Hi, my partner also on Id mobile sends texts but on occasions the recipients don't receive them. She is on Samsung with eSIM. Any ideas?

Hi. I'm quite happy with my service on ID mobile but the only thing that let's it down is the app. I used to be with smarty and their app is much better. You can also see how much data every month which is handy. Perhaps a future upgrade could introduce this handy feature? 

My ID phone broke in July 2024. Wrote to ID at Salford address to cancel contract, but got no reply. I couldn't cancel on line as they send a text to phone, but had thrown it away , as it had broke in two and didn't work.Wrote again in December ( busy between last letter) to the London address , sending it recorded delivery, but again still no reply, but they are still taking my money. Haven't stopped  direct debit till they confirm my contract ended, but not responded to me. What can I do? 

Hii have been an id mobile customer with a sim contract for 6 months now. It shows on my ID app that I can upgrade today but I did order a contract phone and the order was canceled

Why are exclusive deals for an existing customer to get an additional line more expensive than buying online on your website. Is the exclusive part being ripped off?

 I hope you're well. When I purchased my phone, I was entitled to a £100 Currys voucher, which was also mentioned in my contract. However, I have not yet received it.Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive the voucher? 

I have an idMobile PAYGO account.  I am trying to see how I have spent my credit over the past few months but I can’t see how to find this information. I can log in on-line successfully but I can’t see anything about ‘billing’ or some such. I’m sure it must be somewhere! …. but where?

Have recently switched to ID and must say I'm not impressed with being unable to make/receive calls and get online at home unless connected to WiFi.Had a replacement sim sent out today , but still having the same issue.Even when I'm away from home it's hit and miss if I can call/browser. Has anyone else had same issues? It's a bit frustrating 😑

Hi, my name is Ellie Webb I’ve had a recent contract come to an end in January 2025 which was an 24 month long contract which was taken out in January and I paid the final bill of £51.64. I then changed to sim only for £14 a month, however the I was charged £51.64 last month and this month I have received an invoice for £51.64 for this month also. However I was under the impression that this contract had now ended and I was now set up to pay my £14 a month. I would like to know why this is happening? Is there outstanding payments due or has the £51.64 just rolled over? many thanks, Ellie Webb
