Hello i need a bill extension untill friday my fones been cut off and need it back on. Im able to pay on friday 7th aug

Hello, my phone has been disconnected due to me paying the bill late. my payday has changed and I now get paid on the 28th of every month. I don’t want this to affect my contract with you as I was interested in using ID Mobile for my children. i will be able to make the payment at 12 and I have tried to set up a direct debit but for some reason it would not work. many thanks

I bought an iPhone from ID under a 24 month contract with a set service package.  Every thing went fine until the contract came to an end!I attempted to requested a change to my service package, starting on the 25th month... But failed miserably, and ID continued to charge me as if I was still in contract! So I attempted again on the 26th month, the 27th month, etc,. But it appeared i was still paying contract fees…All ID had to do was reduce my service package to a budgeted sim only deal, but THAT was apparently too much to ask!So now ID HAVE LOST a customer and I am now with EE (who have better coverage in most areas) and I am paying for 2 ( YES TWO) sim only packages (2 phones) for the same price I was paying for ONE with ID.Do not reply,  I probably won't be here. LOL.

Hi allibe signed up for a new contract approx 2 weeks . First contract payment has been deducted . But I cannot download my bill or invoice.it’s not showing in app or website. Is it normal , don’t have to wait dorm1 full month ?regarsdsSG

Hi,Looking for some help,Hi, I’ve flown into Corfu, Greece this evening from the UK. I have a ID Mobile Pay Monthly account with Unlimited Data, Calls and Texts.Upon landing I received three texts massages welcoming me to Bosnia, Croatia and Albania.I then received further texts stating I had used up my data and would be charged.I’m in Greece which is covered by the Roaming Plan for 30GB. I had been in the country for minutes so I have definitely not used 30GB of data.I still have not had a Welcome to Greece email.i only chose ID Mobile due to its Roaming features, first time in use and it’s not going as I’d hoped.Anyway someone can look into this?

Can i please have an extention on my phone bill please

I took out an ID mobile contract 8 months ago, its unlimited data, minutes and texts. So im confused why each month the amount keeps changing by a few £'s from my agreed monthly contract?

Struggling to pay my bill this month till the 24th August

I cancelled my month-by-month plan, and it was officially disconnected on the 26th of July. But 2 days later, they took the full amount. I cancelled/requested disconnection 30 days in advance before the next billing date, so why was I still charged? After some advice on why this has happened. Thanks!

Hi, I have been struggling to speak to anybody on the live chat but I would like to ask for an extension to pay my bill please this month. Many thanks

Good afternoon,I need a help. I have registered ID mobile sim only and payment but it doesn’t work. Could you please help me? My mobile no is { REMOVED }

Im trying to set up a direct debit for my bill but it says outstanding when it's not even due can you please explain why

I need help. My bill is normally 33.49 but now it’s adding in £11 for services costing my bill to be 51.11 which I do not have why is this

Last month July bill I was charged incorrectly for roaming bill even tho I did not activate any services

Hi, I'm contacting you because I think there may be an issue with my billing.I missed two payments previously and my Direct Debit was cancelled. Since then, I can see that two Direct Debit payments of £17 were successfully taken in July, and I also made a £17 card payment on 28 July, which has left my bank account. However, my account is still showing an outstanding balance of £17 due by 11 August. Could you please check how my July payments have been allocated and confirm whether I genuinely owe another £17, or if one of my payments hasn't been applied correctly?I'd appreciate it if you could review my account and let me know before I make any further payments.

I am unable to pay my bill this month.

Hello, I'm in Montenegro on holiday. I didn't realise until I got here that it was not covered for internet as I assumed it is Europe so should be. I paid for an add on to cover the first 10 days although I'm sure I only got 9. Then I paid for another 5 days to take me to the end of my holiday and today I realised that I didn't have internet. I logged on and realised my silly mistake that I had done it on my other phone number which is the one my granddaughter uses and she's not with us she's still in the UK.Is there any way of getting the money for the fiver days on her account refunded? I have now paid for the add on for my phone number.  Thank youJanet

This is the fifth time of trying to get a message in here there are no contact options and chat doesn’t work. It logs me out and throws me off every time I try and leave a message.i upgraded months ago but I’m being charged for two plans - I can’t cancel the original one, and have no way of cancelling it without risking cancelling my current plan. really hoping someone can help thanks

is there a social tarrif i can seitch to as a long term disabled person?

Hi, I'm going to Portugal with my children and what to use my unlimited data abroad. I have been charged before for using my data in Spain. I only used it a few times to search places did not use alot of my data but still got charged. How do I avoid this happening again. Do I need to buy data for abroad? Thank you

My daily subscription isnt working, ive put my details in like 5 months in a row now, and it just isnt taking the money from my account when the day comes when it should, its started to become very tedious, another issue is that occasionally my data will not work at all, same for messages and calls, even when it is paid and i have data, i am not able to receive or send out calls or messages

Hi,I have been charged more this month and I am unsure why. I have not added anything to my bill. Could it please be explained Thank

Paid for 10 days add on and only got 9

Hello, I paid my phone bill on Wednesday at 16:17 and since then my data and my calls aren’t going through and it’s saying I’ve reached my cap limit when I should have been renewed ?

Why have I paid twice in one month and another payment due out in 7 days ?
