NEEDING HELP!!!
Hi my current 24 month IDmobile contract ends on the 30th September 2024. I am wanting to cancel this contract fully when its ends on the 30th September but how do I make sure this is fully cancelled on the 30th September and I don't carry on being charged. I have also purchased an IDmobile 12m SIM only contract to start using after the 30th September. The only issue is I am wanting to keep the same number I currently have with the 24m contract. So two issues really: How do I make sure I don't carry on being charged once the 24m contract ends on the 30th. How do I then transfer the number on the 24m month plan to the SIM only plan. Please can someone help as I cant find anything online and I have never changed contract to sim with the same provider before. Thanks!! :)

"You currently don't have an active plan.", but I do - help!
I have a PAYGO account. I have over £5 credit but I can’t make calls or send texts. When I log into my account on idmobile.co.uk it says “You currently don't have an active plan.” but when I go to “View Your Plans” I **do** have an active plan. What on earth is going on?

Would i still receive the enhanced trade in vEnhanced Trade-In for Pixel 9 Pro XL – Does It Still Apply if Trade-In is Marked Non-Working?alue if the original trade in is reduced to non working?
Hi everyone, I recently sent off an old phone to take advantage of the enhanced trade-in offer for the Pixel 9 Pro XL, which promises £200. The original trade-in value for the phone was £25. However, the Currys engineers have discovered a fault with the phone and are now only offering £3 as it's been classified as non-working. My question is: Will I still receive the enhanced trade-in value of £200, or does the reduced offer due to the fault affect the enhanced trade-in as well? Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Enhance trading value offer payment not recieved
Hello, I have traded my Iphone 11 pro max for pixel 9 last month. It was under enhance trade in offer. The value for the iphone came up £155 and the additional offer payment was £150. I received the £155 on 2nd September, However i haven't received the £150 yet. I did fill up the form and i have reference number as well. I have emailed curry's about this and they are just going in circles. I have checked the forum and this is the common issue with the trade-in scheme. Seems like curry's doing it intentionally. ID mobile, please look in to this as its a common issue faced by many customer. I am wasting time on this thing for a while now. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Switched plan, received text about data roaming
I’ve just switched my plan from 20gb data to 12gb data. I then received a text saying “You’ve now used 100% of your 30GB roaming data limit. From now on, roaming data will include a surcharge of £3 per GB.” I’m confused, does this mean my new plan doesn’t have data roaming included? Have I genuinely gone over my data roaming (not been with ID mobile for more than 3 months, last holiday was a month ago, so surely not)?

SIM not working
Hi, I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Cornwall, before i went I added a Lebara sim to my phone as I knew that the id network had no coverage where i was going. My phone can take 2 Sims. I have now returned home and my id SIM doesn't work. Any way to get it working again? Tia.

i can't log in to my account online and on the app
I have tried several times but can't log into my account both via the app and online. Come on guys, we are in the 21st century and a DEVELOPED country. Customers shouldn't be experiencing such issues and shouldn't take hours to get such things resolved. It's frustrating and ridiculous!!!! GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER

Need help ID mobile as PAC not transferring my original number via your website/app
Please can someone help me from ID mobile as I am trying really hard to get my daughters current number transferred to her new phone with many failed attempts on the app and via the web. I have tried for a few days now. We received a text message on 19.9.24 to say that the number will transfer on 20/9/24 but this has still not happened. Your speedy response would be very welcomed. Thank you

Hi my plan is £10 per month but it seems to be now around £11.30ish has been for two months. I thought it should be £10 as originally set up? I can’t see any out of contract charges on my last one?

Broken URL! cant submit PAC code
I cant submit my PAC Code. Your automated systems repeatedly send me to a broken URL that suggests I referr the problem to 'my administrator'. Im just being sent round in circles without any access to a real person that might be able to address the issue- which seems very much to be an error in your systems. Where even is the account section in the ID mobile app under which there is supposedly a 4 digit number that would give me access to a real person via your 'Live Chat' ?? Exasperating!

iPhone 15 not ringing out or in. WhatsApp is OK. Have exhausted every suggestion after the 3G turnoff - looks like youve turned off both my phone and my husbands. Please explain. Obviously can't get Voicemail as I can’t ring out.

How can you report a user here?
I asked a question about changing the default customer service PIN, as it is not an option within the app (where it is stated in your welcome text). I received a PM from a user here with a normal mobile number to TEXT my personal details to with the query; they even signed off the PM with “iD Support”. So, I see no details on how to block or report a user. How is this done here?

I found the complaints department but cannot find anywhere to give positive feedback. I just wanted to say thank you and recognize Tyler, Anika and Ed from the twitter messenger. After becoming a suspected victim of sim card fraud which left my mobile cut off they got me back up and running in the same day, along with sending me a link to report the fraud and get a reference number for their fraud team. Thank you so much, I was really impressed with the service!

I have an Xperia 1 (J8110) which I see on the list of compatible phones but I don't have an option for 4g calls. I read elsewhere that the network provider can enable this but I cannot see how.

Currently using a 2G phone with iD - problems upgrading to 4G
Currently have Galaxy J3 bought from Currys 5 years ago that says it uses 2G. Upgraded to Galaxy A10 (updated). Transferred sim card, and phone internet is fine but calls/texts are not functioning away from wi-fi.
