forwarding calls via esim on my samsung

I have a samsung s21 I have tried to Forward my calls to another number through an esim but I am getting an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening.

Issue with phone number not properly converting and having dual phone numbers at once

Ever since I have switched my mobile phone contract to my ID mobile account I have been having issues with my new sim. This is because when I signed up for the new contract I forget to kept my old mobile number and was given a new one. Once I had realised this error I contacted ID mobile to have it changed to my old number but this was not converted properly and I have been issues with this ever since that have recently worsened. For months whenever I ever send I text message through my old number it although it actually delievers states Message Send Failure. This also caused issue since the ID Mobile phone app recognises my old number as my current number but phone settings recognises my new number as my mobile number. Recently starting a few days ago because I appear to exist in some phantom mobile zone I have been unable to recieve mobile texts through my old number yet still recieve calls through it and when I text through my new mobile number it still states Message Send Failure a

Morning all. I'm new to idmobile. I've had my Samsung A16 for about a week and the battery is terrible. I don't use it loads and I'm charging it twice a day. That doesn't sound normal to me?. Thanks

Unable to answer private number

So, have a Pixel 7, fully updated. I receive calls from private numbers (for hospital appointment) however the calls aren't ringing through and are blocked by the phone. I have tried toggling on and off the block numbers in the phone settings, but that's not changed anything. I have also cleared the cache and data from play services and still no change  Does anyone have any other ideas?

ordered esim but my phone cannot use it

I mistakenly ordered an esim, but my phone cannot use it.  I cannot see how to cancel that order and order a physical sim instead. Is there a help phone number I can use? Thanks.

Adding a new sim to my phone app

I have purchased a new Sim for a router and wish to add it to my phone app. The router requires a standard Sim - my phone a smaller one. I have no way of receiving the confirmation code without destroying the standard sim. Is there a solution?

mobile service provider showing incorrect

Hi Had a text this morning confirming my number has been switched to iD Mobile and my account with my previous provider (EE) disconnected.Phone / number working fine but, when I look in mobile service in settings EE is still showing under network selection.It’s a physical sim and the secondary number provided by ID Mobile is off. Have tried a force restart, turned airplane mode on and off and erased/reset network settings. Still showing as EE...grateful for thoughts! Update - can make calls if I receive a call it goes straight to voicemail J

Customer Service unacceptable

I can't express how annoyed i am with this company. You can’t even log a complaint easily and limited to the number of characters you can add, and even after clicking submit it just opens up a chat window! Speaking of chat. On every occasion I've tried to use chat i’m sat waiting for a response 3-5 mins each time. You’re just wasting your time while the agent doesn’t give a stuff about you and reads from a script which has nothing to do with your query. On one occasion i joined the chat at 7.30pm and knew it would close at 8. I said straight away to transfer me to the correct department, but that conversation took 15 mins before they transferred me….I then spoke to someone who doesn’t seem to actually read messages and by the time it got to 8 they said the relevant team isn’t there anymore. Who at ID mobile thinks this is remotely ok? I also have a contract for my son, but i’m unable to get a correct PAC number which actually works. It seems impossible to leave them.  If there is anyon

I have just switched from EE yesterday, I’ve kept my number, I have had to eSIMs, since the change I can receive calls, make ft calls but cannot call anyone.ive been trying to sort this for the last 24hrs any help would be great

PAC code only seems to work when changing network. I'm wanting to change from an iD contract to an iD SIM only and keep my number. Thanks in advance!

I have a household with 4 boys,  I’ve created accounts for 3 of us using different emails.  My youngest now needs a sim but can I add this to my existing email address rather than creating yet another one ? I would like to sort this asap.

transferring my number within id

I have a pay monthly sim  (to test coverage) and decided to purchase a new phone from third party using id. I note from the community that id response is “Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to transfer a number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another.” and that a triangle process needs to take place with another provider, that will take several days, What a nonsense! Please can someone contact me?

moved to eSim from contract, how do I cancel my contract?

I bought an eSim also from ID Mobile where I currently have a contract that expired, how do I cancel my contract so I only am paying for the eSIM? The website as usual is difficult to navigate.thanks
