Getting started with iD.

I need to set up my voicemail to access my voicemails. I have followed the instructions on the website to ring 123 from my phone to set up my pin but I get the same automated message to first ring directly from the phone and set up a pin. Please help! 

Hoping for a bit of help.I am just coming to the end of a 24 month contract with iD mobile, so I looked around and found a better (later phone at a cheaper monthly cost) new contract, still with iD, from Carphone warehouse which I have bought.I now want to change my existing number to the SIM in the new contract phone but an struggling to see how this is done as a PAC is only used when changing numbers between network providers, whereas I am just wanting to transfer my number within iD.Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello. I bought a new subscription with a new SIM card but I want to keep my old number. I have PAC and STAC.

I need a PUK Code I’m unable to use the experts online because I’m having security issues with my Bank at this time , I have been trying for over 3 weeks now to get a code via live chat but they are ignoring me why ? I don’t know , so please can someone help my get a PUK code ?

Have received the joining offer for Apple. Apple TV worked fine but Music and Arcade are saying “UID Missing or incorrect.” Have tried on several browsers with no success. Please send me a private message to advise. Many thanks in advance. 

​I'm writing to the community as I'm experiencing a significant delay with my number transfer and am urgently in need of assistance.​I signed up for a new contract with iD Mobile on Tuesday, September 2nd. At the same time, I requested a STAC number from my old provider and booked the number switch for Monday, September 8th.​I received my new phone and followed the instructions to activate the eSIM on Thursday, September 5th. On Sunday, September 7th, my old provider's service was switched off, as expected. I waited for my number to switch to iD Mobile on Monday, as planned, but it never happened. It's now Tuesday night, September 9th, and my number is still not active on the iD Mobile network.​This is causing a major problem as I have numerous accounts for banking, email, and other services that rely on two-factor authentication via this number.​Could you please tell me how long I should expect to wait for the number switch to be completed? I’ve upgraded to a Google Pixel 9a. My replacement sim from Curries is inactive with no connection. My google account is synced, I can’t text or call anyone but have all my phone contacts. Thank you.

I have transferred from another provider and the shop did my PAC Code. I was told the date for my transfer should have already happened.The ID mobile app is showing as ‘not recognised phone number’ when I call and text it is using my email address and not my phone number. And my last sim is still working when it shouldn’t.Also when I do the PAC transfer form to check it had been completed in the shop that said failure. what is the fix to get my phone number working as this is what I was promised when changing provider?

Broken Apple Music 3 months subscription. When I click on the link it says uid missing or incorrect. Can anyone advise? 

Hi I received a email stating I had 3 months Apple services I clicked on the link for Apple TV which worked ok but both Apple Music and Apple arcade links didn’t after clicking there links like a lot of the community it came up UID missing or incorrect please help Garry 

Hi allSo just made the switch to ID from Sky. Put my SIM in for first time today 24th August.Set up the app and it said I had extra charges this month already before I'd even sent anything.Used the chat and it said I'd sent a premium text on 20th August. Said it couldn't be possible as only opened the SIM today. Sent screenshots of my txt history to show no such txt was sent. The chat was abruptly ended.So just rang the complaint line, explained what had happened. They accused someone else in my house of using the SIM. My mum nor daughter were even aware it was there so that wasnt the case. They said they'd refund the extra and cap my account to not make any spend. Advisor was also very rude.I've now just received a txt from Wild Cat games saying I signed up to pay £4.50 a week via my mobile provider. Never even heard of them! I've marked as spam.Has anyone else had such an opening experience? Am I now more likely to be bombarded from spam c

I received a sim which is not working. I don't know the phone number so I can’t contact anyone through the chat box or automated phone system. Could someone please help?

I have an i d mobile SIM only contract on my phone. Then I got my son one using the same email. I am struggling to set his new e sim up and it is not showing on my account. Only my deal.I can't download his e sim as it's under my account and it won't work.

I bought a pay monthly sim-only.  I then tried to but a new phone on contract and wasn’t able due to being about 2 weeks from taking out the sim-only contract. Apparently ID mobile will only process a new order 3 months after a previous one. So I cancelled the-sim only (within the cooling off period), but my order on the new phone was declined again, apparently for the same reason. I was told by ID mobile customer support I may be able to process the new order after cancelling the old one but that they couldn’t guarantee it.I have another ID contract for almost 12 months with perfect payment history and a very high credit score. Am I still to be caught unable to take out any new ID mobile product until 3 months from that sim-only? Or could it just be a delay in processing?

I have just opened an account. When do I give my PAC number? I haven’t received an ID Mobile Number yet. 

I purchased an eSim today and it didn’t activate as I was in a poor signal area. Somehow the porting happened in less than a day on a Sunday and now I am without network. I would like to redo the eSim but it has been used so can’t be used again.

I have registered for eSIM but not received my email to activate 

Hi just wanted to know how long does it take for the same number to transfer onto my new eSim. I've recently just switched from o2 to ID but I'm wanting to keep the same number. I got my new phone on Thursday and it said something about the 2nd of September I'm not sure if that's when everything gets properly transferred which I'm guessing it is. But I want to keep my original number how do I know I've done this correctly?

Hi there, I recently joined ID. I received a barcode. But when I photographed the barcode to activate the eSIM, it said it wasn’t possible to activate the number. I’ve also tried to login or create an account. This also says that I don’t have an ID mobile number please could somebody help ?

Hey all,I have been trying to find an answer to my question and hope the collective knowledge here can assist?I have an existing number on giff gaff, which I wish to keep the number on giff gaff and I wish to purchase an additional esim to use in Europe.  The outcome I am seeking is my giffgaff esim and telephone number remains the same, with an additional esim via ID mobile, that I can use when I am in italy for a few days.When I have gone through the sign up process, it appears that I only have the option to PAC or STAC, in otherwords, “move” my existing number, which I do not wish to do.Am I missing something here?With thanks,Chad. 

Just got 2 new iPhone 16s for my wife and I and moved from O2 to iD.Wife works in a school and can no longer make/receive phone calls or messages nor browse the internet within school premises.Trying to forward her ID number to another sim but failing when using the normal method. Enable Forwarding, enter number, press back, Forwarding switches itself off.Eventually got calls forwarded using **002*number* but if phone with ID sim is on, it rings there first. If that call is declined it forwards to the other phone.Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I’ve received my “Your Direct Debit with iD Mobile has been setup” email. All the details seem correct, except that I’m expecting my old number to be transferred. Regards, John.
