Hi, my Apple mobile doesn’t receive SMS or text messages. A guy at Three mobile couldn’t find out why and Apple guy was helpfully (not at the geuious desk) also couldn’t discover why.tried the usual stuff, reboot etc. The SIM worked in his phone but didn’t work in my Apple phone?At a loss to know what to do next if anybody can help please?

I’ve just started a 12 month plan with an eSIM.  I have another phone on another network which has the number I wish to use going forward.  Can I get a PAC to transfer that preferred number to my new iD without starting a second iD plan?

Pre ordered the 17pro max the moment it went live and was assured I will receive it on the 19th but received an email few days ago saying it’s been delayed to 2nd October. if the stock is limited why are they telling customers it’s going to be delivered on the 19th. So disappointed, should’ve of just directly ordered it from Apple and got the sim separately.

Hello!I’m using an iD SIM in a phone originally bought through another network. My mobile data has been very erratic in the UK (I’m regularly unable to use it) and when I went to Greece recently it wouldn’t work at all. I was trying to troubleshoot using ChatGPT (!) and it thinks it’s a problem with my APN settings, specifically the Mobile Virtual Operator Network Value, which is showing as 0305 on my phone but which ChatGPT thinks should be 4D. But my phone won’t let me edit the APN settings or create a new set.Assuming this sounds like a plausible explanation, is it possible for you to push the correct APN settings to my phone remotely? Or would a replacement SIM do the trick?Thanks so much for your help!J

I live in an area with very poor mobile reception, and so depend on wifi calling, but it just doesn’t work. There is no sign of a signal or dialling, when I select a number to call, then after about 30-40 seconds it gives me an error ‘Call Failed’. i used a PAC code to keep my old number. it seems to have worked for calls but when i text people it is not my regular phone number. in my phone settings it is also not my regular number that i used the PAC code to keep.  Can’t used the live chat it doesn’t understand my question and can’t find a number to call. 

I can’t get iMessage to authenticate for love nor money on my new iPhone 16e. I've tried everything advised, and still can’t get to work. Any ideas what else I can do? I've even tried new esim and new physical sim.

I recently got a new contract with id mobile along with a new iPhone. Ever since then I have had issues with signal. My phone tells me I have signal but I don’t meaning that people are trying to call me and it is going straight to voicemail. I have been on live chat twice to ID about this as it has never happened with other networks/phones and their new solution is “you need to download the latest iOS update”! This has been happening before the last iOS update so that is not the case. I need to turn aeroplane mode on and off to reset the signal but I have no idea when I do or do not have signal as it always says I do! Has anyone else run into this before and shed some light on how you resolved it?

Main reason, I would like to have my phone as dual sims usage? I currently have Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 phone, it shows that it’s possible to have a dual sims use, ie. 1*physical and 1*esim. Thank You!

HI I have transferred my number into ID mobile and it is showing on my plan but calls are going directly to voicemail  - i can send texts though. It is also sill showing as being on my old network EE. What do i need to do? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Not receiving messages 

Hi, I ordered my phone through Carphone Warehouse and got my PAC code so I could transfer my number and completed that through Carphone Warehouse before completing the order. I got my phone and it didn’t come with a sim or anything for an ESIM so I assumed ID would send a sim separately or an ESIM through email. My previous phone which had my number active on it is now inactive and I haven’t yet received any sort of sim. I now have no access to this number to set up an account for ID on the app. Im not sure what to do now as I haven’t received a sim and have no access to the number that’s being carried over. Can anyone advise ?

I have just upgraded my sim only contract with iD to a pay monthly with iD . So now have a new phone. This was all done with iD over the phone as an upgrade. the person I spoke to said I’ll be given the option to transfer my number when setting up the new phone, however the phone keeps saying that the transfer of my current number is not supported! Any ideas how I transfer my e sim number to the new phone? 

Got a replacement sim, activated replacement sim put it in new phone but my phone number isn’t receiving or making phone calls. I’m staying on the same plan and wanted to keep my original phone number, I thought a replacement sim would just replace the one I lost and allow me to keep my number. I don’t know what to try next? Hi I have an iphone 12 running IOS 17.5.1 i have switched from a sim with vodagone to an esim with ID mobile. I tried installing the esim via the qr code, it would not install, i tried again and it says the qr code is no longer valid I tried to register with the mobile app to download a new esim, it wants to send a code to my phone to activate the app, which i obviously cant receive as i have so sim on the phone I tried to install the esim via the manual settings in the original mail and it says it cannot be installed, contact my providerCan someone advise what i do to download/install a new esim?thanksJon

I have an ID Sim-only plan and am trying to use it in an iPhone 16 Pro. The SIM is accepted by the phone and it says ‘4G’.  However I cannot make calls or send texts and I cannot access the internet.  I can, however, receive calls and texts.  The same handset works fine on a vodafone SIM I have and I have also tried the ID SIM in another iphone (a 13 Pro) and it does not work in that either.  (both of the iphones are on the approved list of ID Mobile).  

I’ve just received my new Samsung A36 and did the whole phone set-up including moving all data and apps from my old phone. I have set fingerprint screen unlock but I do not recall adding a screen pin. The phone seem to have a screen lock pin which is unknown to me. Is there a default screen pin or a way to reset it without having to take my phone away ?
