I am in Italy can I use my minutes

I bought a Turkey roaming add on for my holiday but it didn't work. I tried all the suggestions in the setting up, including turning on both roaming settings, wiping the data from my phone and trying to connect to a turkish network.  In the end I bought a Turkish sim. You can see from my data that none has been used. Will I get my money back?

How do I speak to ID ? I bought a roaming package and it does not work at all even after troubleshooting

Can someone please explain whether we can make calls in South Africa (both to the UK but more importantly within SA but to UK registered mobiles) without taking out any extra add ons or doing anything at all. The Roaming Beyond is about adding data - but that’s for internet browsing etc, not making calls. Right? Can I make WhatsApp calls if I purchase extra data?  So when we land in SA will our phones work to make calls?if the answer is yes, then Yay! next question - at what cost. ??

Is it possible to use an internet (free) calling like WhatsApp to pick up messages whilst abroad in a country like Mexico? If not is there another way to get your messages without paying a fortune?

I will be travelling to USA and Canada. Do I need to purchase two sets of Roam free one for each country or can I just buy a single 5 day pass (for example) and it’ll work in both countries?its not clear at all in the marketing and I can’t see it answered in this forum either.

I've purchased a 10 day roaming add on for Turkey, checked all settings and reset phone and plan/app settings and still have no data connection?Been through all the troubleshooting ideas, anything else I can try?

Recently changed to a new number and plan, and am now charged for international texts where I wasn't before, is there something I need to upgrade my plan to to fix this?

The chatbot didn't give a clear answer. The programmers did a very poor job of designing this website.I can't see how many gigabytes are used and how much is left in the app. How can I do this? The chatbot never knows anything.

I am unable to receive calls or texts while I am in India. I have enabled roaming, international and premier options and also increased my bill cap to £15. Please help so I can receive calls in India from the UK.

Recently visited USA and bought the 5 day data roaming add-on. I have the data roaming cap of £45 set up. Came home to a £120 bill 😯 I want to understand why the £45 cap wasn't applied - I received text messages to say I had used 80% of the £45 cap. Yet still a huge bill. Why is that id mobile?

Both my wife and I bought a Roam Beyond add on for Turkey before we left the UK. Having now arrived, although we are both connecting to the local mobile network, data is not working. All phone and App settings appear correct. We have the text from iD saying the Add On has been purchased. What's not working here?
