I upgraded account number on November 7th…from £45pm to a £10pm deal, as my contract had expired..I was still charged the full £45 for the month and have just had another email saying I will be charged another £45 on November 28th...what is going on?

Hi,So I’ve had a rather rocky year, and managed to miss a payment to you guys a couple of months ago, resulting in my services being cut off the next day.Since then I have had repeated letters sent to my ex partners address (could do with having that changed!) and lots of emails from OverDale regarding paying outstanding bill, but when I reached out to OverDale I had no response to any of my emails.I would be happy to pay what I owed, but unfortunately your payment line does not give me an option to dispute that figure. I accept that a missed payment is still due, and even accept the concept of paying a full month for about 7 hours worth of service - as it was my mistake.However I don’t see why on earth I’m expected to pay for a further two months of services that I did not recieve, while out of contract, and during which period I have made reasonable efforts to communicate with someone regarding the issue - simply to have my phone reconnected and my pa

I have a spending cap of 0 and I have been charged double the price of my phone contract this month.The only thing I think it could be is that I have changed my payment date but the first payment issued on the requested date was my correct contracted monthly payment, this month is the second payment since the payment date was changed . Why would I be charged double ? 

Hi IDMobile I went to take out a iPhone 16 Pro Max on Pay Monthly. I checked as much as I can find on the FAQ’s so hoping you can help. Do you take the payment before or after a credit check? I went through the form, did the direct debit then got to the last stage where had to pay £199. Couldn’t find any answers and did not see any screen for the check before the payment so declined the payment until I knew more as don’t want it marking my score. Hope you can help? 

HiI recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned.I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse.However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit.Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done.Thank you,Muhammad

I'm fuming i had an account which was in my name and email  it was a sim for my husband a  few months ago my husband left on negative terms I stopped paying for his sim tried to contact you numerous times you then sent my payments off to a debt collection company for £14.00 which was pathetic in my views i then spoke to a lady from Id mobile who sorted it all out even refunded me my 14.00 but then as I had a missed payment on my credit file she assured me that this would be amended well I'm still waiting as my missed payment that I didn't miss is still showing on my credit file negative i waited 6 years to get a credit file as I myself had an Iva and I've got a lovely credit file apart from you so I would appreciate you doing what the lady told me she was doing and take that missed payment off my file ASAP thabks

This issue isn't about me ,it's about my mum becuse she owns a ID mobile simcard but she's out of the country that's why she hadn't paid her mobile bill yet so I don't know what to do for her, can you give advice ?

It won't let us just change the bank details. How do we start a new contract but port the number across? We applied for a PAC code but the switching process won't let us do it from iD to iD

Have a contract SIM from your company and my bill is 8 pounds per month on contract and now today I have seen it's 33 pounds  which is unacceptable and when I got this package the data package was 50 GB now they decreased it to 30 GB and other thing is that bill should be 8 pounds and now  I can see my bill is 33 pounds which is unacceptable I can't pay more than what is in contract and also there should be a cap on usages and there is no option in your app to put a cap on your usage so please look into it I can't pay that much. Also correct my bill and recent me 8 pounds .

I have noticed that the charge period on my “next bill so far” is the same date range as the “invoicing period” on my previous bill. Surely this can’t be correct? Next bill and previous bill have the same date range, which one is correct? 

My direct debit was supposed to come out on the 1st and it still hasnt come out

I informed ID mobile I wished to end my contract and they replied by email telling me that I would be disconnected on 23/11/24 and that a bill would be generated the next day. A payment was taken from my D/D on 04/12 24 and  a couple of days after I closed cancelled my direct debit. I have now received an email telling me that it has been noticed that I have cancelled my d/d and this could affect my credit rating. How do I resolve this issue? And is there any number I could call to speak to anyone regarding this?

Recently changed to sim only plan with first 3 months free .Am receiving emails relating to the old plan payment amounts being due.When I log in the bill online looks correct with my account in credit with nothing due until after the free period.Do I just ignore the incorrect emails?

I’m 23 and have always bought my phones outright, however with increase in living prices and having to pay bills for my home as well as my car and wanting a newer phone - I finally caved into the idea of going with a contract.I’ve just got my first bill, and my first payment is due around the 16th of January. However, I’ve just been paid today and I want to stay a month or two ahead of my payments for ease of mind (as I worry so much about my payments being late and being in “debt”).If I choose to pay early via the option through the app (the amount that my first bill is which is £35.99), does this mean that I don’t have to theoretically worry about the payment due in January or will this payment still come out regardless? Giving me leeway to pay the next payment for February in January and so fourth.Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, I’ve worked in phones for 12 years and I haven’t got a clue what is going on. I bought a 1 month rolling sim for my son for his birthday but I haven’t actually set the phone up yet. The data is showing that 50% of the data has been used?? This is quite literally impossible the sim has not been used at all bar when I quickly got the text to set up the app. I have no clue what is happening and it’s his birthday on Friday 🙃 please help
