Hi, why have I been cut off when I’m meant to be in credit still  

Hi, I’ve just installed my eSIM on my phone but there is no signal yet, does it take time for this? The eSIM was confirmed to be installed correctly, but I can’t find any information on how long it might take to get signal. I’m in an area that has good signal for all networks. My phone does have a regular sim with Vodafone, but this will be deactivated when my PAC request goes through tomorrow. Would having a regular sim set as my main account stop my ID eSIM working?

4G confirmed at top of screen, 3 bars. No Internet Access at all. Tried everything advised in Help Hub. Recently changed from Cubot Note 20 Pro (SIM worked perfectly) to a Cubot A40. HELP please.

I having a technical issue that has resulted in several chats with support.  On a couple of these chats, the transcript has not been sent to me despite me having requested them.  (I am very sure that the email address was correct because it is always a copy/paste.) Is there some way that I can retrieve these transcripts now? I appreciate whatever you can tell me! cheers, MF

I find the signal and internet awful almost all the time. I’ve had the phone a good few years so i thought it could be that to blame however when i go to europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland and France) its perfect. The reason i know this is because i use you tube to listen to music in the car. From Germany to the port at hook of Holland it was perfect with no loading. As soon as i got off the ferry in Hull it couldn’t load a single song all the way home to south Manchester. Tried turning the phone on and off, tried turning it on and off flight mode. Its just terrible all the time. Why is this when the coverage is shown online as being good 4G all the time? How come i get such poor signal and internet no matter where i am in the UK?

i cannot listen to my voice mail as fone is blocked is there another way?

I just want to know if it comes with protective packaging as I don’t have my box anymore, slightly worried about it breaking during transit. 

Hi All , I have 2 different contracts that are ready for upgrade. My wife and I are looking to upgrade to exactly the same phone and package. However , we do not need 2 chromebooks , which is what currently being offered as part of the deal. Does anybody know if it is possible for us to swap 1 of the chromebooks for something else? The onboarding emails state I should’ve received my temporary number in a welcome email or in an invoice.  I’ve not had either of these - any ideas?

This seems a recurring theme which is a concern. I transferred with an E sim from 02 to ID mobile. The data works fine. I can’t make calls as there is no ID mobile showing on network list and it's just stuck on 02.   I haven't got any help from the BOT. Phone is I phone 12 pro max. 

What has happened to my signal? I I always Home and then I now have nothing.  I now have nothing. There’s nothing I can see on any issues in the area And I can’t find For somebody to speak to any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I live in the countryside and generally have perfect signal, including 4G, but as soon as I venture into a town or a city (or even just a busy event) my phone becomes unusable - despite displaying ‘4G’. I cannot use the internet at all, and even old fashioned phone calls and texts become unreliable. It’s very inconvenient 😩 any suggestions please?

I am unable to receive sms from abroad (something that I really need for various reasons) but the supposed help is making things worse. In fact, i mentioned that several times on community mobile etc…but i keep receiving calls from id mobile (calls to which I cannot reply it seems) and i keep receiving these calls during working hours. Now I cannot answer calls during working hours as i do not have an official designated lunch hour and I work with extremely challenging individuals so answering calls during that time is not possible to me. Therefore, I asked if I could be called last weekend but nobody did. Can you please call when say you will and not when you are not supposed to? Also, could you sort my problem or gimme the chance to switch to a different provider that works?

I joined ID Mobile recently, on the Mobile Coverage Checker I'm supposed to get 4G inside and outside the house, and 5G outside the house nearby. However, I'm unable to get 4G at all from any room, upstairs or downstairs.When loading any website it can take up to 20 minutes to load. At random times during the day the signal might work (albeit terribly) for 5 minutes, allowing me to load a website in a few minutes.I noticed this after my wi-fi went down, my broadband will be down for up to a week.Has anyone else experienced the Internet checker saying you'll have 4G or 5G service, when in reality there is none whatsoever?I've tried the obvious fixes, restarting device multiple times and across multiple days, updating my phone, and fiddling with other Internet settings.I was recently abroad and got 5G signal, and when in a major town centre  so the SIM card must be working.Am I stuck being a dead zone, with potential mast issues?Using a Damsung S24 Ultra and physical sim card.Thanks!

I have tried to complain several times, i just get ignored. I have a serious illness and my phone is my lifeline, i have missed important calls from doctors and hospitals, because i have no signal. Especially worst since they turned 3G off. Had no signal all day today.

Hi there,I have an iPhone 17 AIR, and i am using an ID eSIM.Just recently i have noticed that i loose signal and (however it does it) it comes back online.I am not getting texts and calls while its obviously ‘off line’Sometimes I even have to switch it off and on just so to reboot it?IM missing calls PLease help

Having purchased my Google Pixel 9a on the 05/07/25 via Carphone Warehouse (part of Currys)... I understand there should have been a £50 Currys voucher as part of the deal. I haven't received this and have been to my local store who have said there isn't a voucher linked to my purchase? I don't think this is correct and don't know how to resolve this?  

Hi, I have just got a new SIM card and the PAC transfer got sorted yesterday. It says I have 4G but I have no signal anywhere around my house. This means I can’t receive phone calls from people. I live by myself so I don’t have the option of using anyone else’s phone. I’ve tried the things you have suggested in other people’s problems.

Ported old number from O2 to iD Mobile, physical sim - Cannot receive texts or calls to my number since the switch (Quite serious when I cant get any verification texts come through) - Still have service on my old phone with old sim attached - Yes I have read and gone through EACH of the community articles and completed every last step - Number will also not activate on iMessage - I am able to use 5G on iD Mobile, and I am able to use 3G on my O2 sim. Need a fix asap. 

New ID customer, changed from Vodafone (no problems).  Received SIM card, all worked except unable to send or receive mobile calls (can call on WhatsApp).  Did everything ID requested on the help line (over a few days).  Finally t inform the handset was the problem?  Bought new phone, same problem, requested I get a replacment sim, put the new sim in and same problem!  I just don’t know what to do.  

This has been a long week trying to sort my porting over. It has taken a week for ID to try and sort it out. I finally received an email from my previous provider O2 that my number is being disconnected so i assumed that finally the porting took place. I have checked and i can use data and i can make calls with the correct ported number showing but i cannot receive any calls. The chat function has been absolutely useless and i have logged a complaint but they won’t be able to call me anyway since i cannot receive any calls. I have tried switching the phone on and off, have checked the esim number etc and all seems fine. To complicate things i am currently abroad so i am hoping that the calls issue is because of that. I know that porting while abroad is not ideal but i wasn't expecting ID to take a week for it to happen. Any advice as to how to proceed? Do i wait to reconnect to the uk network tonight and see what happens?

Hi my Wifi calling when using my phone even though it works when I call using WiFi on WhatsApp, Does anyone know what the problem could be? I’ve turned phone on/off; turned WiFi calling on/off; put airplane mode on etc. Thanks 

As per the title and the same as the many many symptoms that other people have mentioned, I really don’t want to repeat them as you know what they are. Phone is a Pixel 10 Pro with all the latest updates and it doesn’t matter where in the UK I call from.  I’ve been through all of the suggested phone related issues.  Please help!!!
