I signed up to ID mobile in Currys, the assistant handed me a SIM card and said I should get an email with my new mobile number in. It’s been about 5 hours and I’m still waiting for said email with phone number. Does anyone know how long it’s supposed to take? i need to then import my old number using a pac code so I’m keen to start the process

Didnt receive a qr code for esim, now my old phone is cut off and nothing on new phone, cant sign in to idmobile as it sends a code to my mobile number which i cant recieve

The ID featured advert to upgrade on a sim only deal states a 12th contract price of £10/mth for 150gb data and unlimited texts/calls………however, when you “click” to upgrade, this particular offer does not appear?any suggestions? 

I am getting phone calls saying I gave rung people when I haven't. What can I do?

The BAD and the GOOD from IDMobile my experience today 1st November 2025.After deciding I have to many phone's due to work and personal use I decided to upgrade my personal account to a sim only today. After paying out over £31 per month for phone and sim unlimited it's now time to go sim only. I decided to go for unlimited on a monthly contract currently £18 each month, big savings to be made.So I called sale's this morning and spoke to an agent told them that I wanted to upgrade my contract. So after going through the the security checks he processed to start my upgrade. Here's where it all started to go wrong, after giving my phone number to him, he told me that my detail are not on the system. I find this very strange as I've been paying my bill's for year's with no issues. Ok so I gave him my account number and low and beyond this account number not in the system. In turn he asked me if I had given the correct phone number and account number to which l replied most definitely I've

When I signed up for my new contract, for some reason an additional letter was added onto the email address (it said it ends in .co.ukc), so I haven't received my new QR code, I don't know my new number because of that, and I need to speak to someone to change the email address to the correct one to receive it, but I can't because I don't have a telephone number yet. How do I change this to get my new Esim?

I have an unlimited plan but how do I view my actual usage to see if that’s what I actually need?

ID app does not recognise my Vodafone number and I don't have a temporary number to use from my SIM pack

I have over £20 credit on my account but can’t make calls as I’m told I’m out of calling credit. I spent over an hour on live chat to an agent earlier this week who sorted it, however the following day the problem recurred and I’ve been unable to make calls since.Given the foregoing I’m sure you understand that I have no faith in the ID mobile network being able to be useable and therefore wish a full refund of the credit on my account prior to me finding an alternate provider.

Hello3 days ago, I got PAC from my old network provider for my old number transfered to my new plan  e-sim plan only with ID mobile.The transfer seem smooth as new plan work fine on my mobile. So the problem is the ID mobile APP dont recognised my phone number (from my old mobile provider) when I try to create my account on the app.Please advise Craig Gardiner

Hello I am wanting to upgrade as my battery on my phone now is awful and wanting to upgrade 

why can’t i call certain mobiles (personal friends and family ones) plus any landlines? (again family home numbers)

HiI recently switched providers and since then people can’t call my mobile number. FaceTime and data work, but incoming regular calls don’t come through. Could you please check whether my number port has completed correctly and whether there are any issues with incoming calls on my eSIM?

When trying to make a UK call, I have a voice message saying call can’t be connected. It has also said the cap needs to be increased but I have unlimited uk calls and texts.

I have just received this month’s bill and I have noticed that I have been overcharged on Rest of the world roaming by £20.83 but I have not been abroad nor have I initiated any international calls. When I spoke to customer service they were unable to pinpoint where this came from and simply put a cap of £0 on my plan. I would like to know where this came from and I would like my money back.
