Hi I need to change my billing date 

I have loads of old phones.  I want to give them to Oxfam - they make money by recycling them.  But is this safe?I know I can download things to completely wipe everything from memory.  But some of them don't even switch on so that's not possible.If I just drop them in water, will that mean they're completely useless to anyone who wants to retrieve my data?

Due to upgrade today, I am on a pay monthly with direct debit although when I try to upgrade I get the message your plan is not eligible for an upgrade?? Why is this ?? 

If you have no back up phone or access to the internet, or people willing to help, how do you tell someone your phone has been taken?

Why am I not receiving calls from other networks or landlines.

Joined ID from o2 (physical sim)and gave PAC code at time of check out to ID as I want to keep my original number.Picked up iPhone 16 and physical sim from curry’s today.During set up accidentally pressed eSIM and now my original phone number does not work on my old phone and does not show as an eSIM on the new phone. The only number that works is the new physical sim on iPhone 16. No one can call or text me on my original number. When calling it says number offline.I need my original number working asap. What should I do?

I cannot redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple TV  When clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

WiFi calling used to work and then stopped a few months ago, restarting the phone, resetting network and WiFi bluetooth settings have all failed to fix the issue.It is the same on all WiFi networks.Can anyone help because I have poor coverage in the office and at home and rely on WiFi calling.

I have been with ID for over a year and everything was going smoothly up until now. For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing a lot of issues with mobile data and making phone calls or sending texts. There recently was some work going on on the radio tower nearby so it was understandable but now they have finished working on it, yet the problem still persists. Majority of the time I'm unable to even search anything online nevermind any other usage. Has anyone else been experiencing this or does anyone know what causes the issue ? (Doncaster, DN3 area)

I'm ready to give up with this new Samsung s25. The 5g coverage is slower than my old dial up Internet. I was previously with O2 and never had a days trouble with Internet speeds. Now I'm experiencing buffering with my speeds, it's like the 1990's. I've only had the phone a month and would gladly give it back if I could. My area postcode is CH62 

I’ve just recently started my new contact with ID mobile with the main attraction being the 52 roaming destinations. I have come away and my data just doesn’t seem to work. I have activated it in my app it says roaming is turned on however when I turn my data on it shows no 5g or 4g sign next to the moviestair provider at the top. I am currently in Majorca part of Spain can someone please help me with this issue. 

I started my European holiday with 60GB data (30 +30 rollover). Does this give me 60GB roaming allowance or am I restricted to 30GB?

Purchased an ID monthly sim only and gave PAC from EE to Curry’s advisor when purchasing. Been 4 days and on my iPhone the number shows as the temp one given by ID mobile not my old EE one I wanted to keep! is there a way to online chat with ID to sort as really can’t lose my old number!!

hi i’m just wondering if my order has been confirmed it’s says good news your order is being processed and  but i haven’t received any emails to confirm what is going on. also the worse thing is i forgot to copy order number 

I am not able to receive any passcodes to sign in to anything such as my bank etc. I have tried restarting my phone. Have had my new sim a week now.

I ordered a sim, got no confirmation email and am unable to get to speak to an agent without having a id phone number
