I have requested a PAC code to transfer my number to another provider now that my contract is ending but have received an error message when I have requested this via text, on the chat and through the app. Please can someone assist now.

I have a id mobile phone in my name (which is my childs) i have moved from o2 today but it has transferred my old number onto his sim (his number has gone) i am now left with a new number How can i get my sons number back

As the title, Is ID mobile likely to expand Roaming, adding more Band 2 destinations? I understand they have roam beyond, although this is really pricy. I’m just wondering if there is plans to add more destinations to Band 2 from that list or even making the Roam Beyond better value.

I’ve upgraded my Plan why am I still being charged a rate which ultimately is line rental and PhoneI thought this was illegal practice nowplease can you refund me all of the charges and I will continue to pay for the SIM only Plan  

Himy area is showing that the coverage is amazing but I have very weak signal and it’s hard to make calls even tho I have checked the coverage and reset network I need help please 

How do I send iD a pac code?

Was unable to enter PAC code while buying sim. No option.No tried switching from website as well as app. After dropping all the details have to select switch date but it doesn't give you that option.Please help 

Hello my 24month contract ends on 24/0426. On my upgrades offers there is no option to transfer to a 1 month rolling sim only deal. I want to do this while I sort out a new phone and stay with I’d.

Hi I checked my recent phone bill and it has been charged 52 pound instead of 8 I think theres a 40pound charge for a UK call but I cant tell in the statement if that is the reason

New phone and simThe old id number shows when i reply to messages which is causing me some problems.I have done resetting as instructed. What else can I do?

Hello I upgraded today as it said on the app you get £250 cashback, when I've just gone on to look how to do this it ended last night as 11.59, please can someone get back to me on this as it shouldn't be on there if it's not vaild

Hi, I have a plan on my current number, I would like to add another number with the same plan, I tried the app but it keeps rejecting my details when I fill them in, I also changed my name through deed poll a while back and tried so hard to. Change me details but it did not let me so I just gave up. Can you help with adding a new number and updating my details thanks 

Ok, so half way through a text conversation with a work colleague my number changed. The colleague had my correct number that I had recently carried over to ID Mobile and then half way through the convo my messages started going through to my colleague on a different number ( the number of the new SIM I was sent until my old number carried over). I don't acknowledge this other number as I never used the mobile whilst it was active and only used it after my number was carried over. But this isn't the first time its happened during text convos or even phone calls going through. I work for the NHS so my number has to show up and be verified and this is causing a lot of problems at work. Yes my number had been carried over and when I go into my settings it shows I'm with ID Mobile and that my number is my correct carried over number. I've turned my phone on & off, removed and put back my SIM card and rebooted my phone. Same problem daily. I need help as this is making my job very diffi

I moved over to ID mobile yesterday however I have been given a new mobile number which I do not want as I'd like to keep old number from another provider. I have log in to app with new number however I cannot get a test with verification code as the number does not "exist" how can I get my old number moved over onto new contact?

Hi all my bills are up to date but my calls and messages aren’t working help 

Upgraded my phone on Thursday mornig paid the upgrade fee for the new phone (£99) got the confirmation email saying all good. Recieved email saying phone will be delivered following day, so far so good. Then get another email saying my bill was ready and it had shot up to £138 & some pence, mind blown I called this number 03305202447 spoke to a lady who then put me through to a guy called Harry who said there was an error on there side but wouldn’t say what but he would credit the account with the over-charge which appeared instantly on my account, confirmed my phone would be with me tommorrow and I’m a happy chappy once again. That is until I get a phone call from this number 07045765183, he said his name was Mohammed from iD upgrades went through security proceedure & all good, he said that my order wouldn’t be arriving now as he had to cancel it due to an error on the system their end, again wasn’t told what the error was, and he has requested that the order be returned to t

I traveled to Africa and trying to purchase id mobile esim data only with my US dollar cards but the cards were being rejected because id mobile didn't provide a space for other countries billing address except UK billing address

Hi, I've just ordered my new phone which is due today but I forgot to give the package code. When I try and log in it's telling me to enter the new number, do I wait until I get that SIM, enter the code that comes through and then request my number to change or will that be too late? I don't want to lose my number. Thank you

I changed my direct debit account and ID did take and then gave back the money which made me overdue so then I paid it and it didn't accept it in the app so I did it again and it took the money out twice and still says I haven't paid it.
