the number you have dialled is not recognised
Help! Nobody can get through to my mobile, they get the message ‘the number you have dialled has not been recognised’. It has been happening since 2 June 2025 (two weeks and counting). It affects all incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls no problem as well as send and receive text messages.I had initially decided to leave ID Mobile and transfer my number to a new provider (Vodafone) with the port in date set for 2 June. But i changed my mind and this was all cancelled on 28 May and Vodafone confirmed it was all cancelled and the PAC/Port In was cancelled too. But despite this, ever since 2 June I can’t receive any calls. I have been on live chat who confirm my account remains active with ID. I have checked/cleared all blocked calls, I have reset network settings, I have taken the SIM out and put back again but still same problem.
