I have just realised thanks to the app snoop that when I got my son's upgrade in SEPTEMBER!!!! THAT THEY DIDNT CANCEL HIS OLD PLAN!!! I am owed £17 a month and I demand an immediate refund! Longing to speak to a human regarding you collosal screw up!!! 

Hi is it possible to increase my bill cap above £50 

Hi I’ve recently changed from a sim only plan to a new contract, however they’re still taking the Sim only charge from my bank on top of my new monthly plan… is there any way to speak to someone about this?

My first bill was paid on the 3rd of march and I accidentally cancelled the direct debit but set it back up. I also changed my payment date for the payments, today I went onto the ID App and it's saying my bill is overdue and my new direct debit I set up has also been cancelled and I can't set a new one until I pay again but I have already paid. Can you please explain what has happened. Many thanks. Michael Milner. 

I keep getting an automated message when I try to call an NHS number saying my cap has been reached. But my contract has unlimited calls so this should not be the case. I need this resolved asap as it is an NHS and healthcare related call!

I am approaching the end of my iD 24 month contract. I have one more bill outstanding confirmed by online chat due end of March (for billing period 14/3 - 13/4). This will be £30.20.When I submit an INFO request for cancellation (date of birth and INFO to 85075) it returns with estimated final bill amount £45.56. This is incorrect. It looks to be including the line rental for the days remaining in the previous billing cycle (14/2 - 13/3, 14 days remaining) which has been paid. I believe this to be the case as tomorrow the estimated final bill will be around £44, a day less line rental of the previous billing cycle. The system may not be smart enough to take into account billing cycles and payment made?Before I request a PAC and change network I would like confirmation that my final bill will be the outstanding line rental of £30.20 (24th payment of my 24 month contract). Kind regards, James 

On the app and online it said I can early upgrade from today. So I have logged in to have a look at my options and now it says that it is too early for me to upgrade? 

I bought my ex an id mobile but she swapped sim and I don’t have the original number. How am I supposed to pay the bill as I can’t logon without the number?

Hi, so i am in India for a month or so and I will need to be calling people for my business, cold calling people. I just wanted to ask that I have £45 cap in place so I do not get excessive charges in place but what is included in this does this give me unlimeted call and text or does this work with the £2.40 per minute and once I have used my £45 allowance I cannot get it extended unless I ask it to be done so. Is their a way for me to not pay this £45 cap or should I just use my india number.

I have an outstanding bill to pay with ID Mobile. The account relates to a cancelled Ipad data contract. I therefore have no access to the mobile number. I also have an ID Mobile personal contract, when i call the automated service I cannot access the data contract as there is no option to change the account number. How can I pay the outstanding amount?

Why is my bill going up the last 2 months it's should be £10.80  

I have had a few issues with my payments starting when I accidentally didn’t transfer from my monzo enough into my bank that is connected to ID mobile through direct debit. The amount didn’t come out so I immediately paid this the same day when I got the notification.  since then, a payment has come out that I wasn’t aware of and my account got suspended until I paid more and the direct debit stopped. I’m unable to set up a new direct debit because it’s saying that I have an outstanding balance even though you can see that I’ve paid the current amount and any more that I could pay would be paid with the direct debit.  The reason I missed the payment following on from the first time wasn’t because I didn’t have enough in my account, it was because I didnt realise that the direct debit had stopped so the amounts just didn’t come out as well as me thinking I had already paid that month because the amount came out on the 8th. But I paid this one on the same day

I have ended my plan for a phone number that i use and that doesnt work anymore and we were sent a final demand notice for a bill to pay for that phone but i cant pay through the automated payment line or through online due to the plan no longer being active. ive been calling people for two days trying to get this bill paid and im being sent in circles. Can anyone help?

My app is saying renewal due 15 days meaning bill in 15 days but on the billing it’s saying due 30/07/24 but that will mean I have not payed this month can any one help
