I got a text from idmobile saying it appeared I was using a 3G phone and telling me about the 3G switch-off. My phone is showing that it’s 4G so was the text sent in error or has it been sent to all users? My old phone was 3G but some time back I bought a new one as I knew 3G was being switched off.

HelloI started a new 24 hour contract with ID about 3 weeks ago and got a Motorola Razr 5. Last few days the camera and torch have failed to work and it appears to be a common fault. I've tried numerous solutions but not has worked. I'm really not happy with the phone. Happy to stay with ID but how do I exchange this faulty phone for a new one? Would rather not have the Motorola again. I am within a 30 day period where I should be able to return?Thanks

Hello,I ordered a new phone on Wednesday but I've changed my mind about it. How do I cancel? Live chat doesn't work, keeps asking for an ID mobile number which I don't have. Tried ringing a number but it is also automated. Is it best to wait for the delivery and send it back? Thanks

I’ve had multiple problems with Id mobile. Since using a new sim I was sent, some but not all calls go straight to voicemail. This includes security calls for online banking. I’ve checked I’m not on airplane mode or Do not disturb.How can I sort this?

For quite a few months I’ve been having an issue where my phone won’t take or receive calls, and it’s becoming an issue because I’m now missing important phone calls. I’ve tried to restart my phone, where it then starts working for a bit then it immediately stops working again. I’ve also tried to enable voLTE but I can’t find that option anywhere in the mobile data settings. I’ve tried contacting iD Mobile directly and downloading a new eSIM and that hasn’t worked. I just upgraded from an iPhone 13 to a 17 pro max and I’m still not receiving or taking calls properly. Has anyone else had this problem and if so has anyone fixed it?

Does anyone know why my answerphone won’t allow me to listen to my messages. It says it’s not the right number, even though it repeats back to me what my actual number is. I recently ported my number across to my new contract and now have 25  messages I am unable to listen to. Thanks

I had a number porting scheduled for yesterday from 3 to idmobile. Around 10am (yesterday) the three simcard got disconnected, but it did not make it to idmobile. I swapped the SIM but still have the original idmobile number in it. Its now been over 27 hours since it happened. Tried restarting etc etc but nothing triggers it. Customer service is not available.Makes me wonder if my number is permanently lost!  Appreciate any help ..

Hi, I recently moved my number to your network. which I was told the number will be transferred to the sim card and carry on. I then realise I actually have never got a sim card from ID mobile?  It seems I’ve got a e-sim from id-mobile? is that right?  If so, how can I transfer that e-sim to a different phone please? Thank you  

I had a iPhone 12 (normal sim) and transferred my old number to my new IPhone 16 (eSIM). Now when I try and ring people it says I’m ringing on a completely different number. However when I click on contacts and my number it says my old number still. When I go to settings - phone - my number it says the other number which I haven’t had before. It won’t let me change it to my old number. 

My 4g router internet connection is often very erratic. Today for example it went down 30 times for durations from 5 seconds to 30 minutes. How to pinpoint the cause? Nb my mobiles also has an idmobile sim - when I tried swapping sims it seemed to make no difference. 

In a weeks time I am travelling to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and then staying in Australia for a year. I am aware that my SIM card won’t work when in these places and plan to get a physical sim when in each place, although I want to keep my uk phone number so I can still contact people through WhatsApp with this number and when I come back still make use of it. I have heard that you have to send a text from it every so often to keep the number active so how would this work with being in these places. Would I be charged etc? As well as this I want to change from a monthly contract to pay as you go as I won’t actually be using the contract at all so is the best option to pay of the remaining bill on the contract and move to pay as you go sim. Should I get this e sim if I plan to get physical sim when travelling. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’ve I’m struggling to get in contact with customer service on the live chat .

WiFi calling has stopped working on my Pixel 9 Pro. I'm not sure when exactly it stopped working but it's been at least a week. If I go into aeroplane mode while still connected to WiFi and try to make a call, I message pops up saying "please turn off aeroplane mode or connect to a WiFi network".I have a work phone (Pixel 6 Pro) on Vodafone and that can make WiFi calls fine on the same WiFi network. I rely heavily on WiFi calling as signal in my flat is non-existent 

I was previously with a different mobile provider.  I activated my esim with ID but I would like to keep the phone number I had with my previous provider.  I mistakenly put my old sim card into the new phone and sent a PAC request but I have not done anything further.  When I send the PAC request from my old phone to the number provided nothing happened.  Please advise.

Hi all,Trying to change my plan and when clicking on the SIM only plan I’d like, I am prompted with this error message: “Oops! An Error OccurredThe server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. If I call from my phone it appears on other phones as my old ported number which is correctIf I message from my phone it appears on other phones as from the ID number before the port, incorrectIf someone messages the ID number I receive the text which is incorrectIf someone messages to my ported number I do not receive the text, incorrectIf anyone calls either the ported number or the ID number it says the number is not recognised, incorrectWhat is wrong, I have tried various things previously suggested and nothing works, this is business critical and requires rectification.In the sim card status it shows mobile network state disconnected which is obviously incorrect and I have reset the network and still no joy.Please advise urgently…… Can you check the status of my numbers and the port across?

My phone has died and so I cannot access my account as to verify my identity, ID Mobile wants to send a passcode to my broken phone.How can this be resolved, please ?
