    Wean should I cancel my contract

    My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates? I don’t want to get into verbal discussions as I have an hearing issue which is not helped by speaking to someone with a strong accent P.S. Generally available deals seem to be better by just starting again as opposed to “upgrading” which is odd Many thanks

    switching plans & need to cancel plan and re-join

    Dear all, I have a current sim-only 30-day plan (80 GB for £10) in use for more than a year, and there is a new sim-only plan on offer I'm considering to switch to, but this is not included among the options available on my id app for plan changes, as l only saw the offered plan on ID website sim-only offers (the plan is a monthly contract with 108 GB for £9). How can l switch to this plan, or do l need to cancel/end my current contract and purchase the one l like on your website? No smooth transition between plans is available? Thanks

    going from a sim only deal to a contract deal why is it so difficult with ID mobile

    I am with ID mobile on a SIM only contract at the moment. However, yesterday evening I purchased a new contract with ID mobile. As I wanted to upgrade my phone I have been told by the unhelpful chatbot that I cannot keep the same phone number and I have to cancel my new contract and go with another company and then come back to ID mobile. As if I'm going to do that. Can anyone help me please. All I'm doing is going from a a SIM only to a contract and both of these are with ID mobile. Why is it so difficult with them

    Phone delivery delay.

    Ordered new phone online on Friday 11/07, delivery should have been with DPD on Monday. Got email from DPD on Friday saying, “We’re expecting your parcel, we’ll be in touch when we have it and it’s out for delivery” Since then I haven’t heard from them, I can track my parcel and DPD just say, “ Sorry, there is a delay with your parcel from Currys. Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area” When I check the DPD website for delivery problems in my area, it says that there are none. I can’t see any easy way to contact DPD and I’m going to have to cancel my new contract if I don’t get it in the next few days because I’m relying on a friend who’s visiting me to set up the new phone, I’m terrible at any of that stuff. So annoying that I’ve had no communication from DPD about this, I’m losing faith that they will deliver at all. Eliz Adams

    poor unusable signal

    Hi, I've been with ID for 18 months and my end of contract can't come quick enough, I can barely use my phone for calls, internet etc. phone states connected to 4g but with only 1 or 2 bars!!! Been to London and wouldn't work, been to Edinburgh and wouldn't work yet just spent 10 days in Turkey and bought an add on and it work like never before... perfect over there!!! Can I cancel my contract due to ID not providing me a usable service??

    Sim only Contract ended, but can't cancel plan

    Tried to cancel sim only contract as this has come to an end. I had no response so cancelled the direct debit. Then got an email wanting to know why I’d cancelled and how this would affect my credit rating!!!! I can’t cancel my contract because I don’t know what my phone no is . I have used this sim for data only and apparently my tablet doesn’t know my phone no either so I can’t get into my account to cancel it. Any idea’s would be welcome.

    Cant make calls today also

    Dear IDmobile For the past three weeks, I have been unable to make or receive calls. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to get through to anyone for support, and the issue remains unresolved. This has caused a lot of frustration, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like to cancel my contract without penalty. Please treat this as urgent and get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you, Ravinder Joshi

    2 Accounts, want to cancel 1, told i will lose number

    Hi All, I have 2 contracts with ID Mobile one which expires in August this year and another I took out in February this year. I did this as I smashed my phone but could afford to pay the upgrade fee all in one go. I transferred my number to the new contract in March. I've asked to cancel my contract but been told my old account is linked to my old number which I've since transferred and been given the 30 day warning. I just want to cancel my old contract and keep my new one with transferred number. Can anyone help? +I've contacted the chat bot and saved the log to share if easier. Jaymie

    Mis-selling of id contract

    Bought a 12 month data only sim for my brand new iPad Air at Currys shop 4 weeks ago, went abroad (Greece) no roaming. Came home, went to Curry’s shop who contacted ID but no resolution. Problem is can’t get a PIN code to activate ID app because iPad won't receive texts. Been to Apple shop and they say that they don't support ID mobile. I find on this website a statement by ID employee (Tyler) who states that ID “ don’t support cellular functions with our SIM cards in any devices outside our approved handset devices”. I have tried to cancel my contract but told not possible. An obvious case of mis-selling. Next stop Trading Standards. Unless someone can provide a solution quickly.

    cancel my current plan

    i want to cancel my curent plan, i cannot seem to get through to sales or chat i would like to stay with ID but my contract is at an end, ive no wish to take out another plan/up grade etc i just want to cancel my contract as its come to its end, and change to a sim only contract, hopefully keep my current number. but trying to get through to customer service is near imposible, as i cannot find the live chat, there is no option on facebook to message and bein on hold for 5 mins i hung up

    New iD mobile contract from Carphone Warehouse

    Hi I have just purchased a new iD mobile and contract from Carphone Warehouse, rather than upgrading via iD directly (as the deals were better). Do I need to cancel my first contract (which is now on a pay monthly basis after 24 months)? And how can I transfer my mobile number to the new phone? I can’t use a PAC code as I am not switching networks. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts.

    I am now due an upgrade but have decided I want to go "SIM only", i want to stay with iD and buy sim (from uSwitch) to replace current contract how do I do it without requiring a new SIM and just keeping current sim and just transfer over and at same time cancel my current contract and switch seamlessly without disruption to connection and getting double payments (current DD to new DD)?

    Now have 2 accounts by mistake

    I thought I had ordered an upgrade for my rolling monthly sim only plan but I’ve now got another sim coming with a different number. So now I’ve got 2 contracts. How do I cancel my original contract and keep my old number with my new sim when it arrives probably tomorrow? I did ask this question yesterday but it’s dissapeared
