Where can I submit my PAC code please?

Trying to switch to id from previous provider. Got help from idmobile  chat service to purchase a sim only deal. I wasn’t asked for pac during the process. They promised if I go ahead and place order they will then help with the pac. So I placed order (physical sim). Then the chat just disappeared!so what do I do now? I had my pac ready and intended to choose a switch date if 6 April which is when my existing contract .

My daughter is in Spain, her phone should have activated yesterday but it hasn’t

I received new sim, would like to keep my ild number. received PAC via sms, the app says ‘something went wrong, please try later’ even though the information is correct

Need to speak with an advisor not live chat as its taking 5 mins between them replying Is there a contact number

Hi yesterday I spoke with some of your assistants regarding new contract I wanted to do with ID. He suggested to call me between 5.00-5.30. that is never happened. Way

I’m looking to buy two additional phone contacts for my children.  I found an iPhone 16 deal under the Share the Love ad but the next day there are no iPhones available at all under this section. Where have the deals gone?

I have bitter experience with ID custmer service. My contract has been started when the sim card is dispatched and counted my contract period for less than 30 days. All the other service providers count the contract perios from the date the sim card is activated but this is not fair. When I seek for an assistant in this regard the agent did not want to help me with that indirectly told me to leave ID mobile. ID mobile is cheating with contract period (less than 30 days)

How do I leave a review

Hi I ordered a phone last night via carphone warehouse through id mobile. I recieved one email to say the order is being processed and nothing since. I have recently had a missed call from 0116 489 0020 in Leicester. This number is coming up as a mobile scam and not to answer on google. I have not had any emails from carphone warehouse since last night and I’m aware their customer service number is not this number so I have not called back due to fear of it being a scam. I have also not recieved any other emails from last night or from carphone warehouse to contact them. As I’m sure if that was them calling me, they would have emailed me by now to contact them. Can you please confirm this as this number says online not to answer, it’s a scam. Seeing as I have had no emails to contact them also I am worried to answer or call that  number  back

I have a data sim for my router. When trying to set up my account I’m being asked for a six or eight digit number (I forget which one) that was sent to my sim. The problem is the sim is in my router, not in a phone so I’ve no idea what that number is. Short of taking the sim out of the router and placing it in my phone, what can I do to get round this?

I am not able to make outgoing calls 0800 numbers or any other not on my contact list

When switching to this mobile plan, part of the contract I was offered benefits regarding apple music, arcade and fitness+. When I click the link sent in my order confirmation it sends me to the US website and says it’s cancelled. Considering this was advertised as part of my contract and was part of what I paid for in my order I would like a link that actually offers me the free apple music and fitness at least.

There was no option for me to provide my PAC when I signed up. Signed up anyway.Installed my esim which has installed on my phone with no number. No number has been provided in my welcome email.Downloaded the app to try and provide my PAC details there… except I can’t register on the app unless I have a phone number??!!I can’t find any way to provide my PAC number.

Hello, I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime.  It seems the problem might be related to the provisioning of my number on your network, particularly regarding Caller Line Identity (CLI) or SMS routing. Could you please verify: That my number is fully registered on your systems after the port. That outgoing international SMS and CLI are properly

Hi,I have just moved my families 3 sim only contracts across from EE and the switch date is Tuesday 17th.When you go to log into the ID Mobile App you need to enter your mobile number. It doesn't accept the number I am porting across from EE.I assume this is because the number hasn't ported across yet, so my question is this. Should I wait until my number(s) have ported across and I am actually using the new ID Mobile eSIM? I do have an email that tells me the temporary number assigned to my eSIM but I wasn't sure whether using that would potentially cause me any headaches 🤣Happy to wait a few days if it will be smoother and have looked for any info on this topic in the community but couldnt find anything..

I have a PAC number and have followed all instructionsyour app crashes after submitting your number you wish to keep and your pacyour website doesn’t crash but when presented with the date tool to choose a day to switch it does not allow you to select a date seen many other users reporting same problem but the response from yourselves had always been “I will send a private message”please can you advise on the solution

I have just purchased a monthly SIM for an iphone 14. The SIM arrived in the post and I am keen to get started. I want to keep the original phone number so I have been onto the website and have entered the PAC code, transaction number beginning with 4, old number, new number, etc. I then get an error message saying ‘Oops, something went wrong. Please try later’ I have tried about 6 times and have checked the information is correct and in the same format. Please can someone help me.

I received new sim card but I want to keep old number I tried pac but doesn't work

Hi iD Team,I am in desperate need of a technical escalation for a Split Port issue that has left my number in limbo since the 9th.The Situation:The Problem: My port from Vodafone was initiated on the 9th, but the PAC expired that same day. Vodafone has confirmed the number is released and my old SIM is now dead. The Error: An iD agent attempted a manual broadcast yesterday at 10 am. It has been over 14 hours, and my iD account still shows the temporary number. The Symptoms: My iD SIM only works with the temporary number. Incoming calls to my ported number do not connect. Dialling *#100# results in an "Invalid MMI code" error. What I need:Because the PAC expired during the port, the automated system appears to be blocked. I need a moderator to flag this to the Technical Porting Team for a Manual HLR Re-sync and a "Force-Complete" of the port files.I have already emailed socialqueries@idmobiles.co.uk with my SSN and account details. Please can a moderator look into this as I am currently wi

I’m trying to change my provider from o2 to I’d but when I fill in the online form it says my post code does not exist. We have had this post code for the last 15 years at least. What do I do please?
