I’ve been sent a final bill email after returning my phone and cancelling my contract. However I cant see the invoice as I don’t have an account, I can’t create an account as I need the code sent by text to the mobile which I sent back.Can somebody send me a copy of the invoice please? I can’t access live chat as the button doesn’t appear even in a different browser.  How do I pay the bill as my direct debit is no longer active and how do I get a refund on the purchase price of the phone. I’m surprised there’s even a final bill as I received the phone on the 17th Jan, sent it back on the 17th Jan and DPD delivered it back to iD on the 20th Jan so I would like to check the invoice to see what period the charge covers.

My Father In Law has Unlimited Minutes however he needs to call 0300 numbers fairly often. When he calls them now it's saying he's used his allowance. I understand 0300 numbers don't always fall within the unlimited allowance. If he were to get a 200 minute add on, would this cover his calls to 0300 numbers or would he still not be able to call? Cheers

Did anyone else get people trying to contact them claiming to be from idMobile or Sky during the period that the network was offline this week?I had emails telling me that my sim was corrupted which was why I was unable to make or receive calls, before I knew what was really going on. I naively allowed them to speak to me but they wanted all my bank details, card number and personal details to reset up my account. That wasn't happening, though they said my account would no longer be active leaving me without access to it but still have a bill to pay . I don't know how they got my email or knew I was a customer. Maybe a lucky guess but please be vigilant!! 

I have now twice tried to change my direct debit details online to a Starling account. Each time it fails because the new direct debit form does not ask for the right info. Starling then rejects the direct debit as missing key information. Can you please send me a proper direct debit form for me to complete?

My mobile data is set to 100GB, I have never normally used more than 30GB in a month and the app says I have used 197 this month. Within the first week of my data being refreshed, however, when I look on my phone settings under mobile data, it says I have used 60GB in total across the whole time of me having my phone. I am unsure how to query this but I wholeheartedly believe I have not managed to use up my data and MORE within the first week on usage. Any ideas how I can get this properly investigated?

Hello, as some of you have already posted about this topic, you may be able to help. My contract was finished on 16/01/2025 so a few days ago. I paid my final bill despite making an extra payment in December. And I have yet another bill to pay despite the contract and account being finished. Do they have staff to look into this before they have around £100 extra out of me? Thank you in advance 

I cannot access data within my monthly plan even though I paid the full amount on 7th jan 2025.  also data is only 8gb on Id app/website login but I should have 16gb according to my contract. I can access monthly allowances for phone calls and texts (but as said no data). Help!
