e-sim not receiving messages on ipad, to set up ID Mobile Account

Hi there. I have recently bought a new phone through ID mobile as it was cheaper than upgrading my current plan with ID mobile. But as a result the new phone has come with a new SIM card and phone number. So I want to carry on using my current number which is also on an ID SIM card but my contract is expiring soon. How do I go about that? I have tried to contact customer service on a number of times and it just says that no one is available to help and then end my chat

Any updates with the text issues, be a week tomorrow since I've been able to receive text from o2 network, I hope we will all be refunded for the service we are paying for but not receiving.  

I'm 58 years old and bought a new Google Pixel 10 Pro on the 2nd of last month. Everything worked fine initially, but since yesterday afternoon, I've been unable to access gambling websites. It seems the FlashGet Kids app is installed on my phone, blocking my access. I don't know when it was installed, nor do I know how to disable it.I visited FlashGet Kids' official website: https://parental-control.flashget.com/But there doesn't seem to be any instructions for uninstalling it. How can I access gambling websites again?It's one of my hobbies, and I really enjoy gambling. What should I do?Looking forward to replyBrian

I've recently joined Id mobile and ported my number over from previous network via PAC code over a week ago. When I send SMS Messages the recipients receive the text from the number I was assigned when I took out the contract, therefore, I ain't receiving a response. I do receive messages if sent directly to my number (orginial brought over number).  I have also noticed that I can't call a number that is on a sky contract. It starts with 074 but keeps saying number is invalid. Why is this? Never had any issues with previous provider. The number is not invalid as they are able to contact me. 

Hi, I have a mobile number which I use for my day to day at EE, and I also have a ID Mobile Sim which I use for back up and for when I go abroad. My ID Mobile is coming up to 1 year old Even though its coming up to 1 year old of a 2 year contract, can I still port my number from EE over to replace the ID number, which I don’t really use, I only use it for Data etc at the moment.

I signed up to a contract yesterday with an a recurring add on of unlimited data. My data is now showing 10MB how can I be confident I have my add on

Hi Guys,I have contacted support for over a week, roughly one email a day and I have been unable to chase the promotional payment for my Pixel 10 Pro.  If I cannot get the promotional amount I would rather cancel the trade in to be honest.  Hopefully this can be rectified.Thanks,Will

I have a couple of issues with my line: a significant delay on my audio on incoming calls, and my own speech echoing back to me. I took the phone into Currys and they told me to contact Customer Service at ID. I have been trying to speak to an agent via the live chat but I just get a message saying they are not available (multiple times). Where do I go from here?

Good afternoon everyone,I joined ID last night,then my Bill cap is off for sure I had email sent and confirmed,but just now when log on app or pc ,it stated 21 quid extra charged from my minutes and text,I did try to use live chat lots of times but now possilbe to reach to them at all! so what can I do about it?it is not fair to charge me for that amont isnt it?!!Thank you all

Good afternoon, i purchased a new contract online and was unable to add my PAC code and I don’t know my ID mobile number as it isn’t being delivered until the 30 Oct.  is it possible to to add PAC code so it’s good to go on arrival please?  also the direct Debit i havent seen anything regarding this or when it is expected to come out my bank.  I have been unable to get to speak to an online agent also so not the best of starts with ID Mobile.  many thanks for all your help John.

Hi I purchase contract with ID mobile and request to switch number from my current provided, but I had to cancel my contract within return window, problem is switch was planed for tomorrow I try to contact ID customer service since three days without luck. I want to stop switching my number as I returned everything card and phone to ID

Hi, my daughter has just moved to iD, she has asked for and received the pac code from her previous network Vodafone. When talking to Vodafone customer services she was told vodafone don't allow transferring vodafone number to id. Is this true, as I can't find any reference to this anywhere.Thanks. 

Been trying to submit PAC code.  Using the app going to plan then switch to ID mobile, the I get redirected to web page and click plan again then constantly getting "oops something has gone wrong". When in live chat keep getting unavailable to chat try again later.  Is anyone available to help......been going on all weekend.... completely unacceptable.

I recently traded in an old mobile against an S25 for the enhanced £80 promotion (phone was only worth £2).Without any correspondence the phone has been returned with a small slip saying "failed 3rd party verification".The phone is fully functional and meets all of the requirements for a trade in (for this offer the phone didnt even need to work as long as it wasnt beyond economic repair).I have emailed currys and when they do eventually respond have been unhelpful. All I got out of them was that they check it against a 3rd party system and it has come back with an issue, likely an IMEI mismatch.I understand they use checkMEND. I have checked my phone IMEI number in this system and it has passed all of the checks and I have the report to confirm this.Anyone know how I get this escalated?

I disconnected my SIM card last January, as I believed it would stay active as a Pay As You Go number. However, it’s no longer working now. Is there any way I can get my old number  back or reactivate it?
