Yesterday I contacted the community regarding the porting issue I had on my 3 handsets from Vodafone to iD Mobile and Natalie replied saying the process could take upto 10 pm last night - it is now 24hours since the activation date and I am still unable to send SMS to the other handsets without getting an error message although those messages seem to go through.I have tried turning off both imessage and facetime and shutting down the handsets and restarting and switching both on again - I keep getting an error message on the “old” phone number which is on the handset now saying the “an error occurred during activation try again” I have tried it and still no joy. Can you please help me in trying to overcome this issue and finally get the handsets up and running 100%? 

Since last one week, I am not receiving otp from idbi bank in india. I have checked several times with my bank in india, they confirm the otp's are dispatching from their system and showing delivered as well to my UK number. But I am not receiving these. I have followed various steps mentioned in chats, including registrating manually to network in settings, spam and blocked numbers etc? Could someone help urgently. Thank you

I have failed to get anyone in iD Mobile to respond to the following issue with an explanation. I became an iD Mobile customer through the ‘gift card’ promotion on the MSE website. After over 4 months they are now saying that I am not due the gift card as it is declined due to being an 'upgrade transaction'  I had never heard of iD Mobile before I read about the MSE promotion. How could it possibly be an upgrade! I subsequently sent an email to their Managing Director (Rohit Vedi) with the following subject line - Formal Notice: Breach of Contract and Consumer Rights. This has failed to illicit any response from the person(s) tasked with ‘leading’ the organisation. So much for being a Customer Centric organisation. Does anyone have any other email addresses for this organisation. Their complaints website says  - that this email address is not monitored and therefore no one will read my email!!!!!

I have the USA roaming data add on paid for 5 days but I’m still seeing daily charges how is this possible thanks 

Hi Team , I am in similar situation of others as could not see the solution for same  .I  Switched from Lyca to ID mobile and porting was completed successfully but this resulted in banking OTP’s stopped receiving to my mobile number . I am currently using E-sim with ID mobile on Samsung galaxy S25 mobile.  Thanks

The service/ signal on my phone has been dropping out frequently since the network issue a few weeks ago. People are consistently unable to call me with calls going straight to vm. 9 calls out of 10 I try and make don’t connect, I’ve turned phone off/on again, etc. I can’t contact ID mobile about it except via phone- which for obvious reasons I’m reluctant to continue to try to do. It’s so frustrating and is massively impacting my work.

I upgraded my iD Mobile contract in April which started on 08/04/25, and I was supposed to receive a £50 Currys gift card as part of this upgrade. I have checked the contract documents and it confirms that the £50 gift card is included. I received an email from DPD on the 08/04/25 saying my order will arrive on the 11th April (I assumed this was the gift card as a new SIM card was not needed) and then received another follow-up email to say that there was a delay with the delivery but no new delivery date was given. I have not heard anything since from DPD.I contacted iD Mobile via live chat in early May and I was told to contact Gift Cloud which I believe are the suppliers for the gift card. I contacted Gift Cloud on 13/05 and finally on 19/07, they have responded to say that I am not eligible for the gift card because the order was not tracked via MSE or any other affiliate. I have lost my email which include transaction number and I want to switch into id as I have PAC but unable to recover email which include transaction number and I want it ASAP , is there anyone here to help me with it 

I changed my email address in the iD Mobile app, but now I can’t log in. I tried to reset my password but I haven’t received the email. I’ve waited a long time and I’ve tried it more than once and no email arrives. I’m wondering if I mistyped the email when I entered it. Please advise what I need to do to change my email address. Im getting very frustrated with ID, signal not great, some days unable to make a call out,, downloadis not happening, what is wrong,

I'm a new ID customer only had it 6 days, coming across from EE. Much more expensive but constant 4G signal.Despite the Three network coverage saying I would get l good indoor and outdoor signal at home, it's really really not. I get a symbol saying H or H+. This is disgusting.  The price i pay for this is not acceptable. My postcode stated good inside and out. My partner who is also has id mobile soesnt have any of these problems hers is constantly 4G. I have put the phones next to each other and she has a signal and i dont. I have a brand new Samsung S24 plus and yet appalling signal. Could it be the sim card considering my partner has absolutely no issues with signal? Can I get another sim card in case this is faulty? It's not workable at the moment.  ThanksDan. 

This is the worst company I've ever been with can't even ring someone to talk to when have problems. You  took 2 payment out my account trying to get hold of anyone from this company is joke next waiting on stammer ringing me .now saying they're from id this happened the last time I've posted on here

What is the problem?  I’ve been closed out of internet access during the day for the past 4 days. I’ve tried every means of kicking internet connection back into life during the day, but I might get just a few seconds of connection before I’m closed out again.  And then, about 18:45, things sort of go back to normal.  This suggests IDMobile/3 Network is manipulating access, but, if that is not the case, what is the problem as regards day-time network access?  And if there is a problem why is there no warning/advice via email - they have my email address!

Have been unable to cancel my dead mother’s phone via live chat for days. Really unimpressed with so called service. Please get in touch and cancel 

Is iD mobile only for i phones.

Why can we not see our usage in the app? Other providers show all the calls, text and data usage within the app including the current day. Can this not be implemented??. I currently have my children with 1p mobile  and I can see what number was called or text today  and the past either daily itemised or monthly summaries, what if any charges and what data was used and if charged. This helps keep REAL time  eye on spend and how much you are over the free data.
