hi i’m just wondering if my order has been confirmed it’s says good news your order is being processed and  but i haven’t received any emails to confirm what is going on. also the worse thing is i forgot to copy order number 

I am not able to receive any passcodes to sign in to anything such as my bank etc. I have tried restarting my phone. Have had my new sim a week now.

I ordered a sim, got no confirmation email and am unable to get to speak to an agent without having a id phone number

Unable to redeem Apple Music offer 

I’m receiving txt messages from folk in my contacts list, but NOT sign-in security codes by txt from my bank or from Gov.UK when I’m using hotspot & laptop. (There was one other code I didn’t receive but can’t remember what I was doing then.)  Coincidentally my iPhone 12 has stopped showing signal strength in the form of vertical bars:  it still shows 4G, say, and I can receive data/connect to internet, but no indication of of signal strength. Might not be relevant, but both issues have arisen at same time.I’ve done all the usual stuff like turning phone off/on and toggling airplane mode on/off and data button on/off and laptop off/on ad infinitum, but none of that works to bring back the signal strength indicators AND more importantly I’m still not receiving security code msgs - I tried to sign-in to bank via laptop again this eve - no luck.  BUT To note I then logged into bank a/c this eve via my bank’s iPhone banking app and did actually receive the tx

I received my new ID Mobile sim card and have provided the PAC number and chosen the first date available to make the switch to the network.  I need to complete the switch tomorrow (21st August) not 22nd August so is it possible to speak to ID mobile direct and arrange the switch tomorrow? I thought the switch would happen when I inserted the sim but that was not the case. Thank you

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I'm trying to set my screen timeout time to never, but the option is not available. It says 'others options are disabled by your admin' and when I click to find out more, it says 'blocked by work policy, for info contact your it admin'.This is a personal device and so there isn't a company admin. Please can you help?Thanks.

I have an existing SIM contract with ID Mobile, which my son uses in his mobile phone.My own pay monthly contract is with another provider and is due to expire in the next few months. I am looking to purchase a new pay monthly deal with ID Mobile via a 3rd party website. My question is: Will the new pay monthly contract be accepted while I have an existing SIM only contract with ID Mobile? Thank you.

I am about to purchase a car which has the ability to add a data SIM card to access some additional functionality and apps.I have a mobile SIM currently which I only use a fraction of the data each month.Is it possible to get a 2nd SIM that is linked to my first SIM, that I can fit to the car and share the data usage?

Hi iD Mobile Community. I need to submit a request for proof of usage for a Nothing phone that was recently stolen. I urgently need these documents to process an insurance claim, which is time sensitive. I specifically need: a document showing proof of usage which must include the device make, model, IMEI number and the first and last date the device was used. Additionally I need a proof of blacklisting document which must show when the device was blacklisted and the IMEI number. I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,I have a quick question after process has completed from moving my mobile number from my old network to ID mobile. How does it work with the ID mobile App/Site will it then recognise my transferred number as the number for the plan that i am currently on and add that number as a plan on the app.Hope that makes sense csn clarify if needed.Thanks brennan

Hi , is anyone else in Belfast having poor signal . I live in BT8 and have maximum 1 bar and often no service. When I checked the ID signal checker it says that I should have excellent service but I don’t. I can get full service on a second phone same address using a different network provider. I am going to change from ID  

I cannot get any bank verification codes on messages. I have contacted my bank (co-op Bank) to query and they say this is an ID issue (related to issues with 3G network) and they stated I should raise this issue with ID (they confirmed they have previously notified ID of this)  I am getting all other messages but no verification messages. Very annoying. Any advice or ID Mobile please contact me

The signal has been terrible this week on all my four mobile phones 2 iPhones and two Samsungs two on this network and two on Three and they're all horrendous anyone else having the same issue I'm in skemmersdale

I have unlimited calls and a £5 cap. I am trying to move house and sort out my utilities. The numbers I have been calling and trying to receive are 014 numbers and 077 numbers. Sometimes the calls do not come up on my phone at all and I just get a missed call text or new voice mail text and other issue I’m faced with is being unable to call them back at all. The 077 number is a uk number as they are in South Shields and the 014 is a Huddersfield number I know as fact. I now am unable to ring them to sort out my bills or my moving in process because I have used my UNLIMITED calls and all of my cap??? I thought the cap was for 0300 or worldwide calls? What have I done wrong?
