Hi there I've got a contract with you and i am so unhappy with the connection cellular and data. the reception is weak if there is any reception. its so annoying to not be able to call or use navigation while driving. what I am paying for to be honest?

This is the second, all day outage that I have experienced in my short time with ID and I wish for my contract to be released. I note there is nothing in the status page to discuss any form of compensation or recompence, and there was not any last time either. It’s also very frustrating to get the same copy and pasted statement reposted every 2 hours with no idea of when this will be resolved. It’s unacceptable and it’s time to call it quits.

Need puk as leaving id mobile to to crap coverage and network outages

I know there's a issue currently with making and receiving calls. However I cant even use the web for browsing. I have checked the status checker and its saying there is no issues in the area. No matter where I go I now have emergency calls only. And no access to anything other than when connected to WiFi

I can't condem this company enough. Brough new phone and contract with id, fine to start then troubles began, when I go away to Huntington I have nxt to know signal at all, keeps dropping Internet and quality of calls horrendous. Believe it or not I was informed by member of staff at car phone warehouse that it's because my phone is out of its usual area and that's why I have connection issues lol lol lol. Heard it all now. Then today complete blackout of all services I hope I'd is going to give compensation for thus lol lol lol. I would not recommend this company 2 my worst enemy let alone friends or family. Can't wait to get out of this contract. Anyone else feel the same ???

Please fix the network! I have urgent work calls I cannot make or receive and it’s causing carnage!! I am paying for a service what I am not recieving. please fix asap! L18 7JJ

Can’t believe that this is happening again. Critical that I have coverage to deal with a house move. ID service updates have no meaning, just the reiteration that engineers are working to resolve the issue, with no detail about what the issue is, or what the timescale is for restoring service. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible. If anyone from ID reads this, please let me know how I get in touch to do so as the outage means that there is also no customer chat. Atrocious.

It just keeps telling me to log into the app or contact them but the live chat is down and I can’t get into my account.

I am not receiving any verification codes from external apps today. Please help. I know it is ID mobile as it has happened with various apps. I want to speak to someone but there’s no phone number.

Can't make or receive calls this morning. This has seriously impacted my work .

I received an email to say my number would be switched to iD mobile by 22:00 on 24/06/2025. This has still not happened and I can’t get in touch due to technical issues with live chat and phone calls.

I'm due a upgrade soon but I'm in two minds on what platform I want. I've always had Android phones before but I'm thinking I might switch to a iPhone. What's everyone's opinion? Should I stay with Android or should I try the iPhone?

How long are they will be down ??

No calls again with id. Can I cancel my contract on the basis that I'd aren't fulfilling their part of the contract? Was with EE for 10 years and never had this issue.

Your saying know issue in my area but there is can't call out and can't access my id hope you are going to reimburse for loss of services

I have not received a sim card with my phone yesterday and no eSim by email. I cannot request a new one on the app as the phone can't receive the activation code by text message because I don’t have a sim. I’m 24 hours waiting now and support has not been available this whole time. I just get: I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you. Goodbye! My PAC transfer from my old phone happens tomorrow morning - If this happens and I still can’t get an eSim or any help via support what are my options. This is a terrible experience for a new customer.

I have not been able to make phone calls or receive calls all day this has cost me a lot of money im extremely upset with w ot is happening wot on earth is going on ??

I ported my mobile number over from EE to iD and the number is showing as successfully ported on the new SIM card however the issue I have is that my number is also still active on the old SIM card with EE. my mum is on ID Mobile and can contact me on my ID Mobile SIM however my dad is on O2 and it goes to the EE voicemail and the call doesn’t come through as it still shows that I’m on EE. So I believe my number is a split port can someone please help me finalise my mobile number port please as there’s potential issues that I may be missing calls that are going straight to the EE voicemail and I would never know this is really important that I get this sorted please

Hello ID , I have been trying to reach you for quite a while to no avail I want to cancel my contract and yet it is not allowing me to access the (7777) number and I am also logged out of the app. it is also not allowing me to add my direct debit to this phone which means every 21 days I have to manually pay for it and it is £41.94 which is not affordable as I am a student! could I please get someone to contact me by my email. kind regards

On the page explaining how to raise a complaint https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure it says you need to “Click on the button below and fill out a simple form” The button does not exist It’s almost like ID don’t want to know when things go wrong...

Hi, I have just moved from another network to ID. I used ID for my daughter a few years ago but left after the contract was up due to some iffy customer service issues. I went to ID again to give them the benefit of the doubt but, once again, I have been promised a lot but given little. My number was due to be ported across today, I received an email early morning telling me that this would happen sometime today, no later than 10PM. My old network disconnected me at 11:00am, telling me that the transfer is taking place. Waited until 4PM and contacted Live Chat where I was told that the transfer WAS taking place and this would be completed by 18:00 so I needed to reboot my phone after 18:00. This time went by and nothing happened so I contacted Live Chat again to be told that the transfer has still to be done but would definitely be completed by 22:00. It is now 22:10 and several reboots later, manually inputting APN settings, this still hasn’t worked. I’ve also reset the network setting but all to no avail If anyone could help then this would be appreciated Many thanks Jason

Hello! I had ID for many years with both phone plan and just sim. I am going to leave the country and I’d like to keep the number in case the government or banks try to contact me for whatever reasons. I could cancel the plan but if there’s a way to switch to a PAYG that is not too elaborate I would do that! I liked ID and I don’t mind a PAYG with them!
