Hi,Just have an issue, I originally had a DD which i switched to another account.  12 months later I've tried to update the DD back to the original account and I'm having difficulty with this.I keep getting a text saying it's been reinstated, then I got another saying the bank have cancelled this.  This wasn't correct as its active on the banks side. So I did this again and looks like it's repeating the same receiving texts and will eventually cancel. Is there a work around here as ID mobile are cancelling and then reinstating the DD each time, but they just need to make a claim.Kd

Hi what are my extra charges for so far this month

I have an e-sim and after the most recent app update the app is no longer working.  It opens and I can't access any of the functions and my number is  faded.  I have followed  the steps in other posts, clear network settings, deleted and restored the app etc.

My credit score has gone lower and it says that I jave unpaid invoices with you for January, I have checked my bills on the app everything is paid and there are no outstanding invoices, I also have a direct debit set and I just can’t understand how can this happen? Do I have an unpaid invoice? If I do I would like to be informed about it before it goes on my record and since I have a direct debit set why haven’t it been paid?

Please can you assist with my data I cannot use it but I am paying every month

Struggling to pay my bill this month im awaiting new project to start but need my phone for call etc

Hello!I've just joined IDmobile on 26/02/2026. I got my initial bill and have been told payment is due 14 days after this however on the app it states my next bill is 26/02/2026 - 17/04/2026 and due on the 02/05/2026. Im a bit confused as to what's going on there can anyone explain? Thank you

Hello 👋 My contract has just finished and I want to keep with you guys but going sim only.I have seen the same contract I am on now and was wondering if it was possible to swap to that and keep it rolling for the £10 a month? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey guys am new here but thus is a community i wish i had learned about sooner .I am huge fan of samsumg phones but I am unable to get myself any phone. Are there any options for a guy like me .

Hi, could someone from ID contact me please? I’m having difficulties accessing the chat to agent function. My bill was due to come out today but I lost my purse at the weekend so had to cancel all of my cards. I’m waiting for new ones to arrive. My phone has already been cut off so was hoping that i could have a bill extension whilst I wait for my cards to arrive and could my phone services be reactivated in the meantime?

Why do I get bill after I have cancelled a contract

I bought a handset from ID 2 years ago and the payments were coming to an end January 2026. So I cancelled the direct debit thinking I only had that last payment to make. Made the payment and then cancelled. Received an email saying I still owe them £14.97. If the payment is not made.. Off to debt collectors the £14.97 goes.As is it was just a phone there is no app to make the payments. No one on live chat will help and there is no phone number I can ring to speak to someone. I have reinstated the direct debit with my bank and now I just need someone from ID to take the payment. What in the name of god is this company. Not a single human in site. The direct debit is set up and ready to go. How do I make ID take the money ??

Hi, I cant access my latest bill (Feb2026) even though its visible on my app/website. it says "somethjng went wrong" and I cant view or download it.

Why I was charged for 2 accounts after I upgraded my account

Hi my data should be 100 Gig per month and its only showing as 10 Gig can this be updated to refect my new contract.

my phone is an iPhone 13

I've been trying to receive proof of purchase and proof of usage since Friday. I've already contacted them three times via chat, emailed them, and they keep telling me to wait 24 or 48 hours.

Had a new SIM card for my daughter who will be using an old phone that is 4g only. The SIM card won't activate in the phone. My own SIM which used to work in this phone also will not activate, but a works SIM on Vodafone has no issues so it's clearly a network rather than phone issue. Is ID trying to remove 4g access or would you expect this to register.Phone is  a Xiaomi Mi 6

I have 3 DDM going to ID monthly but my wife and I have a sim only deal each. Why is ID collecting a third DD? Can this extra mandate be cancelled?

I upgraded my SIM and have noticed I am being charged twice for the same mobile number.  I cancelled my direct debit for my old sim but keep being told I have an outstanding balance every month of £8 and need to pay it now even though I paid the first amount , thinking it was a balance from my old sim.  My old sim was for £34 my new sim is for £8 which is paid by direct debit

I was 2 days late on my bill and paid it as soon as I noticed but it’s still saying that I’ve missed the payment and I need to pay double the amount even though I’ve paid it

Hi I need a payment extinction till the 6th march how can I get this please help thanks?
