Hello I have been cut off my contract I need to ask if I can have a PROMICE to pay please

I’m due to pay my next bill but I’m struggling to pay for it. My payday is on the 10th and I don’t have enough money to pay for it till I get paid but I need my phone for work.

Hi! I’ve just attempted to try and set up a direct debit via the app but it says I’m unable to do so until an outstanding balance has been cleared. I’ve noticed I’ve had an outstanding charge on my account for a few months now regardless of whether or not I pay my monthly bill so I believe this may be a glitch or error. I’ve paid the outstanding balance today in an attempt to fix this issue but despite that there are no changes visible on the app, meaning that I’ve paid two bills this month and am still unable to start up a direct debit as I originally intended.  Any help in resolving this issue would be great, thank you so much! :)  Jade

I have just been to carribean.  I turned my data off as soon as I landed.  I have a charge of £61 odd in data roaming charges? How do I contest this?

I sent my old phone via tracked delivery to id mobile when I purchased my new phone and haven’t had any email or notification to say they have received it and about payment to me for it??

I had outstanding balance from my most recent bill, as it bounced as my paycheck came in later than  usual. But now it has taken the payment twice, I understand this is now sitting in credit, but I don't want it sat in credit as I need the money in my account for other bills.

I have noticed an extra charge on my previous bill I don’t know what this will be , I know I went on holiday but I had a £5 cap on my bills so would like to know why it is so much

I'm in Spain with roaming enabled, and I'm being charged for text messages to UK numbers. I thought these were included in my iD plan.
