Emergency calls only
I've just moved to I.D from O2 and cannot make or receive calls in my house. If I go out it works. I've checked the coverage in my area and it says it's excellent so don't know whether to get a new SIM or not? Anyone else had the same thing? Thanks

voicemail query
Can anyone suggest how to stop callers leaving a message on my voicemail? I have toggled the button in services to on and then off but callers are still allowed to leave a message. I would like this facility switched off to not allow anyone to leave a message

Lost Phone. Outstanding Bill of £6.40. Automated system says I owe Zero. Cant get ionto old account.
I have lost my phone. [REDACTED] I cancelled the Direct Debit in error. I have a new phone and a new plan with ID and new phone number. ( I have received my final bill for the lost phone but am unable to pay it. Procedure only opens new account for new phone [REDACTED] Automated 7777 call states I owe ZERO. I am in my eighties. This is really stressing me out. Veiled threats of debt enforcement for the sake of £6.40. I am just going round in circles.

i cant make or receive calls since Thursfay
I have been with Id mobile for years using a SIM only card currently in a motorola edge 20 lite which is fully updated . I update my plans regularly , last time a month ago. On Thursday 3rd October I stopped being able to make it receive calls. I can text, use internet, apps etc. without a problem. I have completed all the checks as advised as I saw there was an issue around 3G. I am usually on 5G, sometimes dropping to 4g depending on reception. I have read several other community members similar concerns but I can't find what's causing the problem or how to resolve it out side of the checks which I have completed. My phone is an accepted device. Any solutions please as I'm now getting desperate? Thanks

phone trade in
I have sent my phone for trade in at the beginning of the week, received tue but have had no acknowledgment of receipt as promised or any funds. Has anyone else had this? I have emailed and live chatted to no avail. Absolutely diabolical service from iD it’s been one mess up after another

need help to sign into my account
I have been unable to sign into my id mobile account or app for months because I have forgotten my password. When I follow the instructions to reset the password I never receive the email with the code. I have checked my span and junk email files and still no email. I have contacted customer services by phone and live chat and both promised a call back, which has never happened. The customer service is atrocious and I have had no help whatsoever in solving this. I have been deliberately cut off on a number of occasions after waiting for ridiculously long times on the phone. Can someone please help as I need to change my plan. And please do not just send a link like the live chat person did as I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!!!!!! That’s the whole point!!!!!

Id number showing for some but not all texts/calls
I ported over from EE, received my text from ID to say the port was completed but some calls and texts are showing the ID number whilst others are showing my EE ported number, which is the correct one. Any suggestions on a fix please.

Can't Redeem Pixel 9 Pro £200 enhanced trade in
I ordered Pixel 9 Pro thinking that I would receive a £200 enhanced trade in. I ordered the phone on the 22nd August and received on on the 10th September. I initiated the trade in with Currys and filled out the enhanced trade in form. I have not received a pack to trade in my old phone. ID mobile and Currys have been no help whatsoever. Through no fault of my own I am £200 out of pocket - what are my options?

Can I delete a reply on the community page? I'm getting emails due to mistakenly entering the competition via the reply box to the on the community page and now I'm getting loads of emails saying other have done the same but to my competition entry.

4/5G doesnt work in London
Hi, 4/5G works absolutely fine at home but in London (where I work) the signal is terrible. Can’t get messages/internet/phone calls without being on WIFI or for the odd minute it works. I'm passed the 14 days cooling off period now and I regret moving over. Is there anything I can to fix/help this or preferably what can I do to get out of my 2 year contract & revert back to my old Vodafone (which worked fine!!!) seriously unhappy customer. thank you!!

I've been having trouble making and receiving calls for a few weeks now, even when I'm connected to WiFi. I have the latest update and have switched the phone off a few times too. Everything else is working fine.

My number was fraudulently ported to another network and im been told i will recieve a letter in 30 days with decsion!!
Recieved a text to say I had requested a PAC code, I hadn't so I went onto online support and after an hour I was told they had blocked the request, this morning I got a text stating transfer was complete, I contacted them again and said it would take 24- 48 hours to sort as PAC code wasn't blocked!! my phone is now not working, k sent a message on messenger and have now been told the fraud team will give me a decision in 30days by letter!!!! This is appalling. They quite clearly have a poor security system, how long has it taken to resolve for others?
