone as a hot spot it connects but says no internet.  My broadband is down until tuesday and need to get my laptop online

I want to cancel my plan as I no longer use the number, but I want to keep the phone and use a different SIM (pay as you go with a different provider). I’m still in contract until April 2026. I’ve followed the steps to do this through the Id Mobile app and online account but it just sends me round an endless loop in Live Chat - I can’t get the chatbot to understand what I want to do.Can I simply reset the phone, set it up again with the new SIM and carry on paying for the plan until it ends?Thanks

Two days ago, I requested my starting date with ID to start tomorrow but my old company already charged me two days earlier than usual. So is it possible to change it for the 18th of December? If yes, do I need to request another PAC to my old company?
