Good evening. My name is Tomasz Zyga. I wanted to ask about payment I have done of 38.87. I know I've got Direct Debit set up and first attempt for my last bill was failed and I've done payment of £38.87 but I didn't know that another attempt will happen after like 5 days.  Can I please ask for a refund because I don't want to be charged twice. Kind Regards,  Tomasz Zyga

What’s the exact end date of my phone contract?

Hi I am currently in the USA and have incurred a £25 charge for data and texts. I have had my data roaming switched off on my primary SIM since arriving and have been using an eSIM so please can you advise how this charge has been incurred?

I was charged £6.10 for roaming, with no details.  I assume this was when I passed through Zurich Airport. But I switched off roaming as soon as yout TXT informed me I would be charged.  It seems strange to be be charged more than my monthly bill for minimal contact and data.

I purchased  £20 roaming ot didn't work so I purchased another £20 they both dont work. Can you refund me please

I'd like to pay off the contract so that my son can take out his own contract rather than me paying for him. I can't see how to do this in the app and the chat bot wasn't particularly helpful!

Just upgraded , have already run out of data and used an additional £10 of data too

Why is it cheaper to start a new plan than to upgrade

Last month I had to buy add-ons which increased my bill but this month I haven’t and I’ve been charged the higher price same as last months.

ID mobile are trying to get me to pay 44 pounds for a miss payment, however ive been cahrged twice this month for 44 pound and have missed no previous payments. they are threatening legal action and they are very difficult to contact. my data and phone calls have also not been working the same. if there is somthings i haven't payed for i would be happy to pay it but if anything they charged me twice this month, and need to return the money.

I believe I have been over charged this month. And my data has been incorrectly calculated. I usually have 50gb roll over from the previous month which is on my billing letter plus the 50gb I have and for some reason my app says I have used 100gb in 2 weeks which has never happened before as I usually have a large roll over from the previous months. My typical usage has not changed this month so I don’t understand where this loss of data came from. I have been charged an extra £10 because of this. A similar thing happened to me around 8 months ago where I contacted your team again and they rectified the issue.

Hi, I’ve just taken out another iD Mobile contract as my previous one had come to an end. I don’t intend to leave iD Mobile, I only want to keep my existing number. I’ve received a text saying I’ll be charged an estimated final bill of £164.65 if I use my PAC. I don’t believe I should be charged this, as I’m staying with iD Mobile. Can you please explain why this charge has been applied and help me transfer my number to my new iD Mobile contract without cancelling my service?{IMAGE REMOVED}

problem with internet

Extend my bill

Cancelled my direct debit due to problem will bill, need someone to contact me and resolve this. Find quite shocking there seems to be no number to call to resolve this.

I can't see anywhere in the app or on my online account when my contract will end. Can you please direct me to this information? Also, I am paying this on a public forum, but it is specific to my account, how do I contact ID directly about my specific account?

Does anyone know how I can speak with ID mobile?  I have been. It off due to a change in jobs and having to work a month in hand (which I didn’t realise) and now we’ve had a bereavement.  I’ve tried live chat but it’s closed right now and I can’t find an email address.  I would very much appreciate being reconnected to be able to sort out arrangements and speak with family etc. and obviously pay the outstanding bill on my paydate.

Hi, please can you advise why I have been charged almost £25 more this month? I’ve checked my bill and there is no extra charge on it?

Hello,I am getting in touch because I am struggling financially and I’m worried about my mobile account.When I took out my contract, I was working full-time and had no issues paying my bills. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed significantly, and I am no longer working. I am currently experiencing financial hardship and am trying to deal with several urgent bills at once.My phone is incredibly important as it is my only way of communicating with my daughter’s school, doctors, hospitals, potential employers, the Jobcentre and other essential services. Losing my phone would make an already difficult situation much worse.I am not trying to avoid paying. I want to pay what I owe, but at the moment I simply cannot afford to clear the overdue balance.Could you please consider any support that may be available, such as:A payment arrangement. Extra time to pay. A temporary reduction in payments. Any financial hardship support you offer.I would really appreciate any help you can provid
