I'm getting harrased by LCR about paying a bill of £46 for ID mobile. Is this a scam as my bill comes out my direct debit?

Hi folksArrived in Canada and switched phone on. I have a data eSIM which is working fine but when I went to make an ordinary call [minutes after turning on] a message says I have exceeded the cap and £25 has been charged to my account. I haven’t even made a call yet! I expected to be charged but how can this be right? Any ideas folks?

Hi, I received this text:Hello, your payment or 1p verification has been declined. Please make funds available to complete your order. We will re-try again in the next few hours. ThanksThis was yesterday at 5pm. They have not tried again though. What shall I do? Money is in the bank waiting for ID to retry the charge.

My bill is due on the 16th of every month. For some reason it is showing that my bill is outstanding even though it's only the 8th. I want to set up a direct debit so I can upgrade to a handset and SIM card deal but it will not allow me until a pay said outstanding balance. Please advice me how to.resolve this problem

Hi there, I’m on aI’m on a £15 unlimited plan, but I’ve been charged £1.65 for data, minutes and texts. Please explain exactly what this charge is for, but I’ve been charged £1.65 for data, minutes and texts. Please explain exactly what this charge is for?

I need a invoice to claim offer it wasn't sent

I got a new contract. Deposit, £99. Last month was sim only - £25 charges. Understandable. This time, monthly payments are around £43.99.I expected the monthly payment to go over to next month. Now I've paid £99 + £57 + £25 since yesterday. The £57 doesn't even show up on my payments in the app. Nothing was mentioned of it and I can't see an invoice for it anywhere. It's just, taken. For no reason.  On my "your bills" page, I am also being told that next month's payment will be £68 which will include the £25 that I have already in fact, just paid. I'll be honest, I'm getting annoyed because at this point it seems like you're charging me extra, for nothing.

I need to download a summary contract in order to claim refund on my Currys insurance for my previous mobile phone

I got a text this morning that my account has been suspender due to outstanding balance however it took double my monthly on 9th of may so when It didnt take anything in June I assumed it was using the extra full monthly I paid in may for June then it also didnt even try take money (which i have enough in my bank for it to take) for this month either and now has suspended the account even though its not my fault and I cant call the number it provided in the text because my account has been suspended. And i need my calls and data so i need someone to fix it asap because im not paying the almost £60 when i only owe £29.97 for this month which again it didnt even attempt to take.

hi. i dont want a refund, or need a reply to this post, i just think maybe make the charge as minimal as possible because i wouldnt like think that companies are making money on donations toa disaster

1. I received 2 messages at the same time: that I've hit 80% of my data limit, and that I hit 100% of my data limit. So now I have no more data for 18 days and I was not warned.2. I paid for a new plan and was under the impression it would start ASAP as I need mobile data for work, I work as a carer for disabled children. The new plan has not been activated, it says I now have unlimited data but it's not working.3. It says my next bill is now for £72.99, when I've been paying £21.50 per month for 100 GB data for the last 12 months, and the new plan I asked for was £22.50 per month for unlimited data. Where has this extra £50 come from?!I hope to hear back soon, like I said I need mobile data for Monday when I am back at work. I hope someone gets back to me or I'll have to try and scrape a new plan from another company, which is very long for me to do.

Hi all, please help as ID mobile is bloody impossible to get in contact with to resolve an issue. As soon as i payed that months phone charge which used to be £34.24 I then upgraded my phone as it was overdue and I am now on a sim only plan. Why this morning does £34.24 try to come out my account despite having changed my plan.

I want to cancel my direct debit because its always taken near the end of the month but I get paid near the beginning. All my bills go out between the 6th-8th of the month because I get paid on the 6th every month. My id bill doesnt get taken until 21st, its annoying. I want all the bills to go out together but moving the date just means a higher bill. So if I cancel the direct debit, can I just come online to pay it every month once my bill has been generated???
